GoZen

Tap a star to rate

GoZen is a suite of sales, marketing and support products, and its email tool is GoZen Growth, which the product list calls an "Outcome-driven email marketing and automation platform." Growth sends email campaigns and automated customer journeys, with a set of prebuilt flows for online stores: welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, order follow-ups, thank-you emails, cross-sell recommendations and win-back sequences. Around it sit a push notification tool, a form builder, popups, a gamified lead generation tool, an AI content writer, a review aggregator and outreach tools. The footer says the products are "Made With Love in Coimbatore & New Jersey", and the homepage claims 50,000+ businesses across 40+ countries.

GoZen Growth for email

The marketing automation page describes Growth's job in one line: "Automate your email marketing campaigns. Personalize and improve customer engagement. Send well-timed emails with GoZen Growth's email templates for marketing automation." The heart of it is the Customer Journey Builder, where automations are assembled, and a library of customer journey templates that cover, in the page's words, everything from "Welcome messages to cart abandonment reminders, website exit-intent to thanking buyers post-purchase." The page claims that using the builder can "see up to 10X as many purchases".

The ecommerce section lists six ready-made flows and what each is for:

  • Abandonment cart, to automatically recover abandoned shopping carts
  • Welcome series, to welcome new subscribers and turn them into buyers
  • Win back sequence, with personalized emails to re-engage lapsed customers
  • Order follow up, with personalized recommendations and product feedback requests
  • Thank you emails, sent after a customer completes a purchase
  • Cross sell, recommending products based on previous purchases

A Try Pre-Built Flows button leads straight into these templates, and the page pitches them as free email marketing automation tools for an ecommerce site or a retail store.

Who Growth is set up for

The Solutions menu names the industries GoZen writes for: ecommerce, gaming, personal care, real estate, software, accountancy and photography. The footer repeats the list as "Growth for" pages. The ecommerce framing runs through the whole email page, and one customer review on the homepage says the suite integrates with WooCommerce.

The site itself is available in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.

The rest of the suite

The homepage groups GoZen's products into four engines. The Marketing Engine covers content creation and audience building, with marketing automation, gamified lead generation and automated review management as its highlighted features. The Sales Engine covers sales coaching, cold email and email marketing automation, with sales automation, a 400M lead database and intent and signals-based outreach. The Support Engine is a chatbot with AI agent features for support, inbound sales and some marketing tasks, including an omni-channel help desk and conversational lead qualification. The eCommerce Engine is an AI chatbot for pre-purchase, purchase and post-purchase support, with AI product recommendations and multilingual support.

The individual products in the footer are GoZen DeepAgent, GoZen Growth, GoZen HyperReach, GoZen Forms, GoZen Testimonials, GoZen Optinly, GoZen Content.Ai, GoZen Engage, GoZen Notify and GoZen Allbound 360. A banner notes that Inbound360 has been rebranded as a tool for LinkedIn inbound and outbound. The ones that matter most to an email sender are:

  • GoZen Forms, an AI-powered no-code form builder for forms, polls, surveys and quizzes with 175+ templates. A reviewer on the homepage mentions NPS surveys, conditional forms, unlimited form creation and Google Sheets and HubSpot integrations.
  • GoZen Optinly, a no-code messaging platform for strategic popups, which the homepage says capture leads and build an audience "10X faster". The footer links it to growing an email list and increasing sale conversion.
  • GoZen Engage, a gamified, ecommerce-friendly lead generation platform with 45+ integrations.
  • GoZen Notify, push notification software for engagement and retention.
  • Content.Ai, an AI writer for SEO content, copywriting and images.
  • GoZen HyperReach, which one reviewer describes as automating email content creation for prospecting and identifying anonymous website visitors.
  • GoZen Testimonials, a review aggregator that a reviewer tested with Trustpilot, Google and Facebook.

Put together, the suite covers the steps before and after an email: a popup or form collects the address, Growth runs the journey, Notify adds push, and the support and ecommerce chatbots handle the conversation that follows.

Plans and pricing model

The homepage lets buyers subscribe to a single product or to a bundle of all of them, so Growth can be bought on its own or as part of the whole suite. That bundle is Zen Suite, which puts the starter version of every GoZen product into a single suite for businesses of any size. It can be tried free.

Signing up is free and "No credit card required" appears next to every call to action. The homepage offers a full suite of free tools, and the email page's own title is "Free Email Marketing automation tools & templates". A personalized demo is available for teams that want one. A Pricing page sits in the main menu with the paid plans.

Two headline claims frame the pitch: "120% increase in revenue with 30% of your monthly spending" and "3X more conversions". Both are the company's marketing statements. For teams moving from other tools, a GoZen Migration offer promises to "Migrate at $0".

Support and reputation

The homepage cites 2,000+ five-star reviews, while the email page counts 1,135+ reviews. Several customer quotes on the homepage praise fast and responsive support, and one reviewer says their questions were answered in less than an hour. The footer links an About page, product feature updates, a partner program, a referral program, documentation, a blog, an ebook library and a Marketing 101 section.

Who it suits and who it does not

GoZen Growth suits a small online store or retailer that wants ready-made email journeys for the moments that drive repeat sales, from the welcome series to cart recovery, cross-sell and win-back, and that may also want popups, forms and push from the same vendor. The free start without a card and the Zen Suite bundle let a team try the tools before paying, and the option to buy Growth alone keeps the email tool from dragging the whole suite along with it.

A buyer who only wants a plain newsletter tool will find that GoZen's site spends most of its space on the wider sales and AI suite, and should look at the Growth product and its pricing page on their own.
