Hoppy Copy is an AI email marketing and content platform: it writes newsletters, campaigns and multi-email sequences in a brand's own voice, and it can also send them, with its own subscriber lists, automations, forms and analytics. Its FAQ calls it "an all-in-one email marketing + content platform powered by AI" that handles "writing, design, and sending emails". The company's footer says it is built in Vancouver and Santa Monica, and the About page describes a small, senior team led by co-founders Josh Bluman and Andrey Marchuk. The customers it names are service businesses, consultants and coaches, clinics, real estate agents, marketing agencies, communities, education providers, creators and startups.
A sender can use Hoppy Copy in two ways. It can be the whole email platform, holding contacts and sending mail. Or it can be the writing tool in front of another sender: the FAQ says you can "send from your existing platform with just a copy-paste or integration".
Writing the email
Brand memory and voices. Hoppy Copy's core idea is that the AI learns the brand once. A customer saves "brand knowledge assets" (brand info, website, blogs, socials, product descriptions, content examples), and the platform builds brand voices from the customer's writing style, "Down to the nitty details, like industry slang and words to avoid". Ready-made brand voice templates exist for those who would rather pick one.
Newsletter engines. The paid plans include "autopilot newsletter engines" or idea feeds: a system that pulls from the customer's content and trending news and, in the pricing page's words, works like "a personal assistant sending you fresh email ideas to review and send every week." The home page describes the loop as preload the brand, auto-generate emails weekly, polish them, then send and let the engine learn what works, ending in "approve & send in 1 click".
Sequences. The Sequence Planner offers pre-built frameworks, among them welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, cross-sell, upsell, VIP, deal and event promotion sequences, plus the Soap Opera and Seinfeld lead nurture styles. Copy formulas such as PAS (Pain, Agitate, Solution) and AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) are built in, and "1-click URL to Sequence" turns a product, event or course page into a tailored sequence.
Other tools. The platform lists more than 50 writing and image tools: an AI copywriter, AI copy editor, AI image creator with stock images and GIFs, AI chat, a content converter, a document editor, design and writing templates, and grammar and spell check. Users can choose between AI models (the pricing page names GPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini). A spam words checker flags terms likely to push an email into junk folders and suggests stronger copy. The site supports 35+ languages, naming French, Spanish and Mandarin.
Competitor monitoring. Hoppy Copy tracks competitors' emails so a customer can see their discounts, promotions and content, with access to 10,000+ emails and weekly, biweekly or monthly alerts.
Sending and automation
Publishing. The sending side includes "Unlimited emails, automations & forms", subject to a fair use note on sends, and unlimited audience segmentation. The Sequence Planner page lists managing multiple brands and domains in one account, custom audiences for personalized messaging, content optimized for mobile and dark mode by default, and "Up to 99% deliverability". The pricing cards call it "World-class deliverability".
Forms and landing pages. The forms builder makes embedded, pop-up and link-in-bio forms, and the page says a completed form "automatically update[s] their profile in your database", feeding segmentation and personalized follow-ups. Form analytics show which forms bring in the most signups.
Analytics. The FAQ says built-in analytics track "opens, clicks, and performance". The home page adds that subject lines, featured content and designs are tuned to maximize opens and clicks.
Migration and export. The pricing page lists a free email migration service and easy export to an external ESP, and the publishing section says you can export HTML to your own sending tool.
Integrations
The integrations page groups connections in three sets. For contacts, a native Shopify integration "automatically syncs contacts, segments, and custom fields", Zapier connects to Squarespace, Typeform, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Eventbrite and more, and custom webhooks and an API "push and pull data from any system", such as an LMS, an ecommerce store or in-house tools. For publishing from another tool, it names HubSpot, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign and Shopify. For brand content, it syncs the customer's blog, products, reviews, target audience and RSS feeds.
Plans and prices
The pricing page has a Monthly and Yearly switch, with the yearly option marked "Save 20%". The self-serve plans start with a 7-day free trial, which the page headlines as "Free access for 7 days" and follows with "Cancel anytime". The page shows two sets of prices for the same cards: Start and Platform at $39 or $49 a month, and Managed at $49 or $79 a month.
- Start, "For solo operators who want to create and send better newsletters and campaigns themselves": up to 2 users, 1 idea feed, 7 brand knowledge assets, 3 brand voices, 10 competitors tracked, 50+ writing and image tools, up to 3,000 email subscribers, unlimited emails, automations and forms.
- Platform, for businesses that want "automated newsletter planning, creation, and white-glove setup": up to 3 users and 3 workspaces, 3 autopilot newsletter engines, 20 brand knowledge assets, 5 brand voices plus premium voice templates, 50 competitors tracked, up to 3,000 email subscribers, and 1-on-1 onboarding and setup with a growth strategist.
- Managed, marked popular, "For brands who want their email marketing fully managed by experts": everything in Platform plus a custom newsletter strategy, 2-3 human-polished newsletters a month, one email flow, human review, edits and sending, quarterly analytics reviews and a dedicated account manager.
- Scale // Enterprise is priced on a call and adds more engines, workspaces and team members, custom AI models and integrations, 1-to-1 AI personalization, priority support and a dedicated IP address.
The 3,000 subscriber allowance is a starting point: a slider on the pricing page changes how many subscribers are included. Support on the plans covers email and chat, community access and, on the higher tiers, priority support. The site also links to a help center and video tutorials.
The site cites its own traction in several forms: "Join 100,000+ marketers", "5/5 from 3,532 customers", and claims of "25% more opens" and "10% the cost of agencies".
Who it suits
Hoppy Copy suits a small business or solo operator whose real problem is producing good email every week: a consultant, a coach, a clinic, a local service firm or a creator who knows a newsletter would help but never finds the time to write it. The newsletter engines and brand memory are built for exactly that, and the Managed plan hands the writing to people. Shopify stores get a native contact sync and ready-made abandoned cart and post-purchase sequences. Agencies can use the workspaces and brand voices to keep several clients apart.
Senders who already have a platform they like can still use Hoppy Copy as the writing layer and publish through HubSpot, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign or Shopify. Teams whose main need is complex, data-heavy automation will find the product puts its weight on the content, and larger lists move beyond the base 3,000 subscribers through the slider or an enterprise quote.
