HirlevelOrias
Tap a star to rate
HirlevelOrias.hu is a Hungarian-language newsletter sending service (hírlevél küldő rendszer) run by IT-Nav Hungary Kft. It gives a business a web-based system to build newsletters from templates, manage subscriber lists, schedule campaigns, set up autoresponders and read delivery, open and click statistics. It is sold as monthly subscriptions priced in Hungarian forints, with a prepaid credit option for occasional sending, and every plan comes with a dedicated SMTP server and phone support around the clock. The site is written entirely in Hungarian, and its customers are businesses that want a simple sending tool and a supplier they can phone.
IT-Nav Hungary Kft. is not only a newsletter company. The team page lists newsletter sending, email marketing, SEO, web hosting, domains and VPS among its services, and the email marketing side includes a done-for-you offer: the company invites customers to request a quote for planning, editing and sending their newsletter campaigns.
What a sender gets
The editor and templates. Newsletters are edited in a web interface. The home page says a sender can choose from more than 140 built-in email templates and can also add a template of its own: "több mint 140 beépített e-mail sablon közül választhat, egyedi sablont is beépíthet" (you can choose from more than 140 built-in email templates and also build in a custom template). A company with a designed house template can load it once and reuse it for every mailing.
Scheduling and autoresponders. Campaigns can be scheduled (időzítheti) to go out at a set time, and the system supports automatic responders ("automatikus válaszolókat állíthat be"). That covers the common cases of a welcome message to new subscribers and follow-ups after a signup. The page describes no visual journey builder, so the automation is the autoresponder kind rather than branching workflows.
Testing before sending. Before a newsletter goes out, the system runs three checks that the page names: a spam check (levélszemét), an email client compatibility check (levelező kompatibilitási) and a newsletter test (hírlevél tesztelési vizsgálat). The spam check matters for a small sender, because a newsletter that trips a filter never reaches the list, and the site also offers spam checking and newsletter auditing (Spam ellenőrzés, hírlevél auditálás) as a listed service.
Lists and subscribers. The page describes list management in one sentence that covers the essentials: "könnyen kezelheti hírlevél listáit, egyszerűen tud importálni feliratkozókat, listáiba egyedi feliratkozó mezőket építhet, tetszőlegesen szegmentálhatja feliratkozóit" (you can easily manage your newsletter lists, import subscribers, build custom subscriber fields into your lists and segment your subscribers as you wish). Custom fields make personalization possible: a sender can store a first name, a company, a city or a customer category and use it both to segment the list and to personalize a mailing.
Signup forms. An email subscription form can be integrated into the sender's own website, so new subscribers join the list directly rather than through manual imports.
Statistics. The home page lists delivery, open, click, bounce, forward, subscribe and unsubscribe statistics: "kiküldési -, megnyitási -, kattintási -, visszapattanási -, továbbítási, fel és leiratkozási statisztikák". The results can be queried, exported and analyzed in charts ("lekérdezheti, exportálhatja, diagramokon elemezheti"). Forward tracking is a detail worth noting: it shows which newsletters readers pass on, which is a good signal for content that works.
The SMTP server. Every plan lists a dedicated SMTP server (Dedikált SMTP szerver). It is listed as a standard inclusion on the cheapest plan as well as the largest.
Plans and prices
The home page lists three monthly subscriptions under the heading Hírlevél küldés (newsletter sending), each with the same four inclusions: a dedicated SMTP server, round-the-clock customer service (0-24 ügyfélszolgálat), a monthly send allowance, and activation within 24 hours (24 órán belüli aktiválás).
- Hírlevél küldés 500, described as a professional email marketing system and entry package (belépő csomag): 0 to 500 emails a month for 1500 forints a month (1500,-ft*).
- Hírlevél küldés 1000, a corporate newsletter system and basic package with broad functionality: 500 to 1000 emails a month for 3.000,-ft* a month.
- Hírlevél küldés 1500, an easy-to-use newsletter system and starter package: 1000 to 1500 emails a month for 4.500,-ft* a month.
Each price carries an asterisk whose footnote the home page does not reproduce. The allowances are counted in emails sent per month, not in contacts.
Alongside the subscriptions, the menu offers Email küldés on a prepaid basis (Előre feltölthető keret, a top-up balance) for senders who do not want a monthly fee. Prospective customers can also request free demo access (Ingyenes demó, Kérje hozzáférését) to try the system before paying, and a quote request button (Ajánlatkérés) sits on every page for larger or custom needs.
Service and support
Under the heading Szolgáltatás garanciák (service guarantees), the email marketing page lists redundant industrial servers (Redundáns ipari szerverek), "99.99% Rendelkezésre állás" (99.99% availability), multi-level data backup (Többszintű adatmentés), fast activation, customer service 24x7x365 and "100+ Mbps sávszélesség" (100+ Mbps bandwidth).
Support is by phone on +36 20 333 1 333, marked as available 0-24, through a ticket system (Hibajegy Beküldés), an online help section (Online Segítség) and a customer login. The site also runs a newsletter blog (Hírlevél szakértői blog, a newsletter experts' blog) with advice for senders.
The team page presents the people behind the service. Juhász Péter, an IT engineer, worked in the internet service provider division of Agriacomputer Kft. from 2001 to 2007 and has been with IT-Nav Hungary Kft. since 2008. Kovács Attila and Spekker Gábor are web programmers who joined in 2017. The page says the staff are experienced IT specialists and that the business is people and customer centered, and it invites customers to contact the team for help with editing or sending their newsletters. The footer gives the company's tax number and company registration number, and the site links to its general terms and conditions (ÁSZF).
Who it suits
HirlevelOrias suits a small Hungarian business, association or local shop that sends a modest newsletter, up to 1,500 emails a month on the published plans, and wants to deal in forints with a supplier that answers the phone at any hour. The monthly fees are low and fixed, the template library saves design work, and the pre-send spam and compatibility checks catch problems before a campaign goes out. It also suits a business that would rather hand the work over: the team offers to plan, edit and send campaigns on the customer's behalf.
The published plans stop at 1,500 emails a month, so a larger sender will be working from a quote rather than the price list. And since the interface, the site and the support are Hungarian, the service is built for Hungarian-speaking teams.
