HelixScribe
Tap a star to rate
HelixScribe is an AI content creation platform for small businesses and content teams, and its email marketing tool, sold as HelixScribe Unlimited, lets a subscriber write and send campaigns, sequences and one-off emails to a list with no charge per contact or per email. The email page's pitch is short: "Stop overpaying for email marketing" and "Unlimited contacts. Unlimited Emails. No hidden fees." The rest of the product writes blogs, social posts, landing pages and content packs with AI, so the email side sits inside a broader writing and publishing workflow rather than standing alone.
The company prices in pounds sterling: after a free trial, full access costs £30 a month or £300 a year.
What a sender gets
Campaigns and sequences. The email page says HelixScribe can "create email sequences, one time emails and everything in between", and the FAQ repeats that the platform covers marketing campaigns as well as professional business emails. A sender can run a newsletter, an automated follow-up series or a single announcement from the same account.
The editor. Campaigns are built in a visual, drag-and-drop editor. The FAQ says you can "build and customise email templates without any coding knowledge", and that templates can be fully customized with images, links and "bespoke content tailored to each recipient". That last point is the personalization story: content can differ per recipient rather than one message going to everyone.
The AI email assistant. This is where HelixScribe's background as an AI writing tool shows. The FAQ describes an assistant that "offers AI-powered suggestions to improve your email copy", analyzing a draft and "providing intelligent refinements" so the message is "optimised for readability and impact". The same FAQ mentions tools for generating replies and follow-up emails. Beyond the assistant, the main content generator can draft an email from a link or a short brief, the same way it drafts a blog post or a social caption.
Lists and segmentation. The page says the service covers "every step, from collecting email addresses to managing campaigns", and names audience segmentation and the ability to "Segment your contact lists with ease". Contact storage is not metered: the FAQ says there are no "additional charges for storing extra contacts or per-email fees".
Automation and landing pages. Marketing automation and landing page builders are both named on the email page, alongside "automated email marketing". The home page's done-for-you tier also mentions "AI-powered scheduling and multi-channel repurposing".
Sending. Two things stand out. First, HelixScribe sends from the customer's own mailbox: the FAQ says you "connect your email address" and that HelixScribe "can be integrated with Gmail and other email services, allowing you to send emails directly from your preferred inbox". Second, the page lists "batch sending of emails for optimal delivery", which spreads a large send into batches.
Deliverability tools. The FAQ says HelixScribe includes email validation "to ensure your messages reach valid email addresses, reducing bounce rates and improving deliverability". It also adds a fair note of its own: unlimited sending is real, but "good marketing practice suggests focusing on quality over quantity to maintain engagement and avoid potential deliverability issues."
Reporting and testing. The page names "Detailed analytics for optimal lead generation" and "A / B testing to optimise email performance". The home page adds automated analytics and insights across the content tools.
Integrations. The email page mentions social media integrations and the ability to "Integrate social media and other 3rd party services". The home page says HelixScribe "connects smoothly with tools like Google Analytics, popular CRMs, and project management platforms", to keep content, data and reporting in one place. Gmail is the one mail service it names.
What the subscription includes
The email page lists what comes with a HelixScribe subscription, and the list goes well beyond email: live chat, "Email marketing: with no send limits", AI content creation, communities, virtual learning, web hosting, social media scheduling, and the ability to "Create an online shop for your business and so much more". For a small business that means the email tool shares a bill with a website, a shop and course or community features.
On the content side, the home page says the plan includes "unlimited blog generation, emails, social posts, content packs, and Magic Mode for URLs and PDFs", with "no credits to track and no hidden limits". The self-service software offers built-in keyword research ("Built-in keyword strategies for maximum reach"), SEO-oriented content, social scheduling and content packs. It focuses on written material: it does not generate video or audio, but writes captions, scripts, titles and hashtags for them.
Plans and pricing
HelixScribe publishes one price for its software. The home page says: "Start with a 10 day free trial, no credit card required. After that, keep full access for £30/month or £300/year." The yearly option works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
The trial length differs between pages. The home page and the site menu offer 10 days free, while the email marketing page's buttons read "Start your 14 day trial". The email FAQ also says HelixScribe "offers a free version with essential features", with premium features for a fee, so the free trial and a free tier are both mentioned.
There is also a done-for-you service, labeled "Best for time-strapped businesses": automated content packs of "Pre-built blogs, emails, and social posts, ready to publish", AI-powered scheduling, and website or mobile app development. It is sold through an inquiry ("Tell us what you need") rather than a listed price, and custom AI setups such as custom chatbots and AI-driven marketing workflows are offered the same way.
Data and approach
HelixScribe makes a clear statement about customer data: "we don't use your data to train our tools". It says its systems are "built on reliable marketing insights, real research, and trustworthy online metrics", and that "your data safety is always our priority", naming HelixScribe Unlimited explicitly in that sentence. The footer links to a Platform and Data Stability page and a Server Specification page alongside the terms and privacy policy.
The company also stresses its own research. The home page says the product "is informed by ongoing research into LLM behaviour, output stability, and the factors that influence how models respond to instructions", aimed at consistent output that fits the brief without constant editing, and it links to a paper on its methods. It positions this against generic chat tools that, in its words, do not research your audience, suggest headlines or recommend hashtags. Its own time-saving claim is "Save 10hrs+ month".
Support runs through a contact email, a contact page and LinkedIn, and the subscription list includes live chat. Copyright on both pages reads 2025.
Who it suits
HelixScribe suits a small business or solo marketer who wants one subscription for writing and sending: blogs, social posts and email campaigns drafted with AI, then sent to an unlimited list from the owner's own Gmail or other mailbox. The flat £30 a month is the draw for anyone with a growing list, since contacts and sends are not metered. It also fits a small team that would otherwise pay separately for a writing tool, a social scheduler, a website host and a newsletter service, because one subscription covers all of them.
HelixScribe's email tool sends through the customer's own mailbox and puts its weight on writing the message well, so a high-volume sender that wants its own sending infrastructure is looking for a different kind of product. For a content-led small business, that is a sensible trade.
