What KIRIM.EMAIL is

KIRIM.EMAIL is an Indonesian email platform run by PT. Kirim Email Indonesia from Wisma Monex in Bandung, West Java, with a United States entity, Kirim Email, Inc., in Middletown, Delaware. The homepage calls it "Email Infrastructure Untuk Bisnis Di Internet" (email infrastructure for businesses on the internet) and says it is "For Marketer and Loved by Developer". It sends marketing campaigns and automated sequences through KIRIM.EMAIL Marketing, application mail through a transactional SMTP and API service called KIRIM.EMAIL Dev, and it also runs the business mailbox service Emailkerja.id and the paid newsletter platform Buletin.

The company's claim for itself is broad. The homepage says KIRIM.EMAIL is "satu-satunya perusahaan di dunia yang memiliki layanan email marketing, transactional email, email validation, dan email hosting dalam satu tempat" (the only company in the world with email marketing, transactional email, email validation and email hosting in one place), and the marketing page presents the product as "Platform Email Marketing #1 Indonesia". The homepage says more than 31,000 companies from 20 countries have used it, and lists its users as ranging from solopreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits and schools to multinational companies. Its founder and CEO, Fikry Fatullah, writes on the company blog that he has been building KIRIM.EMAIL for almost a decade.

Two ways to pay for sending

The homepage explains the split between the two sending products. KIRIM.EMAIL Marketing "berbasis pada jumlah kontak dan tanpa batasan jumlah pengiriman email", priced on the number of contacts with no limit on the number of emails sent, and is meant for marketers who want to focus on sales rather than technical problems. KIRIM.EMAIL Dev "berbasis pada jumlah email terkirim dan tanpa batasan jumlah kontak", priced on the number of emails sent with no limit on contacts, and is meant for developers who want to avoid the work of building a scalable transactional email system themselves. The marketing page FAQ repeats that Dev suits developers who need SMTP and an API. For Dev the homepage lists superior email deliverability, scalable infrastructure, fast setup and flexible integration, and powerful reporting.

What a marketer gets

The marketing page describes the campaign side feature by feature. Campaigns are built with a drag-and-drop editor, ready-made templates and a mobile preview, with the promise that no design team or developer is needed for a professional result. The page says you can send to thousands of customers within minutes.

Automation is set up once and then runs on its own. The page names 3 automations that fire based on customer behavior: a welcome email, a birthday promotion and a cart reminder ("Email welcome, promo ulang tahun, pengingat keranjang"). The footer lists Marketing Automation, Magic Opt-in, Manual Approval, Viral Campaign and an Instant Email Sender among the platform's solutions, and the founder's blog links a post on 29 automation scenarios built with KIRIM.EMAIL's n8n nodes.

Segmentation is based on behavior: the page gives the example of sending different messages to new customers, loyal customers and customers who have not bought in a long time. Reporting shows open rate, clicks and conversions in real time on one dashboard, with the line "Tidak ada data yang tersembunyi" (no hidden data). For collecting a list from scratch, the FAQ says KIRIM.EMAIL comes with a landing page builder and opt-in forms to gather addresses from website visitors and social media audiences. The homepage counts more than 16,801 landing pages built on the platform.

Integrations

On connecting a shop or CRM, the FAQ says "API tersedia lengkap dan sudah ada integrasi dengan platform e-commerce populer. Tim kami siap membantu proses integrasinya" (a full API is available and there are integrations with popular e-commerce platforms; our team is ready to help with the integration). The page adds that customer data syncs automatically. The footer names the integrations the company documents: Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, WordPress, a WhatsApp button and Telegram. Developer resources include a Transactional API, a Marketing API, documentation and a KIRIM.EMAIL SDK, and the footer lists DKIM and SPF among the platform's solutions.

Marketing plans and prices

The marketing page publishes 4 monthly plans, priced in rupiah by contact count, each with unlimited sending ("Kirim unlimited email"):

  • 1,000 contacts: Rp138rb a month, with the full dashboard and email support
  • 5,000 contacts: Rp249rb a month, marked most popular, with full automation and priority support
  • 10,000 contacts: Rp399rb a month, with advanced segmentation and full API access
  • 25,000 contacts: Rp699rb a month, with all features and dedicated support

The page's pricing line reads "Bayar sesuai jumlah kontak. Kirim email unlimited. Tidak ada biaya per email dan tidak ada tagihan tersembunyi" (pay by number of contacts, send unlimited email, no per-email fee and no hidden charges). A link leads to the full plan list. If your contacts outgrow a plan, the FAQ says you can upgrade directly from the dashboard at any time, with no lock-in and no penalty. There is no long-term contract; the service runs month to month or year to year as you choose. You can start sending as soon as the team activates the account and payment is confirmed, then import contacts and send. The footer links to a refund policy ("Kebijakan Refund").

Buletin, the paid newsletter

Buletin is a separate paid newsletter platform the company launched and connected to KIRIM.EMAIL. Writers set up a publication, set their own price per article or for a bundle of articles, and readers pay by bank transfer, credit card or e-wallet. Each new article goes to paying subscribers by email. The launch post says Buletin is free to use up to 1,000 subscribers and that the company takes a 10% transaction fee on revenue from paying subscribers. Buletin works on its own, but once connected, each new subscriber syncs into a list the writer chooses in KIRIM.EMAIL, where the writer can segment paying readers from free ones and run automations for them.

Company, compliance and support

KIRIM.EMAIL presents itself as built for Indonesian business: the marketing page lists Indonesian language, rupiah pricing, local servers ("server lokal") and a support team that understands the local business context. The footer's Security and Privacy section links to an acceptable usage policy, a privacy policy, a cookie policy, a GDPR page and an NDA and SLA page. The homepage counts more than 4,429,534 emails sent a day and more than 67,538,299 subscribers across its customers. Sales are handled on WhatsApp at +62 815-7288-8244, the Bandung office lists the phone (022) 873-211-38, and there is a demo request form. The company also runs a podcast, an affiliate program and a KIRIM.EMAIL for NGOs program.

Who it suits

KIRIM.EMAIL suits Indonesian businesses that want a local email platform with rupiah pricing and Indonesian-language support, from a small shop sending promotions to a larger company running automations across a big list. Contact-based pricing with unlimited sends favors senders who mail often. Developers get a separate volume-priced SMTP and API product, and writers who want to charge for a newsletter can use Buletin. Teams that work only in English should note that the product pages are written in Indonesian, although the site offers an English switch.
