Figensoft

Tap a star to rate

Figensoft is a messaging and payments company headquartered in Istanbul whose bulk email service (Toplu Email) lets businesses send campaigns, newsletters and API-triggered transactional mail from the same platform that carries its SMS, OTP and WhatsApp traffic. It sells to companies rather than individuals: the home page says it has 29 years of experience and 15,000+ corporate customers ("15.000+ Kurumsal Müşteri"), and the email page says hundreds of local and global brands have used its technology since 1997.

The messaging side of the business runs under a product called Posta Güvercini, described as a single platform for campaign, information and OTP messages. Next to it the company sells Tiko, a payment and collection platform, and İzin, a consent management tool for commercial messages. The email product is one of five messaging services the home page lists: bulk SMS, OTP SMS, global SMS, bulk email and WhatsApp messaging.

What a sender gets

The email service is built around a six-step campaign flow that the product page walks through. A user starts a new campaign from a send button in the interface, adds content prepared in HTML ("Kampanya içeriği HTML formatında hazırlanarak e-posta pazarlama platformuna yüklenir", campaign content is prepared in HTML and uploaded to the platform), or builds the message from ready-made templates, writes the subject line, attaches the recipient list, and then picks a send time. The FAQ adds that a message can go out immediately or be scheduled for a later date, and that a template can be tested on different devices before sending.

For senders who do not write HTML, there is a drag-and-drop newsletter editor ("Sürükle ve bırak e-bülten tasarım editörü") and a library of editable templates. The page says templates come with a desktop and mobile preview so a sender can check compatibility before the campaign leaves. Turkish character support is listed as a separate advantage, so messages with ç, ğ, ı, ş and similar letters arrive intact.

Personalization is part of the pitch. The page explains that bulk mail does not have to be one message to many people: its personalized sending feature lets a sender tailor messages to recipients' names, locations or habits ("alıcıların isimlerine, konumlarına veya alışkanlıklarına göre özelleştirmenize olanak tanır"). The comparison table on the same page describes this as recipient-based dynamic content.

List work covers segmentation and subscription management. The comparison table lists list segmentation and subscription management among the service's features, and the FAQ says the service lets customers manage their subscribers and control which contacts do not want to receive email. Newsletter signup forms (E-Bülten Formları) are offered for collecting new subscribers or sending regular updates to existing customers.

Reporting covers delivery, opens and clicks. The page promises detailed reporting and analysis after each send, so a sender can measure open and click rates and adjust later campaigns. Campaign management happens from a single panel where several campaigns can be run at once.

On deliverability, Figensoft leans on its sending infrastructure. Campaigns go out from certified IP addresses ("Sertifikasyonlu IP'lerden gönderilen toplu mailler"), an anti-spam layer and a spam analysis technology are meant to maximize the share of mail that reaches the inbox, and the FAQ says the service applies security measures to keep customers' IP addresses and domains from being blocked. It stops short of a guarantee: asked whether mail is guaranteed to avoid spam folders, the FAQ says only that the service uses advanced technology to raise the pass rate and offers strategies to reduce spam risk.

API and integrations

The same platform handles transactional and automated mail through an API. The FAQ answers the question of automatic reply messages directly: "API desteği verilmektedir" (API support is provided), and verification codes, order, delivery and campaign messages can all be sent through it. A section on integration says the email service can connect to CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, ERP software, customer support tools and custom applications, so that new customer records, order activity, membership events or other triggers start an email automatically. Through the API a business can send bulk email from its own application, synchronize customer data and manage campaigns centrally. The home page describes the whole product range as API and service based and built to plug into existing systems. The pages name the categories of software it connects to, not individual products.

Plans, company and compliance

The pages publish no prices. Both pages end in a quote form ("Sizin İçin En Uygun Teklifi Hazırlayalım", let us prepare the most suitable offer for you) that asks for company name, city and a description of the need, and the FAQ says a prospective customer can request a test account to try sending. On volume, the FAQ answers the question of how many people one send can reach only in general terms: bulk email services usually cap a single send, with the cap set by the provider's capacity and mostly by the number of addresses. The comparison table says sends to thousands of recipients are possible and that the service suits both small and large volumes.

The company side is well documented. The head office is in Istanbul (Eyüpsultan), with further offices in Ankara, İzmir and Aydın, and the home page says the company operates in four countries. The site itself is offered in Turkish, English, Azerbaijani and Georgian, and the email FAQ says the bulk email system is designed to international sending standards with language support.

On security, the home page says Figensoft's systems follow information security standards such as ISO 27001 ("ISO 27001 gibi bilgi güvenliği standartlarına uygun"). On legal compliance, the email page says sends are managed in line with national and international data protection rules and with Turkey's commercial electronic message process, and the İzin product is described as a way to collect, store and transfer KVKK and ETK compliant permissions digitally ("KVKK ve ETK uyumlu izinlerinizi dijital olarak toplayın, saklayın ve aktarın") and manage commercial message consent from one panel. The site's resources section also points to Turkey's İleti Yönetim Sistemi (the national commercial message registry), a permission marketing guide and a right-of-refusal service.

Support is presented as a strength: the page promises replies to technical support and consulting requests in a very short time and describes an expert team behind the service.

Sectors the company names

The email page lists the industries it expects to use bulk email. E-commerce firms send product launches, discount campaigns and special offers ("ürün tanıtımları, indirim kampanyaları ve özel fırsatlar"). Universities, language schools and other educational institutions send enrollment periods, seminar announcements and program information to students and parents. Tourism firms and hotels promote seasonal campaigns and holiday packages. Hospitals, clinics, dental practices, beauty salons and cosmetics brands send appointment reminders, promotions and service announcements. Real estate offices, housing projects, builders and investment advisers send project launches, sales opportunities and price updates to segmented lists. The home page adds finance, technology and service companies to the range of customers it serves.

Who it suits

Figensoft fits a Turkish business that wants email, SMS, OTP and WhatsApp from one vendor with a Turkish-language interface, Turkish character support and a consent tool built around KVKK and ETK. An online shop sending both promotions and order or delivery notifications can run both through the same account, the campaign side through the editor and the transactional side through the API. Companies with a CRM, ERP or custom application that should trigger mail automatically will find the integration model described in detail. Clinics, schools, hotels and real estate firms are the sectors the page itself addresses.

It suits less well a buyer who wants to compare prices online or sign up and start sending the same day: every plan is quoted through a form, and a trial comes as a test account on request. Teams looking for a named app marketplace, a published list of integrations or a self-service free plan will not find one on these pages. A company outside Turkey should note that the office network, the legal framework the site discusses and most of the content are Turkish, even though the site is also offered in English, Azerbaijani and Georgian.
