HOSTVN

HOSTVN is a hosting and technology company that sells an email marketing service (Dịch vụ Email Marketing) alongside its domains, web hosting, business email and servers. The service lets a business design campaigns in a drag-and-drop editor, import its customer list from Excel, have the list verified automatically, set up automated sending workflows and follow the results in statistics reports. It is sold as prepaid packages of emails, priced in Vietnamese dong, and the interface is in Vietnamese. The page's own one-line pitch is "Dễ dàng tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng với chi phí thấp" (easily reach potential customers at low cost).

According to the company description on the page, Công ty Cổ phần Giải pháp Công nghệ HOSTVN was founded in May 2007, has a staff of 40+, and works mainly in domain registration, web hosting, website design, business email, cloud servers, backup services, software licenses and SSL certificates. Its email menu sits next to the marketing product: Email Business, Email Transaction for automated sending, Email Hybrid, and resold Zoho Mail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

What a sender gets

The editor. Campaigns are designed with a drag-and-drop builder or in HTML ("bằng công cụ kéo thả hoặc HTML"). The page says no HTML programming skill is needed: you drag images, text, video and buttons into the email and change their size and colors freely. The template library covers many industries, is designed by HOSTVN's team, is updated continuously, and is free to use ("Bạn có thể thoải mái sử dụng mà không mất phí").

Lists and import. Customer lists are uploaded from Excel files in xls or xlsx format, "chỉ 1 click chuột" (in just one click), and the system recognizes and skips values that are not in the right format. The page is clear that HOSTVN supplies no mailing lists: the recipient list is something the customer finds and prepares before importing it into the EMS tool.

Automatic verification. Every list uploaded or added is verified automatically. The system removes addresses that do not exist, junk addresses and addresses with typos, which the page presents as a way to keep campaigns effective and to filter out fake or abandoned addresses. This verification is listed as a feature on every package.

Automated workflows. The page says you can design automated sending scenarios (kịch bản gửi tự động) to customers through "giao diện rất đơn giản" (a very simple interface) that shortens the time spent operating campaigns. It does not describe individual triggers, so the automation is best read as scheduled and sequenced sending rather than a complex journey builder.

Statistics. Reports show the successful send rate and the number of opened emails, in a visual, clear statistics interface meant to show how successful a campaign was.

Delivery. Under the heading Tăng tỷ lệ vào inbox (increase the inbox rate), the page says the service uses a modern AWS system that raises the rate of email reaching the inbox to above 90% ("lên đến trên 90%"). The FAQ also covers why email can be marked as spam, what counts as an invalid recipient, and whether HOSTVN commits to an inbox rate, and the site publishes anti-spam rules (Quy định chống thư rác).

Sender addresses. A customer can add its own sending addresses under Quản lý địa chỉ gửi email (manage sending addresses) and choose between them when sending. The system sends a verification email to each added address, which has to be confirmed within 24 hours.

Plans and prices

The price table has three plans. Prices exclude VAT ("Giá trên chưa bao gồm VAT"), and the offers that come with a package cannot be combined with other promotions.

For Marketer, marked as the most chosen, is sold by the month with unlimited contacts (Danh bạ không giới hạn). Each package runs for 1 month:

• 5,000 emails: 150,000 dong
• 10,000 emails: 280,000 dong
• 30,000 emails: 750,000 dong
• 50,000 emails: 1,000,000 dong
• 100,000 emails: 1,800,000 dong

For Business is sold as a package used over up to one year, with a contact book limit per package: the page lists "Danh bạ 5,000 email" for the smallest package, rising to "Danh bạ 100,000 email" for the largest. The headline shows 16,250 dong a month, and the packages are:

• 5,000 emails: 195,000 dong for 12 months
• 10,000 emails: 370,000 dong for 12 months
• 30,000 emails: 990,000 dong for 12 months
• 50,000 emails: 1,300,000 dong for 12 months
• 100,000 emails: 2,400,000 dong for 12 months

For Corporate covers sending +1,000,000 mail a month, with unlimited contacts and a price on request (Liên hệ).

All three plans include list verification, visual statistics reports, the Vietnamese interface, drag-and-drop email design, automated sending scenarios and Excel import. The comparison table gives the price per email as from 18 dong on Marketer and from 24 dong on Business, with Corporate quoted on contact.

The difference between the first two plans is the useful choice. Marketer suits a business that sends a lot in a given month to a large list, since contacts are unlimited and the per-email price is lowest. Business suits a smaller sender that spreads a modest number of emails over the year, at a much lower total price, with the list capped at the package size. The FAQ addresses the obvious question for Business customers who hit that cap: upgrade to a package with more contacts, or switch to For Marketer, which has no upload limit on contacts. Another FAQ covers whether unused monthly sends carry over, and the site links to a refund policy (Chính sách hoàn tiền). Support

Support is offered around the clock, and the page says the team is there 24/7 "bất kể là ngày hay đêm, dù nắng hay mưa" (day or night, rain or shine). The channels are email, support tickets for existing customers, live chat, a phone callback request, and Zalo chat. The company lists two offices with their own phone lines, (024) 4455 3333 and (028) 4455 3333. Who it suits

HOSTVN's email marketing suits a Vietnamese business that wants to run promotional campaigns and newsletters in its own language and pay in dong. A shop or service company with a small list can take a Business package and send for a year at a low total price. A company with a large list or a busy campaign month is better served by For Marketer's unlimited contacts and lower per-email price, and a high-volume sender over a million emails a month goes to For Corporate. The automatic list cleaning is a real help for businesses whose customer lists have built up over years, and the drag-and-drop editor with free industry templates means no designer is needed.
