What Levitate is

Levitate is a relationship marketing platform for professionals and small organizations whose business runs on personal relationships: financial advisors, insurance and mortgage agents, lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, home services companies, chiropractors, dentists and nonprofits, which are the industries its menu lists. The homepage tagline is "Relationship marketing as authentic as you are", and the company describes its product as a "Happiness Platform" that "combines authentic communication tools, dedicated success specialists and AI to help you build lasting relationships." The site's footer names Real Magic as the copyright holder.

Email is the center of the product, described as "Personal-feeling emails, sent at scale." The point is not mass promotion but keeping in touch: the audience the site names includes clients, donors, colleagues, referral sources, prospects and volunteers. Around email the platform adds texting, social media scheduling, websites, handwritten cards, and surveys and reviews, all in one account.

What a sender gets

The homepage section "Keeping in touch made easy" lists the channels. Email sends personal-feeling messages at scale. Social Media lets you "simplify your social media by scheduling ready-made posts specific to your industry." Texting lets you "deepen relationships with personalized texting through the Levitate platform." Websites promises "a polished website designed to perform." Handwritten Cards prints "your words, printed in an authentic handwritten style" for personal cards on every occasion. Surveys and Reviews aims to "boost your Client Happiness Score™ and generate 5-star reviews with ease." A features page covers the rest of the suite.

Content is a large part of what customers pay for. Levitate says it has an "award-winning content team" that writes ready-made emails and posts, and the financial advisors article describes "a full content library designed specifically for financial advisors." Its templates are, in the company's words, "Conversational, not promotional", "Ready to send" and "Proven to get replies". The same article says Levitate gives you "an easy way to schedule, personalize, and send it to the right people", and it advises users to segment their audience, for example newlyweds, retirees and business owners, because each group has different needs. The article suggests a rhythm of monthly emails or weekly social posts and ideas such as a quarterly market update by email, which is the kind of recurring content the library supplies. The homepage adds that "your content never sounds canned", and that customers often say they are surprised by how many replies they get from people thanking them for reaching out personally.

Customers can also write their own messages with help. The homepage says "Our AI assistant will help you build an email or social post from scratch, or rewrite an existing piece of content in a style you prefer." Levitate calls the combination of AI and human guidance "Authentic Intelligence": the built-in AI assistant, "guided by the expertise of your success specialist", is meant to "create genuine content in seconds." A blog post dated September 25, 2026 announces new AI features built "around the same idea: taking some of the prep work off your plate."

The success specialist

Every customer gets a dedicated success specialist. The homepage describes the role in plain terms: "They'll onboard your team, develop your strategy, and serve as an ongoing marketing resource for your team." It also calls the specialist "your own personal marketing guru, engagement ninja, and communications champ all wrapped up in one." For a busy advisor or lawyer with no marketing staff, this is the practical difference from a self-service email tool: someone helps set up the account, plan what to send and keep it going.

What customers say

The homepage quotes customers by name, and the quotes show how the platform is used. One says the emails "come from my address and I'm able to send out content tailored to my clients." Another explains: "If there is a tax law change, I can email a specific group before they hear about it on the news." A customer who runs outreach to volunteers and clients reports "a huge increase in responses to the emails that we send out!" One customer says the premade content "sounds just like a lawyer wrote it." Another customer compares the cost with staff: "it cost me over $20,000 for a part-time employee, so compared to what I pay for Levitate, it's a no-brainer." The headline quote, from a customer of 3 years, is that "Levitate has paid for itself through Google reviews alone", which points to the reviews tool as much as to email. A customer who had sent the same email every Monday for 5 years says that after switching to Levitate "people started replying to my email as if they had never seen the others emails", and another says customers are responding and "I'm getting new business." The site also says the company is proud of its "hundreds of 5-star reviews from happy customers" and has won "some awards", and adds that its data shows the platform's "people, strategies, and features deliver measurable improvements for our customers", without publishing those figures on the homepage.

Integrations, plans and support

The homepage's integrations section reads "Work smarter with the platforms you use every day", and the menu links to an Integrations page, but the homepage itself does not list which platforms are connected. The menu also links to Plans and a "Buy Now" button, and the main call to action is a personalized demo: "We'll give you a call to set up time for your team and ours to meet virtually for a personalized demo." Sales can be reached at 888-253-7050. The footer lists FAQs, a Support page, testimonials, a blog, an "Our Story" page, press and careers. The homepage also carries a "Check your Online Presence" link next to the demo button.

Who it suits

Levitate suits relationship-driven professionals and small teams who want to stay in regular, personal contact with clients and referral sources but have no time to write the content: financial advisors, insurance and mortgage agents, lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, dentists, chiropractors, home services firms and nonprofits working with donors and volunteers. The mix of ready-made industry content, an AI assistant, a dedicated success specialist and extra channels such as texting, social posts, handwritten cards and review requests covers the whole keep-in-touch routine. A developer who needs a transactional API, or an ecommerce shop planning high-volume promotional automation, will find the product aimed at a different job: personal relationship email rather than bulk sending.
