Magyar Hírlevélküldő
Tap a star to rate
Magyar Hírlevélküldő (Hungarian Newsletter Sender) is a newsletter platform built in Hungary for Hungarian organizations. The company describes it as "egy saját fejlesztésű rendszer, amit kifejezetten magyar vállalkozásoknak, intézményeknek és önkormányzatoknak készítettünk": an in-house developed system made specifically for Hungarian businesses, institutions and local governments. It sends campaigns and automatic emails to lists the customer builds and imports, through an interface that is entirely in Hungarian, with support by phone. The headline promise is inbox placement. The home page calls it "Spambiztos hírlevélküldés magyarul" (spam-safe newsletter sending in Hungarian), and the pricing page opens with "Küldj hírlevelet, amit nem nyel el a spam mappa" (send newsletters the spam folder won't swallow).
What the company is trying to do
The About section on the home page states three goals: that sending a newsletter should not be complicated, should not need IT knowledge, and should not get lost in spam folders. The pricing page says it plainly for the non-technical user: "Nem kell informatikusnak lenned" (you don't need to be an IT specialist). You build a campaign from a template, personalize it, and send it in a few clicks.
The company says it has worked with partners such as the Telekom trade union and the Ferencváros local government for several years, and that this is why it knows what a pharmacy, a hotel or a public office needs from a newsletter tool. The pricing page describes the system as more than software: a secure, Hungarian-language communication tool for reaching customers, guests and buyers quickly, simply and effectively.
What a sender gets
The home page lists what the service contains:
- A fully Hungarian interface. Every screen is in Hungarian.
- A 10/10 spam test. The pricing page calls it "10/10-es spamtesztelt rendszer", a system that scored 10/10 on spam testing, and adds that the team does everything it can so that mail reaches its destination rather than the bin.
- Your own newsletter lists. Senders create their own lists.
- Contact import. Existing email addresses can be imported.
- Attachments. Files can be uploaded and attached to mailings.
- Campaign statistics. Reports on each campaign, described on the pricing page as "Statisztikák, amikből tanulhatsz" (statistics you can learn from).
- Automatic emails. Messages that go out on their own once set up.
- Simple website connection. The platform links to the sender's website, which is how signup forms reach the list.
The pricing page repeats and extends that list under the heading "Minden benne van, amire szükséged van" (everything you need is included): custom templates, forms and automatic emails, webshop integration, statistics you can learn from, and tutorials with Hungarian customer service. The About text sums up the feature set as templates, automation, statistics, webshop integration and Hungarian support.
The most useful single line for budgeting is the send allowance. The pricing page says "Feliratkozók számának ötszörösét küldheted ki havonta": each month you can send five times the number of subscribers on your plan. A plan for up to 1,000 subscribers therefore covers five mailings a month to a full list.
Support
Support is a selling point the home page sets against competitors. Under "Telefonos Segítségnyújtás" (phone assistance) it says many providers can only be contacted in writing, while this team can also be reached by phone when needed. Under "Videós Oktatóanyagok" (video tutorials) it says every setting and function is shown in a video. A demo video of the service sits on its own page in the menu.
The contact form on the home page asks for a callback and lets the visitor pick a time: morning (9:00 to 12:00), afternoon (12:00 to 17:00), evening (17:00 to 20:00) or any time. The same form is the route for anyone who wants to tailor the service.
Pricing
Prices are in Hungarian forint and billed monthly by subscriber count. The pricing page shows a starting price of 9000 Ft for up to 1,000 subscribers, then lists the extra charge for each larger tier:
- up to 2,000 subscribers: +7000 Ft
- up to 3,000: +12000 Ft
- up to 5,000: +21000 Ft
- up to 10,000: +46000 Ft
- up to 20,000: +91000 Ft
- up to 30,000: +126000 Ft
- up to 40,000: +111000 Ft
- up to 50,000: +151000 Ft
- up to 60,000: +177000 Ft
- up to 70,000: +201000 Ft
- up to 80,000: +223000 Ft
- up to 90,000: +243000 Ft
- up to 100,000: +261000 Ft
Every tier is marked "havidíjas" (monthly fee). The page also says the current offer is valid until the end of the month, so the displayed prices are promotional.
Three extra services can be added:
- two professional campaigns a month made by the team: +80000 Ft, monthly;
- migration from another mail system: +60000 Ft, one-time;
- a complex setup tailored to your company: +60000 Ft, one-time.
Beyond the listed plans, the home page offers a one-time sending option ("Egyszeri Levélküldési lehetőség") on individual quote, and a personalized quote ("Személyreszabott Árajánlat") for anyone with special requirements. The pricing page also stresses that what you buy is not a trial version but the real system with real results.
Who uses it
The home page names customers who, it says, have used the system for years: Controlvill 2000 Kft, an electrical safety firm; the T-Net trade union; the Telekom trade union; Állaticucc, a pet supplies webshop; and the local government of Ferencváros, Budapest's 9th district. That mix of a small company, two unions, a webshop and a district council matches the audiences the company names: businesses, institutions and local governments.
Who it suits
Magyar Hírlevélküldő fits a Hungarian organization that wants to send newsletters in its own language without learning a complex international tool: a small company, a webshop, a union or association, a pharmacy, a hotel, or a municipal office. The fixed monthly price per subscriber band, the five-times send allowance and the option to have the team migrate the list, set up the account or even produce two campaigns a month make it a good match for teams without an in-house email specialist. Phone support and video tutorials help the same reader.
It is narrower than the large automation suites. The pages describe templates, forms, automatic emails, webshop integration and statistics, and do not go into multichannel sending or developer tools, so a team that needs those will look at a broader platform. For a team that does not read Hungarian, the all-Hungarian interface is the main barrier.
