What Fidelizador is

Fidelizador is an email platform from Chile, run by Fidelizador SpA, that sends bulk marketing campaigns and transactional email at high volume, alongside SMS and WhatsApp. Its footer describes it as "Email for agents: the high-volume transactional email platform, operable by humans and AI agents", and the home page headline is "Multichannel mass communication with AI agents." The company states a local presence in Chile, Peru and Mexico and service across all of Latin America, and the site runs in both Spanish and English.

The product comes in two generations. Fidelizador 3 (classic) is the established platform, described in the menu as "Email Marketing, Docs, SMS, WhatsApp and more". Fidelizador 4, marked for October 2026, lets you manage your email sends using AI agents through MCP. The company's blog sums up the channel mix: in Fidelizador you can send email, SMS and WhatsApp from one platform, and in Fidelizador 4 you also manage your contacts' consent.

Who it is for

The home page is aimed at companies with demanding sending needs: "Millions of emails per hour, with the security, compliance and human oversight your most demanding processes require." It claims more than 400 top brands in Latin America (+400) among its customers and a customers page titled "Brands sending to millions with us". Transactional use cases named on the page include confirmations, OTP codes and account statements at scale.

The company's blog guide to choosing an email platform in Chile explains its own positioning: the right choice rests on compliance, technology and support, and platforms with presence and support in Chile, "como Fidelizador, llevan ventaja" (like Fidelizador, have an edge) because they know the regulations and help marketing teams implement them. The guide also stresses support in Spanish, in your time zone, from a team that knows the Chilean context, and says Fidelizador built its reputation on that close support.

Sending: three protocols

Fidelizador offers three ways to send, which the site calls operating protocols:

  • SMTP relay: "Point your application or server at the relay without rewriting code." The page lists TLS security, high-reputation IPs, smart retries and per-message traceability from the first send, with the server at smtp.fidelizador.com on port 587 with STARTTLS.
  • REST API: "Dispatch and administration in the same API: send at scale and manage templates, contacts, domains, users and reports." Authentication uses an API key with scopes, or a user JWT, and the send endpoint shown is POST /v1/mails/send.
  • Native MCP: "Connect Claude or any agent and let it operate the platform with the same tools as your team", with scopes, guardrails and per-action auditing.

The platform also provides webhooks, which it describes as signed, plus OAuth 2.0 and API token rotation.

Capacity and deliverability

The home page gives its infrastructure figures: +20M emails per day of installed capacity, 99.9% uptime guaranteed by SLA, and transactional emails delivered in under 3 seconds. The FAQ adds that the infrastructure supports millions of emails per hour, while the effective speed of each account varies and is managed according to the reputation of your past sends, the quality of your database and other factors.

For deliverability, Fidelizador lists high-reputation IP pools, automatic sender warm-up and an operation built for high volumes, and says SPF, DKIM and DMARC are managed by the platform. Every email can be traced event by event: you look up a message by ID and see its full transit, from receipt and queue to SMTP delivery and open, with a timestamp and server response at each step, the same evidence you would export for an audit.

AI agents in Fidelizador 4

Fidelizador 4's headline feature is agent operation. The page says "Your AI agent segments, writes, simulates, sends and optimizes for you," and the FAQ says Fidelizador 4 is exposed as an MCP server alongside the REST API and webhooks, working with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, Codex and any MCP-compatible agent. Controls include per-agent permissions and scopes (what an agent can do and up to what volume), configurable human approval before each critical send, and a log of every agent action. Agents can work in assisted mode, proposing campaigns for review, or in automatic mode under rules you set: authorized lists, send limits, defined schedules and validations. The company calls running campaigns this way "vibe marketing".

Sandbox, forms and consent

A test sandbox lets you run full simulations without any email leaving the platform. It comes with a pre-verified test sender, lets the recipient address decide the outcome (delivery, hard bounce, deferral or complaint), reproduces Gmail- and Microsoft-style responses to test bounce handling, and fires the same events, dashboards and webhooks as a real send. The page says it is included in every plan and available today for the SMTP relay.

The features menu also lists forms and fields ("Build and publish forms") and consent management ("Capture, version and audit"). Marketing automation is marked "Soon": visual behavior-driven workflows, A/B testing and multichannel journeys, built on the same engine and agent-operable from the start.

Security, data location and compliance

Compliance is prominent. The home page states ISO 27001 certification, "Certified, periodically audited information-security management to an international standard", and compliance with Chile's data protection Laws 19,628 and 21,719, with consent and opt-out managed by the platform. The FAQ says the primary infrastructure is in Chile, in Tier III certified datacenters with encrypted continuity backups, and that for a customer resident in Chile, ordinary operation does not take their data out of the country. The site mentions encryption in transit and at rest, and a log of every action with signature, date and time, whether performed by a person or an agent. The footer links to a security policy, an anti-spam policy, the ISO 27001 certificate and a page for exercising data rights.

Migration, plans and support

For companies switching platforms, the FAQ says Fidelizador imports up to 100,000 contacts per minute and cleans the base before the first send. The menu has a Plans page, and the home page offers a demo and a 30-minute call with sales to see an agent build, send and optimize a real campaign. Questions go to the team through the contact page, and the company's promise is "We respond on LATAM hours, with humans." Resources include a help center, documentation, API reference and a blog.

The verdict

Fidelizador suits Latin American companies, especially in Chile, that send high volumes of transactional and marketing email and care about audit trails, data kept in Chile and certified security. Developers get SMTP, a full REST API, webhooks and a safe sandbox, and teams experimenting with AI agents get scopes, approvals and audit logs around what those agents can send. The caveats are that its visual marketing automation is still marked as coming soon, and that Fidelizador 4's agent features arrive in October 2026.
