What Jatis Mobile offers
Jatis Mobile is a Jakarta-based business messaging company, with its office at Graha Orange on Jl. Mampang Prapatan Raya in Jakarta Selatan. Its product line covers the WhatsApp Business API, SMS Broadcast, email marketing, AI and omnichannel tools, app development and mobile advertising. The email product, which the Indonesian product page calls "Software Email Blast", sends campaign mail from one message to many recipients at once: promotions, announcements and customer information. The company's own blog describes Jatis Email Marketing as a platform that supports businesses in Indonesia and helps them run email campaigns and evaluate the results in one place.
The page's tagline presents it as "solusi email marketing kelas dunia bagi bisnis Anda untuk kemudahan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan di setiap tahap pembelian" (a world-class email marketing solution that makes it easy to interact with customers at every stage of the purchase). In practice it is a campaign tool built around three things: templates, contact groups and reports. The product page is in Indonesian, which tells you who the product is written for: Indonesian companies that want to mail their own customer lists and already buy, or may buy, other messaging services from the same provider.
Templates and campaign building
The first feature on the product page is the template library. The heading reads "Ratusan Contoh Pesan Email Interaktif Yang Dapat Diandalkan", hundreds of reliable interactive email message examples, and the page invites senders to use "ratusan contoh email marketing interaktif yang telah terbukti untuk meningkatkan bisnis Anda" (hundreds of interactive email marketing examples proven to grow your business). A team without a designer can start from one of these and change the content.
Senders are not limited to the stock designs. The FAQ on the product page answers the question of whether you can build your own template: yes, you can prepare a template to fit your needs, and besides text you can add images, social media buttons and call-to-action buttons to it. The company's blog lists the same thing as "template interaktif atau kustom untuk campaign", interactive or custom templates for a campaign. That covers the usual newsletter layout: a header image, a block of copy, a button to a landing page, and links to the brand's social accounts.
Sending can be scheduled. The FAQ says you can set up automatic scheduled sending ("penjadwalan pengiriman otomatis") when you use the email blast application, and it frames timing as one of the levers on open rate, next to a subject line that makes the recipient curious and content that is worth opening. It also suggests building campaigns that drive visits to the sender's landing pages and on to sales conversions, which is the sort of promotional mail the product is built for.
Contact groups and list size
The second feature is contact grouping. Under the heading "Kirimkan Pesan Yang Sesuai Kepada Pelanggan" (send customers the right message), the product page says you can classify your customers by grouping them so that each group receives messages that match its needs. A retailer can keep a group for regular buyers and another for new sign-ups, for example, and send each a different campaign. The blog lists "contact grouping untuk pengelompokan audiens" as one of the three features businesses need from the product.
On list size the FAQ gives a direct answer. Asked what the maximum database for an email blast is, it says there is no limit on the email database you can send to ("Tidak ada batasan database email"). You can use all of your customers' email addresses, but the page warns that they should be valid, active addresses, and that however much you send, the mail must not turn into spam. That is a sensible reminder for anyone importing an old customer file: dead addresses bounce, and a list with many bounces harms a sender's reputation.
Reports
The third feature is reporting. The heading "Dapatkan Pemahaman Mendalam Dari Aktivitas Email Marketing Anda" promises a deep understanding of your email marketing activity, and the page says the comprehensive reports help you decide your next step. The FAQ spells out what those reports contain: the number of emails sent, the open rate, clicks, unsubscribes and failed deliveries ("banyak email yang terkirim, open rate, clicked, unsubscribed, dan failed"). The blog repeats the list as "laporan sent, open, clicked, unsubscribed, dan failed". Those five numbers are enough to tell whether a campaign reached its list, whether people opened and clicked, and whether the list needs cleaning.
Other channels from the same company
Email is one product among several. Jatis Mobile's homepage says it has been a WhatsApp BSP (business solution provider) since 2018 and lists SMS Broadcast, the WhatsApp Business Platform and AI and omnichannel solutions next to email marketing. For a business that wants to reach the same customers by email, SMS and WhatsApp, that means one supplier for all three, even though each is sold as its own product. The email page itself does not describe a shared dashboard or cross-channel automations, so a buyer should treat the channels as separate services from one vendor.
Pricing, company facts and support
Jatis Mobile publishes no price for the email product. The blog entry says to contact Jatis for the latest package information ("Hubungi Jatis untuk informasi paket terbaru"), and the product page offers a "Request a Demo" button and a "Coba Email Blast Sekarang" (try Email Blast now) call to action.
The homepage gives the company's own figures: "500+ Corporate Clients", "20 Years Serving Industries" and "Certified ISO 9001 & 27001". These describe the company as a whole rather than the email product alone. The footer lists hello@jatis.com and a line marked "Chat Only 24/7", so written chat is the round-the-clock channel rather than phone calls.
The company's blog is candid about the product's scope. It calls the platform ideal for simple campaigns ("Platform ini ideal untuk kampanye sederhana") and says that needs such as CRM, AI, complex behavioral triggers, a dedicated IP or data residency call for a broader enterprise platform. That is an unusually honest statement from a vendor about its own tool, and it is the clearest guide to who should buy it.
Who it suits
Jatis Email Marketing suits Indonesian businesses that send straightforward promotional or customer information campaigns: a retailer announcing a sale, a service company mailing its customers, a brand that wants a ready-made template, a few contact groups and a clear report after each send. The absence of a database limit and the Indonesian-language product page make it a practical choice for a local company mailing a large customer file. Businesses that already use Jatis Mobile for SMS or WhatsApp can add email from the same vendor. The company's own blog says the product is built for simple campaigns, so a team that needs behavioral automation, CRM features or a dedicated sending IP will want a broader platform, and a buyer who needs published prices should expect to go through a demo and a sales conversation first.
