Hostinger

Hostinger is a web platform best known for hosting, domains and website building, and its email marketing product is Hostinger Reach. The home page FAQ puts it plainly: with Hostinger you can "create and send AI-powered email campaigns with Hostinger Reach", alongside Hostinger Ecommerce and the Hostinger Agent assistant, "all from the same account". Reach writes and designs a campaign from a short description, sends it to a contact list, and reports opens and clicks. Hostinger's own tutorials describe it as built for beginners, small businesses and content creators who want to start email marketing without design or marketing skills.

Reach is one part of a much larger catalog. Hostinger also sells business email on your own domain, AI website and app builders, WordPress and cloud hosting, VPS, ecommerce, and a range of AI agents and automation apps. This entry covers the email marketing side, with a note on the developer mail tools at the end.

What a sender gets

AI-written campaigns. The core of Reach is prompt-based creation. Hostinger's Indonesian tutorial says you describe your campaign in a prompt and the platform generates mobile-friendly email content automatically; you then adjust the content and design and send it "dalam hitungan menit" (within minutes). The Brazilian tutorial gives examples of what you might describe, a product launch, a promotion or a simple newsletter, and says the AI also adjusts the layout automatically for readability. The home page summarizes the purpose as "Bring customers back with AI email marketing": create campaigns, re-engage inactive subscribers and see what is working, "without doing it all manually."

Templates and branding. The Indonesian tutorial lists an AI template maker for ready-to-send emails with good layout, readability and accessibility, a flexible template editor for designing emails by hand or with AI help, and branding options for uploading a logo and setting colors. The Brazilian tutorial adds that you set your style once and the tool saves your preferences "para que você nunca comece do zero novamente" (so you never start from scratch again).

Contacts and signups. Contacts can be added by hand or imported from CSV. The strongest part of the list building is the link to Hostinger's own site tools: leads from Hostinger Website Builder forms sync in real time, and a dedicated WordPress plugin syncs leads from a WordPress site in real time as well. A business whose site already runs on Hostinger can collect subscribers on it without any third-party form tool.

Reporting. Reach includes built-in analytics with live data on open rate, click-through rate and delivery, according to the Indonesian tutorial, and the Brazilian tutorial says you can follow campaign results in real time.

Deliverability and compliance. This is where Reach benefits from sitting inside a hosting company. For domains on Hostinger, the Indonesian tutorial says Reach sets up SPF, DMARC and DKIM records automatically so mail lands in the inbox rather than spam. It also lists MailChannels support to reduce spam and protect sender reputation, and a compliance guarantee: "Jaminan mematuhi GDPR dan CAN-SPAM" (a guarantee of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance), with unsubscribe handling, business information in the footer and masking of contact identities.

What is on the way. The same tutorial notes that Reach is a newly released tool and lists three features as coming soon: an integrated landing page builder, automated email sequences with flexible scheduling, and custom subscriber groups for segmented sending. The home page's mention of re-engaging inactive subscribers shows the product growing in that direction.

Plans and prices

Reach can be tried free for a year. The Brazilian tutorial describes a free plan for 1 year that lets you send up to 200 emails a month to 100 subscribers, with all features available. The Indonesian tutorial gives the same free year with 100 subscribers and 200 monthly emails, and a first paid step at Rp32.900 a month for 500 contacts and 3.500 emails (as the page writes it), upgradable as the list grows.

Reach also comes bundled with Hostinger's hosting plans. On the home page, every plan lists "AI email marketing" under the heading "Communicate & grow":

• Premium, "Great for creators and small brands": $2.99 a month (regular price $11.99), 3 websites, 2 mailboxes per website free for 1 year, and AI email marketing. The price applies to a 48-month term of $143.52, renewing at $10.99 a month.
• Unlimited: $3.99 a month (regular $18.99), unlimited websites, unlimited mailboxes per website free for 1 year, and "AI email marketing - free for 1 year". The 48-month term is $191.52, renewing at $16.99 a month.
• Cloud Startup, "Dedicated power for agencies or high-traffic projects": $7.99 a month (regular $27.99), with unlimited mailboxes and AI email marketing free for 1 year. The 48-month term is $383.52, renewing at $25.99 a month.

The home page adds that all plans are paid upfront, the monthly rate is the total divided by the months in the plan, "Unlimited" features are subject to a fair usage policy, and there is a "30-day money-back guarantee". The Indonesian tutorial points to hosting plans from Rp24.900 a month for readers who want Reach together with the website builder integration and a free domain.

Security and support

The home page says Hostinger is "ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations", and that conversations with Hostinger Agent are not used to train or fine-tune AI models. It advertises 24/7 support on its plans, priority 24/7 expert support on the plans listed, a knowledge base, tutorials, the Hostinger Academy video guides, and a public system status page with live uptime and incident updates. Hostinger Agent, an AI assistant included with every plan, handles site tasks through chat, and the page claims "85% of issues solved without a human."

For developers

Reach is a campaign tool, but Hostinger also sells mail infrastructure for code. The Developers menu lists Hostinger Mail API & CLI, to "Send and manage email from your terminal, scripts, and automated workflows", official SDK libraries, a general Hostinger API and a CLI. Agentic Mail, "Email built for AI agents and workflows", connects mailboxes to code and AI agents through webhooks, a REST API and MCP, for inbox triage bots and automated replies. These are separate products from Reach, aimed at teams building their own email workflows.

Who it suits

Reach suits a small business or creator whose website already runs on Hostinger, or who is about to build one there. The appeal is that the site, the domain, the mailboxes and the newsletter live in one account, forms on the site feed the list automatically, and the authentication records are set up for you. The free year covers a starter list, and on the Unlimited and Cloud Startup plans the email marketing is included free for the first year. A beginner who wants the AI to draft and lay out the campaign will find that is exactly what Reach is built around.

A sender who needs automated sequences, landing pages or subscriber groups today should note that Hostinger's own tutorial lists those as coming soon, and developers who need to send from code will look at the Mail API rather than Reach.
