What JetMail is
JetMail is a Turkish-language bulk email platform, sold under the heading "Toplu Mail" (bulk mail), for companies that send newsletters, e-bulletins and campaign announcements to their own customer lists. The site's headline promise is "Toplu Mail ile Mesajınızı Binlerce Kişiye Anında Ulaştırın", reach thousands of people with your message instantly through bulk mail. The footer says the platform is powered by Biotekno, and JetMail sits in a family of messaging products from the same company: JetSMS+, JetİYS, JetMesaj, JetSES and an emergency notification service (Acil Durum Servisi).
The company describes JetMail as one of the most important tools for keeping corporate communication running on a regular basis, offered, in its words, "dünya standartlarında ve fark yaratan özelliklerle" (to world standards and with features that make a difference). The pitch is aimed at marketing teams rather than developers: easy campaign design, templates, automation and reports, with a support team behind it.
The site also leans on its credentials. It says "Ürünlerimizi T.C. Sanayi Bakanlığı Onaylı AR-GE Merkezinde ISO Kalite Standartlarına Uygun Geliştiriyoruz", that its products are developed in an R&D center approved by the Ministry of Industry, in line with ISO quality standards. It adds that its products carry a "%100 Yerli Malı Belgesi" (100% domestic goods certificate) and a "Teknolojik Ürün Deneyim Belgesi" (technological product experience certificate). For companies that prefer locally developed software, those documents are a practical selling point.
Personalization and contact groups
Personalization is the first of the "Gelişmiş Yeteneklerimiz" (our advanced capabilities) the page lists. JetMail lets a sender run campaigns with a personal name, a personal subject line and special content per recipient, organized by grouping contacts in the sender's own database ("kişiye özel isim, konu başlığı ve özel içeriklerle veri tabanınızda gruplayarak"). The page backs the feature with a research claim: "Yapılan araştırmalar kişiselleştirilmiş iletişimin 6 kat daha etkili olduğunu ortaya çıkarıyor" (research shows that personalized communication is 6 times more effective). That is the company's claim and it does not name the study.
For a sender, grouping is what makes the personalization practical. A shop can split its database into groups and give each one its own subject line and content, so that the same campaign speaks differently to different kinds of customer. The page also says senders can enrich their bulk mail with dynamic content ("dinamik içeriklerle toplu maillerinizi zenginleştirebilirsiniz"), which is the mechanism that fills a name or other personal field into each copy of the message.
Automation and periodic mail
JetMail has 2 kinds of automated sending on its homepage. The first is periodic mail. The banner reads "Maillerinizi Periyodik Mail ile Otomatik Olarak Gönderin", send your mail automatically with Periodic Mail, and explains the workflow: define the periodic mailing once, then pick the time you want it sent from a calendar. "Siz işinizi yaparken JetMail maillerinizi otomatik olarak göndersin", let JetMail send your mail automatically while you get on with your work. A monthly newsletter or a recurring reminder is the obvious use.
The second is event-style automation. The page says its "gelişmiş otomasyon sistemi" (advanced automation system) sends messages at moments that are special to each customer, and names 3 examples: "Hoş geldin Pastası" (a welcome treat for new sign-ups), "Doğum Günü Kutlaması" (a birthday greeting) and "Özel Tetikleme" (a custom trigger). The page does not describe a visual workflow builder or multi-step journeys, so the automation is best read as scheduled and triggered single messages rather than long drip sequences.
Templates and design
Templates are free. Under "Ücretsiz Şablon Seçeneği" (free template option) the page says you can use the templates best suited to your sector and campaign at no charge on the JetMail platform. Campaigns are designed to be mobile-friendly: the section heading promises "Hızlı Kolay Tasarlanan Mobil Uyumlu Kampanyalar", quickly and easily designed mobile-compatible campaigns.
Senders who want something more than a stock template have 2 options the site names. They can use templates made specifically for their organization ("Kurumunuza özel şablonlar"), and while preparing mobile-friendly e-bulletins and campaign announcements they can get support from JetMail's design team ("tasarım ekibimizin desteğini alabilir"). For a company without an in-house designer that is a useful service, since a branded template made once can be reused for every later campaign.
Deliverability tools
Under "Güvenli Gönderim" (secure sending) JetMail lists the tools it uses to keep campaigns out of the spam folder. It runs a spam analysis before sending so that a message shows up in the inbox, which the page links to higher campaign conversion. It then names 3 specific features: "Spam Geri Dönüş Yönetimi" (spam return management), "Blacklist İzleme" (blacklist monitoring) and "İçerik Puanlama" (content scoring). The page says these features let you send your mail to customers securely.
Reporting
Reports are real-time. The page says you can view the reports on your mailings in real time and also categorize campaigns by date range and by contact group ("tarih aralığı ve gruplar bazında") when reporting. That makes it possible to compare how one group responded against another, or to see a month's campaigns side by side.
Integrations and other services
The site's main menu includes "Entegrasyon" (integration), "İYS Servisi" (İYS service) and "İş Ortaklığı" (partnership), alongside features and a blog, and there is a login for existing customers ("Sisteme Giriş"). The homepage itself does not list which systems JetMail integrates with. The footer groups JetMail with the company's other messaging solutions (Mesajlaşma Çözümlerimiz), and a promotion on the page invites customers to replace classic gifts for employees and customers with next-generation gifts through JetSMS+.
Support and pricing
Support is one of the site's main claims. A section headed "7/365 Müşteri Desteği" (7/365 customer support) says its expert representatives and technical team resolve support and intervention needs immediately, and a later paragraph says its expert teams guide customers at every stage "Pazar günü dahil" (including Sunday). The company describes this as an end-to-end service approach ("Uçtan Uca Hizmet Anlayışı"), with customer service teams supporting clients of every size and sector from the contract stage through to delivery. The phone line on the page is 0 (216) 5763848, with a "Tıklayın Arayalım" (click and we'll call you) callback option.
The site publishes no prices. It says JetMail is right for you if you want to reach the most people "en az maliyetli şekilde" (at the lowest cost), and invites interested companies to get in touch through the "Bize Ulaşın" (contact us) form or by phone.
Who it suits
JetMail suits Turkish-speaking companies that run regular newsletters and promotional campaigns and want a supplier with its own support team, a design service and locally developed, certified software. Its combination of free templates, contact-group personalization, periodic mail and birthday or welcome triggers covers what a retailer, service firm or institution mailing its own customers typically needs. The deliverability features and reporting by group are practical rather than showy. A developer looking for a documented transactional API, or a buyer who needs published prices before talking to sales, will find less on the site, and teams outside the Turkish-speaking market should note that the site and its support are presented in Turkish.
