IAGENTE is a communications company whose footer describes it as a "Plataforma brasileira de comunicação multicanal e IA para vendas" (Brazilian platform for multichannel communication and AI for sales). Its email marketing product, IAGENTEmail, is a campaign platform with a drag-and-drop editor, automated journeys, landing pages and forms, dynamic segments, real-time reports and AI suggestions for subject lines and send times. The site says it has served 20,000+ clients since 2008, runs on its own Tier III data center and ASN in SP, bills in reais, and supports customers in Portuguese from within the country.

IAGENTEmail is one of four products that share a contact base and can be combined: SDRBOT.ai (an AI sales assistant on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger), IAGENTEsmtp (transactional email by SMTP and API), IAGENTEmail (email marketing) and IAGENTEconnect (WhatsApp and SMS campaigns). This entry covers the email marketing platform, with the transactional side noted where it matters.

What a sender gets

The editor. Campaigns are built in a drag-and-drop editor ("Arraste blocos, edite textos e personalize tudo sem conhecimento técnico", drag blocks, edit text and customize everything without technical knowledge), with free ready-made templates and a free image bank of "milhares de imagens" (thousands of images), plus AI image generation. A link validator checks every link in the email before sending, and the FAQ says the editor automatically validates email size, compresses images and warns about practices that can hurt deliverability.

Contacts and segments. Lists can be organized by source, interest, product or any other criterion. Dynamic segments update themselves from rules based on behavior. Imports come from CSV, Excel or the API, and duplicates are detected automatically. The platform also identifies and separates invalid addresses and inactive contacts to protect sender reputation. The FAQ says the Portuguese-speaking support team can help migrate contacts from another platform.

Lead capture. Landing pages are built in a visual editor with responsive templates and a custom domain. Embedded forms can be placed on any site with custom fields and colors and support double opt-in. Popups can appear on exit intent, after a scroll or after time on the page, with custom triggers and A/B testing. All of these connect directly to the automations.

Journeys. The automation builder is visual and combines four kinds of step: sending an email at a point in the journey, waiting days, hours or until a specific date, conditions and branches based on actions ("abriu email? clicou? comprou?", opened the email? clicked? bought?), and automatic actions such as adding tags, moving contacts between lists, updating fields or firing webhooks. The features list names nurture, welcome, birthday and follow-up flows.

AI. IAGENTE puts AI at the center of this product. When an account is created, the FAQ says, the platform detects the customer's market segment and tailors suggestions for subjects, content, send times and strategy, whether the business is in education, ecommerce, health or retail. The AI features listed are subject line suggestions based on the account's history, content generation in the brand's tone of voice, segment-specific insights, best send time, a performance forecast of opens, clicks and conversion before sending, and recommended next steps such as which contacts to re-engage.

Reports. Real-time reporting covers opens, clicks, bounces and conversions, a click map of the email, devices and email clients, and data export. A sending center shows every campaign with its status and quick metrics, and campaigns can be duplicated and reused. The page cites "+200M emails/mês" (200 million emails a month) on the platform.

Teams and agencies. Multi-user access gives each team member their own permissions, and multi-account setups separate departments, brands or agency clients so each is measured on its own.

API and integrations. A RESTful API has endpoints for contacts, lists, campaigns and reports, and webhooks report opens, clicks and bounces in real time. The page shows code samples in cURL, Python, JavaScript, PHP and C#, and says the documentation is in Portuguese with human technical support. Ready integrations named are WordPress, WooCommerce, Zapier and Google Sheets, and the ecommerce section mentions stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, Nuvemshop and VTEX.

Deliverability and LGPD

The FAQ says the infrastructure uses dedicated IPs, SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication and active reputation monitoring, and the page headlines "99% Entrega Na caixa de entrada" (99% delivery to the inbox). The platform has native feedback loop integration with major providers' spam complaint programs. IAGENTE keeps transactional and marketing mail on separate SMTP infrastructure, because, as its FAQ explains, mixing IP reputation degrades the deliverability of both.

On compliance, the FAQ answers that IAGENTEmail is fully compliant with the LGPD, Brazil's data protection law. The platform offers configurable double opt-in on every form, opt-in and opt-out management, an automatic unsubscribe link in every template, and one-click export and deletion of a contact's data for data subject requests.

Plans and prices

The email marketing page lists three plans, priced in reais with the promise of no dollar exchange surprises and no hidden fees:

  • R$ 105 a month, 15,000 emails a month, "Para quem está começando" (for those starting out): drag-and-drop editor, free image bank, templates, 1 landing page, basic reports, multi-user access, automated journeys and AI.
  • R$ 239 a month, 50,000 emails a month, marked most popular, for growing companies: 5 landing pages, unlimited journeys, AI for subject lines, dynamic segments and multi-account.
  • R$ 849 a month, 250,000 emails a month, for large volumes: everything above plus unlimited landing pages, full AI, API and webhooks, feedback loops, multi-account with multi-user, and priority support.

Custom plans are available for larger bases. The trial is "10 dias grátis, sem cartão, sem burocracia" (10 days free, no card, no red tape), with access to every feature for the 10 days, and the product menu describes it as 300 free sends over 10 days.

On the transactional side, IAGENTEsmtp is sold at the same price points for the same volumes (R$ 105 for 15,000 sends, R$ 239 for 50,000 and R$ 849 for 250,000), each with SMTP and a RESTful API, multiple domains and templates, 30 days of logs, 15 MB per email, bounce and delivery logs and sub-accounts. SMS through IAGENTEconnect is prepaid, from R$ 0,099 per SMS for a pack of 5,000 SMS down to R$ 0,079 per SMS for 100,000 SMS, with Anatel-approved shortcodes.

Who it suits

IAGENTEmail suits a company in Brazil that wants a full email marketing platform in Portuguese, billed in reais, with support in Portuguese. Small businesses and first-time senders get a lot for R$ 105: journeys, AI and a landing page from the first plan. Agencies benefit from multi-account and multi-user access on the higher plans. Ecommerce stores, gyms, schools, clinics and collection teams, all named on the page, find ready playbooks such as abandoned cart, welcome and birthday flows. A business that also needs transactional email, SMS or a WhatsApp sales assistant can keep all four channels with one supplier and one contact base.

Developers will find a documented API with webhooks, but full API access and feedback loops come with the largest plan, so a team that needs them early should budget for that tier or a custom plan.
