What Fengemail is
蜂邮EDM (Fengemail EDM) is a Chinese email sending platform that covers newsletters, notification mail, foreign-trade prospecting email and application email through SMTP and an API. The site describes itself as an enterprise-grade bulk email service provider (企业级邮件群发服务商) and the footer names the operator as 深圳千刻网络科技有限公司, a Shenzhen company. The page title makes the price pitch up front: "低至28元每万封", as low as 28 yuan per 10,000 emails.
The company sums up its system as four parts in one: a mailing list management system, a visual email editor, a bulk sending system and an email marketing statistics system ("一个邮箱列表管理系统 + 一个邮件可视化编辑系统 + 一个邮件批量群发系统 + 一个邮件营销数据统计系统"). The footer adds that its in-house product line provides list management, visual email creation, triggered email delivery, proactive bulk campaigns and data collection and analysis for sending tasks.
The product line
The home page lists six offers, each with a short description:
- 蜂邮标准版 (Standard edition): for notification emails and subscription newsletters (适用于通知邮件、订阅邮件群发).
- 蜂邮外贸版 (Foreign trade edition): for sending prospecting emails (开发信) to customers in China and overseas.
- 蜂邮企业版 (Enterprise edition): for custom needs such as your own sending domain and a dedicated IP.
- 蜂邮独立部署定制版 (Self-deployed custom edition): "支持定制独立部署的蜂邮系统", a customized, independently deployed copy of the Fengemail system.
- SMTP邮件群发 (SMTP bulk sending): "支持日发数百万封邮件的通用接口", a general interface the company says supports millions of emails a day.
- Email and mailbox enterprise solutions: custom development for complex scenarios, such as rotation across many domains and IPs.
The site also has a version comparison page, a pricing page, beginner tutorials, a help center and online top-up, so the standard products are self-service with prepaid credit.
Use cases
The navigation lists the kinds of mail customers send, and the range is wide. On the transactional side: website and app verification codes, identity verification and password resets, email binding and two-step login, balance alerts, bills and transaction notices, financial warnings and work order status updates. On the marketing side: promotions, discounts and prize draws, holiday reminders, new product launches, news and survey mailings, subscription newsletters, customer care and thank-you mail, and event and training invitations. There are also payroll slips sent individually to each employee (群发单显工资条邮件) and foreign-trade prospecting to find customers abroad.
The solutions menu goes further than most newsletter tools. It lists setting up a sending system over SMTP, an email API for bulk sending, automatic multi-domain and multi-IP rotation, a fully automated bulk sending website system, time-sliced and scheduled automatic sending (分时定时自动化邮件发送), a solution for sending 500,000 emails a day (日发50万邮件解决方案), a self-hosted mail server for bulk sending, alias mailboxes with forwarding, and batch creation of domain mailboxes.
Lists, editor and team
The list management system handles anything from a few hundred to tens of thousands of subscribers, according to the home page, with grouping, tagging and archiving, plus bulk import and export. The visual editor works by dragging modules: you start from the system's preset EDM templates for things like product launches and update notices, or assemble a message from modules to build a branded design. Staff permission management lets you assign marketing staff by function module or by project.
Sending and deliverability
The bulk sending system combines submission and delivery in one architecture and uses multiple IPs and domains with rotation. The company says concurrency peaks can reach over a million emails an hour (每小时上百万封邮件), while its advantages section gives the normal sending speed as 1-3万 (10,000 to 30,000) emails an hour, depending on how many jobs run in parallel.
Several features target delivery. You can configure your own sending domain and use a dedicated IP and server. The foreign trade edition comes with more than a thousand rotating IPs (上千个轮播IP), each send going out through a different IP, and the company says it checks for and replaces blacklisted IPs. The same edition includes built-in sending domains and mailboxes (内置上千个域名和邮箱), so you do not need to connect your personal mailbox for prospecting, and the page says free registration is enough to use them. The solutions menu lists cold-start and automated warm-up services for new domains and IPs.
The company's FAQ articles explain its view of deliverability: clean the list first, improve the content so an email looks like a normal message from a real person, and understand that the line between a prospecting email, a subscription email and spam is whether the recipient knows you and would report you.
The home page claims a delivery rate of 99% or more ("送达率99%以上"), which it ties to high-quality IPs, sending domains and content, and to its design rule of verifying addresses before sending: unverified addresses cannot be sent to.
List cleaning
Address verification is built in. The company claims 95% accuracy for its email verification ("95%精度的邮箱验证") and a verification speed of 3-5万 (30,000 to 50,000) addresses an hour. It presents cleaning as a way to keep domains and IPs stable before a large send, and offers bulk list verification and filtering as a separate service.
Reporting
After a campaign, Fengemail provides statistics including link tracking inside emails, open rates, cumulative statistics per subscriber and per-task analysis. The advantages section adds complete delivery receipt records, so you can review link clicks, opens and the number of spam complaints to troubleshoot and improve results.
Customers
The home page quotes three customers. A blockchain website manager in Shenzhen says the team switched from SMS to email verification codes because SMS cost ten times as much, and after a cold-start plan from Fengemail was sending 14,000 emails a day (1.4万封) within a day, with delivery above 99% almost every day for several months, excluding nonexistent addresses. A foreign-trade B2B manager in Guangzhou says the team now sends 50,000 prospecting emails a day (日发送5万封) with detailed delivery data. Another business owner needed unique sender addresses, rotation across many IPs and domains, more than 100,000 sends a day (日发送10万以上) and the ability to receive replies, and chose a self-deployed custom edition.
Pricing and support
The page title's "低至28元每万封" is the headline price, and the footer links to a pricing page and online top-up. Support contact runs through online customer service, Feishu (飞书) and email, and the blog covers deliverability topics such as cleaning lists, improving content and avoiding the spam folder.
The verdict
Fengemail suits Chinese businesses that need high-volume sending at a low per-email price: verification codes and notices from an app, newsletters, or foreign-trade prospecting with rotating IPs and built-in sending domains. The self-deployed and enterprise editions add dedicated IPs, custom domains and on-premises installs. The caveats are that the site and service are Chinese-language and aimed at the Chinese market, and that prospecting mail sent through rotating domains depends on the sender keeping to the company's own distinction between prospecting mail and spam.
