LOOP Email

Tap a star to rate

LOOP Email is the email marketing module of LOOP Business OS, a stack of website, CRM, hosting and marketing tools that LOOP Marketing Group builds, hosts and operates for small businesses from Singapore. The product page describes it as "a professional email marketing platform for Singapore SMEs, built on enterprise-grade infrastructure we run and support", combining drag-and-drop campaign creation, automation, segmentation and AI-powered features with local support. It sends campaigns, automated sequences and triggered emails to a list the customer owns, and it is sold with setup help included: the company connects your domain, imports your contacts and configures authentication before the first send. The page says LOOP has been "Trusted by Singapore SMEs since 2018", and the footer names LOOP Marketing Group Pte Ltd with an address on Beach Road, Singapore, and "Singapore & Malaysia".

One plan, every feature

The pricing idea is the first thing the page explains. In its words, "There is no feature gate here", and nothing is held back for later: "You pick a contact limit; the platform arrives whole." Every plan carries the full list of features and a send limit of 10x your contacts.

Design. A drag-and-drop designer builds an email without a designer, with 50+ responsive templates, images, buttons, columns and dynamic content, and a desktop and mobile preview. The FAQ adds that custom HTML templates are supported, or you can build responsive templates from scratch in the designer.

Automation. Automations are unlimited on every plan. The page lists welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, and birthday and re-engagement campaigns, and the FAQ describes a visual automation builder for custom trigger-based workflows, saying you can build complex multi-step automations without any coding.

Segmentation. Lists can be segmented by behavior, purchase history and engagement, by location and by custom fields. Dynamic lists update automatically as subscribers act.

A/B split testing. Tests can cover subject lines, content, send times and CTAs, and the winner goes out to the rest of the list automatically.

Analytics. Reporting covers every open, click and conversion down to the individual recipient: who opened, which links were clicked, and the revenue generated and ROI of each campaign. Reports can be exported or fed into your own dashboard. The FAQ lists opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, conversions and revenue attribution, with tracking of the customer journey from email to purchase.

Web forms and landing pages. Forms can be embedded on a website, landing pages or social profiles, as pop-ups, inline forms or floating bars. Landing pages are listed among the features on every plan.

Deliverability. The platform sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, offers domain white-listing and monitors deliverability. The FAQ adds dedicated IP options for high-volume senders and deliverability best practices training, and says that with these in place "most LOOP customers see inbox placement rates above 95%."

AI. The AI section promises to "write emails 5x faster", with AI subject line suggestions, send time optimization and complete campaign drafts from simple prompts. The FAQ lists AI-powered subject line suggestions, send time optimization based on recipient behavior and AI content recommendations, and says AI campaign generation is part of advanced plans.

Getting started

The page describes four steps from signup to the first campaign, which it says takes under an hour. First, connect and import (about 30 minutes): LOOP sets up the account, connects your domain so mail sends as you rather than as a platform, and imports your existing contacts. Second, design the first campaign from a template or from scratch, with your logo and colors, previewed across devices. Third, set up automations such as the welcome sequence and re-engagement run. Fourth, send, read the results and repeat what worked. Every plan includes 2 hours of onboarding.

Migration from another platform is free. The FAQ says it covers contact import, template recreation and automation rebuilding, and that most migrations complete within 5-7 business days.

Plans and prices

All prices are in Singapore dollars, and annual billing saves about 5%.

  • Starter: S$59.90 a month for up to 1,000 contacts and 10,000 emails a month, or S$683 a year.
  • Growth (marked most popular): S$125 a month for up to 2,500 contacts and 25,000 emails a month, or S$1,425 a year.
  • Professional: S$199 a month for up to 5,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month, or S$2,269 a year.
  • Business: S$299 a month for up to 10,000 contacts and 100,000 emails a month, or S$3,409 a year.

Every plan includes the 10x send limit, the drag-and-drop designer, 50+ templates, unlimited automations, advanced segmentation, landing pages, A/B split testing, full analytics, AI-powered features, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, 2 hours of onboarding, and WhatsApp and email support.

Optional services are priced separately and, the page says, "never bundled in without asking": database clean-up at S$70 per 1,000 contacts, basic email design at S$128 per email, advanced email design at S$300 per email, and strategy consulting at S$380 an hour. Combining LOOP Email with other LOOP services, such as hosting or Kommo CRM, brings one vendor relationship, unified billing and a bundle discount.

The page also sets its plans beside "free tier platforms" and sending by hand. At 1,000 contacts, it lists LOOP at 10,000 sends a month against 1,000 on a typical free tier, with landing pages, A/B testing and AI included rather than paid, and Singapore support by WhatsApp and email.

Integrations, compliance and support

LOOP Email integrates natively with Kommo CRM, which the FAQ calls LOOP's recommended CRM, and connects to other platforms through Zapier or a direct API, naming Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress and WooCommerce. The FAQ says "LOOP handles all integration setup as part of onboarding."

On Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, the FAQ says LOOP Email includes built-in PDPA compliance features: automatic unsubscribe handling, consent tracking, data export tools and Singapore-based support familiar with local regulations, plus PDPA guidance during onboarding.

Support on every plan is by WhatsApp and by email, with a 4-hour email response during business hours, 2 hours of onboarding training and video tutorials. The FAQ says higher-tier plans add dedicated account management and quarterly strategy reviews. Enquiries through the contact form get a reply within 24 hours.

The page is candid about evidence. It shows a Trustindex badge rating LOOP 4.8 on Google from 11 reviews and a dated client review, and it states plainly that there is no published LOOP Email case study yet, so it will not show a results figure it cannot back with a named client.

Built around how you sell

The page gives four Singapore use cases. Retail and e-commerce: abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, product recommendations from purchase history and VIP segments. Beauty and wellness: appointment reminders, birthday offers, treatment package expiry notices and seasonal promotions. F&B and restaurants: loyalty program updates, event promotion, seasonal menu announcements and "We miss you" re-engagement. Professional services: educational newsletter series, case study delivery sequences, proposal follow-up and onboarding for new clients.

Who it suits

LOOP Email fits a Singapore small business that wants a full-featured email platform with someone local to call, and would rather have setup, domain authentication, migration and integrations done for it than do them alone. The single feature set makes the choice a matter of list size, and the 10x send limit covers weekly newsletters plus promotions. Businesses already using or considering Kommo CRM or LOOP's hosting get the most out of the combined offer.

A very small list pays at least the Starter price each month, which is a fixed cost next to a free tier, and the plans shown stop at 10,000 contacts.
