What Mail Partner is
Mail Partner is a French platform for sending and verifying email, aimed at professionals. Its homepage title calls it a platform and API for professional email, and the short description in its site footer reads "MAIL Partner est une plateforme française d'envoi et de vérification d'emails destinée aux professionnels" (a French platform for sending and verifying email, intended for professionals). It covers four jobs: a web platform for building and sending email campaigns, an email API for applications, an SMTP connection for bulk sending through a connector, and an email verification service for cleaning a database. The site is written in French.
The homepage says the company has been running since 2014 and that more than 5,000 clients trust the service. Mail Partner belongs to a small family of sister products shown at the top of every page: SMS Partner, a platform and API for sending SMS, and Voice Partner, a platform and API for sending voice messages. The homepage headline makes the link explicit: "Combiner la puissance de la voix, du SMS et du mails !" (combine the power of voice, SMS and email).
The campaign platform
The campaign side is described as a platform dedicated to email marketing. The workflow the site gives is short: import your list, verify the addresses, edit your template with the Mail Partner mailbuilder, and send the campaign in a few clicks. Another block on the homepage restates the same steps in plainer terms as an easy tool: upload your contacts, write the email, then check and organize the sending of your campaigns.
The site pitches three qualities for this platform. It says the API and platform are "pensées pour les utilisateurs" (designed around users), that each customer gets individual attention, and that sending comes with general tracking and "une délivrabilité confirmée" (confirmed deliverability). The mailbuilder is the template editor, and it sits in the same account as the verification tool, so cleaning a list and sending to it happen in one place.
Reporting is described under "Analysez la performance de vos campagnes". The tracking system lets you manage your sends and their reception, look back over the history of past campaigns, and count the clicks that lead back to your website. The site presents these as top-grade tools for running campaigns well. A separate block, "Bénéficiez d'un suivi de réception" (get delivery tracking), ties delivery to infrastructure: the site says deliverability is confirmed through a dedicated pool of IPs and that it gives customers assurance their emails reach their destination.
API and SMTP
For developers and for software that needs to send its own mail, Mail Partner offers two routes. The first is the email API. The site says it standardizes email sending from your application, software or website, and that integrating the API gives access to Mail Partner's services. The main navigation carries a Documentation section and the footer links to the company's GitHub account, which is where a developer would start.
The second route is an SMTP connection. The site describes it as a way to send bulk email through a connector, which suits tools that already speak SMTP and only need a server to hand their mail to. The SMTP service can be tested for free by creating an account online. Together these cover both kinds of mail the company's own blog describes: transactional messages such as invoices and order confirmations, and marketing messages such as newsletters and promotions.
Email verification and list rental
Email verification is a named service in its own right, and the site says its purpose is to keep your database up to date and to make sure your campaigns are delivered as well as possible. It is also a step in the campaign workflow, between importing a list and sending to it, so a sender does not need a separate verification vendor.
The service menu also lists "Location de mails", meaning rented email lists, as one of Mail Partner's services, next to verification, the API and SMTP. The homepage does not describe the rental offer beyond that name.
Pricing and the free start
The homepage repeats one offer several times: 1000 emails free, with no commitment and no subscription ("1000 mails OFFERTS Sans engagement, sans abonnement"). The blog's sidebar restates it as free access without commitment and 1000 emails offered at signup. Signup is self-service through an "Inscrivez-vous gratuitement" (sign up free) button, and the free test extends to the SMTP connection.
The no-subscription framing matters for budgeting. Mail Partner presents itself as a service you can start and stop without a contract, which suits senders whose volumes vary from month to month. The rates themselves are on a separate "Tarifs" (pricing) page linked from the main menu; the homepage gives no per-email prices.
Data protection, legislation and quality of service
Three short commitments sit near the bottom of the homepage. Under "Sécurité de vos données" (security of your data) the site says the email addresses stored on the platform are protected and can under no circumstances be used by Mail Partner or by a third party. Under "Législation du mail" it says Mail Partner respects the legislation on sending email and lets you include an unsubscribe option in your campaigns. Under "Qualité de service" it says the platform offers a delivery guarantee, real-time tracking and a customer service that listens.
The About menu adds four pages whose titles point to more detail: "Label Privacy Protection", "Plateforme décarbonée" (a decarbonized platform), "Engagement RGPD" (the company's GDPR commitment) and an API page. The main menu also has a separate RGPD entry. The homepage gives only these titles, so anyone who needs the specifics of the GDPR commitment or the privacy label should read those pages.
Support and learning resources
The help menu lists an FAQ, video tutorials, the blog, an SLA availability page, a contact page and a glossary. A phone number appears in the header of every page next to the word Contact. The company is also on LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
The blog is practical and written for people doing the work. Its article on "routage emailing" (email routing) explains the difference between transactional and marketing mail, the roles of SMTP servers, dedicated versus shared IP addresses and tracking systems, and lists five practices for better deliverability: use a dedicated IP, configure DKIM, SPF and DMARC, handle unsubscribes, clean the database of inactive addresses, and balance text and images in content. It ends by pointing readers to Mail Partner as a sender with a built-in editor. It is advice rather than a product spec, but it shows the company's approach: deliverability first, with a clean list and a well-configured sending domain.
Who it suits
Mail Partner fits French-speaking businesses that want one supplier for campaign sending, transactional sending and list cleaning, and that prefer to start without a subscription. The 1000 free emails are enough to test the builder, the tracking and the SMTP connection on a real list. Developers can wire the API or SMTP relay into a shop, an app or a website and keep campaigns in the same account. Teams that also send SMS or voice messages can use the sister services from the same company. The dedicated IP pool and the built-in verification step suit senders who care about reaching the inbox.
The main caveat is scope. The homepage describes a straightforward sending and tracking tool, and it does not present the platform as a marketing automation suite with workflows and triggers, so a team that wants elaborate automated journeys should read the documentation first. The site and its support resources are in French.
