What Kwiga is
Kwiga is an all-in-one platform for online schools, course creators and small online businesses, and email marketing is one of its modules alongside a learning management system (LMS), webinars and live sessions, a CRM, a quiz builder, cloud storage, a website builder and chatbots. The email module sends marketing campaigns to a contact list, all contacts or segments, plus automated sequences and funnels. The site is owned and operated by TUTERIA VCC, with an address in Sofia, Bulgaria. According to the About page, Kwiga launched in February 2022, when the first course appeared on the platform, and its co-founder and CEO is Denys Stepanchuk. The same page says that by the end of 2022 over 500 projects were using Kwiga to host courses and bootcamps, with about 25,000 students enrolled, and the homepage now reports "20M+ USD earned", "600,000+ users" and "3000+ projects".
The pitch is that you do not need to connect separate tools. The homepage tells visitors to forget about integrations, because CRM, sales, marketing and analytics for every process and stage sit on one platform, and it lets one account hold several independent projects, each with its own team, contact database, websites and products. For a course seller, the email tool reads from the same student and customer data as the LMS and CRM.
What a sender gets
The pricing page sums up the email module: "Create marketing mailings for a contact list, all contacts, or segments. Plan email sequences, build funnels, and guide your audience toward specific actions. Use complex automation workflows for advanced users or simple conditions based on event occurrences." The email marketing page lists the features in more detail.
Automation runs through a drag-and-drop workflow builder. The FAQ says it lets users design paths for contacts based on triggers "such as signing up for a newsletter, purchasing, or engaging with previous emails". The page gives welcome emails, birthday messages and follow-ups after a purchase as examples of automations to set up.
Segmentation targets contacts "based on behavior, preferences, and previous interactions", and dynamic content adjusts an email's content per recipient. The page also lists pre-designed, customizable templates "that fit any occasion or campaign type", an email editor, and list management that lets you manage contacts and clean up your list. Existing contacts can be imported into a mailing list in formats such as CSV or Excel, and the platform provides sign-up forms for your website or landing pages to keep the list growing.
Reporting comes from a real-time analytics dashboard that tracks open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates. Under e-commerce integrations the page says you can connect directly with an online store to send transactional emails, abandoned cart reminders and product recommendations. The page's closing summary lists what every user gets without plan limits: "segment campaigns, automation, email editor, reports, and CRM."
Integrations and API
The course creation page names the third-party tools Kwiga connects to: payment gateways including PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Allpay, Wayfropay (as the page spells it), PayU, Fondy, Przelewy24, MonoPay, LiqPay, CoinPayments, Interkassa, Portmone and PayProGlobal, the SmartSender chatbot service, Zoom for live sessions, and an outside email marketing service. It says new payment systems can be added on request within two weeks, and that Kwiga takes no commission on payments. A public API covers the platform's methods, and every service package lists "Integrations, API".
Email pricing
Kwiga charges for email by the number of emails sent in the billing period, not by contacts stored. The email marketing page calls this "Pay as you Go" and says invoices are issued at the end of each billing month. The pricing page table reads:
- 1,000 emails: $0.001 each, $1
- 2,000 emails: $0.0008 each, $1.60
- 5,000 emails: $0.0007 each, $3.50
- 10,000 emails: $0.0006 each, $6
- 50,000 emails: $0.0004 each, $20
- 100,000 emails: $0.0004 each, $35
- 1,000,000 emails: $0.0003 each, $300
New accounts get a $2 email bonus, which the pricing page says "is sufficient to send 2000 emails", so a first campaign needs no payment.
For course sellers, the LMS service packages include an email allowance. The Growth package lists $20 a month on annual payment with 50,000 emails, 3 team members and 1000 active members; Pro lists $70 a month on annual payment with 200,000 emails, 10 team members and 5000 active members; BigTuna lists $196 a month on annual payment with 500,000 emails, 25 team members, 20000 active members and 5 projects. Each package also lists unlimited marketing campaigns, 24/7 customer service, free setup and transfer of materials, and a 0% transaction fee. The alternative, "Pay as you Go!", starts "from $0.5 /day" with a $15 bonus.
Other add-ons are priced separately: an additional team member is $5 a month and an additional project $10 a month, both billed daily, and a connected custom domain is $3 a month. Websites on a kwiga.com subdomain are free, with up to 10 websites per project.
Trial, discounts and support
The FAQ says the trial period "is not limited in time": each service comes with bonus funds that are usually enough for a month or more, and full functionality is available from the first minute. Discounts are currently available for paying for the LMS service in six-month and annual packages. To change plan, you contact the team on Telegram at @kwiga_team or by email. The Care Department is described as available 24/7, and there is a Help Center, a knowledge base, a handbook and a demo booking option. The site has an English and a Ukrainian version, including a Ukrainian blog.
Who it suits
Kwiga suits course creators, online schools, tutors and coaches who want their student management, payments, webinars and email in one place, and who would rather pay per email than per contact. Because the email price is per send, a creator with a large list who mails it rarely pays little, and the $2 starting bonus lets a new user try the email tools before paying anything. The LMS packages bundle a monthly email allowance for those who also host courses. A business that only needs a standalone newsletter tool gets a broad platform with more modules than it will use, but the email module itself is priced on its own and can be used that way.
