Tap a star to rate
iCubesPro is an email marketing platform from Caspar Technologies Pvt Ltd, presented on its site as "One to One Email Marketing" and an "AI powered Email Service Provider". It sends campaigns, automated welcome programs, API-triggered alerts and behavior-triggered messages, and it offers an SMTP relay and APIs for mail sent from a customer's own application. The page title markets it as email marketing software and a bulk email service in India. The company describes the product as "Award winning, Best in class email marketing solutions" for creating and delivering "contextual, one-to-one campaigns" using machine learning data.
Email marketing is one of four products in the iCubesPro portfolio. The others are TCM (the product the site links for triggered, cross-channel messaging), a Predictive Keyword Recommendation Tool, and an email verification and validation tool. The site has separate pricing sections for email marketing and for email verification.
What a sender gets
Templates and campaign building. Campaigns are built from "a gallery of fully customizable mobile responsive email templates". The page says the template library helps the marketer build campaigns that fit the brand's promotional goals, and the home page adds that the interface works on phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
The scheduler. The "Best in Class Campaign Scheduler" sends at the times contacts are most likely to read, which the page ties to building a good sender reputation. Campaigns can be scheduled "by hour, date, week month or over a period of time and are send without any manual intervention". Scheduled sends join an email queue, and monitoring that queue shows what has gone out and what is waiting.
Engagement-based priority sending. This is iCubesPro's most distinctive feature. The page's headline is "Send a million emails and your best engaged customers receive your campaigns just in few minutes!" For high-volume campaigns, proprietary priority scheduling algorithms deliver to the most engaged customers first and to less engaged customers afterwards. The company says this builds engagement and revenue and improves sender reputation and inbox placement. For a large sender, getting the first wave of a big campaign to the people most likely to open it is a practical advantage.
Keyword recommendation. The Predictive Keyword Recommendation Tool uses what the page calls an AI-powered algorithm to suggest "relevant, appropriate, and action-oriented keywords" drawn from the account's campaign history, with the aim of raising opens, clicks and conversions. It also recommends the top-performing hours and days to send based on previous campaigns, and it suggests how many words to use in a subject line.
Lists. The List Manager is used to create relevant mailing lists, disable the less engaged contacts and remove invalid addresses, so the database stays clean and campaign costs stay down. The separate verification and validation tool supports the same goal.
Welcome programs. The "Conversion goal based Welcome Program" is described as "a well-structured series of emails part of an automated program providing subscription confirmation, services information, relevant offers sent out at a set interval or initiated by customer actions."
Segmentation. "Smarter segmentation" lets a sender build a "Precision audience" from "customers' demographic profiles, engagement, preferences, historic transaction or browsing data or even device specific behaviours", for personalized one-to-one emails.
Behavioral triggers. Under "Behavioural Triggers & Omni Channel Retargeting", the page describes automated conditional triggers based on user behavior, and says the marketer can schedule "custom action based cross channel triggers" to achieve a higher return. These link to TCM.
Web analytics campaigns. The platform's web analytics track clicks, views, opens and behavior across the customer journey, and feed campaign types the page names: custom web pushes, advanced triggers, conditional messaging and dynamic mailers.
Reporting. The dashboard has three modules, account summary, campaigns and an event calendar, and shows insight into lists, campaigns and customer engagement and disengagement. Reports cover subscriber engagement, campaign comparisons, message reports with visual representations and consumption audit reports, and the advanced analysis is meant to feed insight about user behavior into future campaigns.
Personalization and remarketing. The home page headline "Welcome hyper-personalisation and automation" promises high engagement "with individual product recommendations", and the email marketing page lists remarketing and predictive content recommendations among the programs the platform runs. Combined with transaction and browsing data in segments, that lets a store send each customer products chosen for them rather than one catalog to the whole list.
API, SMTP and integrations
For application mail, iCubesPro offers an SMTP relay: "All you need is your username, password, the SMTP server hostname and the SMTP port from your iCubesPro account." Once those details are in the application's SMTP settings, it can send. For deeper integration, the APIs sync users from a website to the iCubesPro panel and back, sync unsubscribes, and fetch reports. The API is token based, and "The tokens could be either IP based or key based API depending upon the customer request."
The eCommerce Integration section says data can be synchronized from a CRM or from ecommerce platforms "like Magento or Prestashop" into the List Manager, so store and customer data can drive segmentation and campaigns.
Deliverability and support
Under "Industry Best Deliverability", the page says the company's email expertise keeps deliverability high, and that a good sender reputation comes from a healthy database, bounce management and "accurate authentications". The priority sending feature is also presented as a reputation tool.
Support is described as guidance, configuration assistance and product expertise from a dedicated team, "in every step from start and beyond". Technical service comes in two forms: "Self-service & Full service". The home page also says the company does custom-made marketing solutions and web and mobile responsive development, so a customer can ask for help beyond the software itself.
Plans
The site publishes no prices on these pages; plan details sit behind its Pricing menu, which has separate sections for email marketing and email verification.
Who it suits
iCubesPro suits a business that sends high volumes of marketing email and cares about engagement: a retailer or ecommerce store on Magento or Prestashop, a publisher, or a brand with a large list where delivering first to the most engaged readers makes a visible difference. Its segmentation on transaction, browsing and device data, the behavior-based triggers and the welcome programs cover the lifecycle side, and the keyword and send-time recommendations help with the subject line. The SMTP relay and token-based API let a development team send application mail through the same account and keep users and unsubscribes in sync with the website.
Teams that want hands-on help can choose the full service option, and the company's development services mean a business can have its templates or integrations built for it.
