What EZMAIL is
EZMAIL is a Taiwanese email marketing service run by 燦榮資訊有限公司 (Chanrong Information Co., Ltd.). Its home page describes it as a locally built, high value-for-money email marketing and performance tracking system for businesses (台灣本地專為企業打造的高 CP 值電子郵件行銷與成效追蹤系統), meant to help companies set up a legal, stable email marketing platform at the lowest cost. It sends newsletters and marketing EDMs (email campaigns) to a company's own customer and member lists, and it charges by the number of emails sent rather than by the size of the list.
The FAQ explains the delivery model: EZMAIL is rented as SaaS, so you do not install any machines or programs, only a PC with a browser. The company pitches this as saving the staff time and cost of building and maintaining an in-house newsletter system, and as keeping bulk campaigns from interfering with employees' ordinary email.
Who it is for
The pricing page names its audience as everyone from new brands to large enterprises (新創品牌到大型企業). The home page lists customers across media, retail, food and beverage, department stores and entertainment, naming National Geographic, NOVA 資訊廣場, 三創生活 SYNTREND, MOS BURGER, 蘭城精英酒店, 廣三 SOGO and in89 豪華影城.
The home page makes a clear argument for owning a list. It contrasts email with Facebook, LINE, TikTok and YouTube, where a business can be suspended, taken down or hit by algorithm changes, and says email's biggest advantage is that a company builds and truly owns its customer and member list. The interface is in Traditional Chinese by default and, according to the home page, simple enough to use right away without extra training. The FAQ puts a number on it: an ordinary user can learn to operate the system and start sending within half an hour.
Creating and sending campaigns
EZMAIL keeps the workflow simple. The service overview says it offers multiple newsletter samples so you can build an email easily, and you can schedule sends: the FAQ says you set the sending time yourself and the system starts sending automatically at the booked time. The pricing page's free trial is framed the same way, as a chance to experience the basic sending process before choosing a plan.
For list targeting, the service overview describes group sending tailored to different budgets and plans, such as sending to members in a certain age bracket or members in certain counties and cities. The FAQ confirms that EZMAIL can set up different sending groups by gender, age group or custom conditions for precise marketing.
On speed, the FAQ says sending runs at about 80,000 emails a day (每天約8萬封) and adjusts automatically to actual sending conditions.
Deliverability
The company says it uses an in-house developed sending mechanism (獨家研發的寄送機制) that reduces the problem of ISPs blocking mail and raises the sending success rate. The home page adds that it runs from a professional data center (專業機房), which it describes as a stable, high-speed sending environment that gets mail delivered on time. EZMAIL also automatically removes invalid email addresses, which the FAQ confirms, and its blog covers topics such as blacklist features, Gmail's promotions tab, spam filtering and Google's sender verification requirements.
Lists, sync and permission rules
Members can be synced with your company website in two ways, according to the FAQ: batch import from the back office, or an API connection to the company website. The pricing page adds that the free trial supports API integration testing.
EZMAIL is strict about list sources. Lists must be your company's customers or members who subscribed themselves, and unknown lists and spam are not allowed. Lists bought or scraped from the internet are absolutely forbidden, and the FAQ warns that if such lists are found, EZMAIL will stop sending immediately and terminate the contract. The company does not provide mailing lists itself. It explains permission-based email marketing as collecting and mailing lists only with recipients' consent, which it says brings higher open and click rates and avoids spam complaints. The system adds an unsubscribe link to every newsletter so recipients can stop receiving at any time, and the anti-spam policy says any customer violating the rules will have the account suspended or terminated.
Reporting
The FAQ says EZMAIL tracks each recipient's opens, clicks and bounces and provides detailed data. The service overview adds that you can see opens, clicks and bounces for every EDM send and use loyalty analysis to plan VIP campaigns for your most loyal members later. The home page ties this to one-to-one and follow-up marketing: with full tracking, a business can target individuals or run second-round campaigns.
Pricing
EZMAIL's pricing page is fully published. The main plan is prepaid (儲值型): you buy a volume of emails, the price depends only on how many you send, and there is no limit on list size (儲值型只看寄信量,不限名單數,彈性最大). The tiers, all in New Taiwan dollars before tax:
- 2千封 (2,000 emails): free trial, 0 元
- 5萬封 (50,000): 0.08 per email, 4,000元
- 10萬封 (100,000): 0.06 per email, 6,000元
- 20萬封 (200,000): 0.05 per email, 10,000元
- 30萬封 (300,000): 0.04 per email, 12,000元
- 50萬封 (500,000): 0.03 per email, 15,000元
- 100萬封 (1,000,000): 0.02 per email, 20,000元
- 200萬封 (2,000,000): 0.019 per email, 38,000元
- 300萬封 (3,000,000): 0.018 per email, 54,000元
- 400萬封 (4,000,000): 0.017 per email, 68,000元
- 600萬封 (6,000,000): 0.016 per email, 96,000元
- 1,000萬封: 0.015 per email, 150,000元
The home page sums this up as "每封郵件 0.015 元起" (from 0.015 per email). Prepaid credit is valid for one year, and unused credit carries over if you renew before it expires. All prices exclude tax, with 5% business tax added. Payment is by check, bank transfer or ATM transfer. For special needs, higher volumes or a monthly fee plan (月費制), the pricing page asks you to contact customer service for a custom quote; the FAQ also mentions monthly rental as a billing option.
The free trial is limited to new customers. It supports API integration testing and allows importing up to 200 test addresses for a real delivery-rate test, and the trial account lasts one month.
Invoicing and support
Every transaction comes with a Taiwan invoice carrying your company's tax ID (每筆交易皆開立台灣發票並打公司統編), which the FAQ says makes expense claims and tax handling easier. Support is by customer service phone line, a service email address and LINE calls, and the site has an FAQ and a marketing guide blog covering sending times, subscription growth, list collection at events and common email terms.
The verdict
EZMAIL is a practical choice for Taiwanese businesses that want a plain, Chinese-language newsletter tool with transparent prepaid pricing, Taiwan invoices and strict permission rules. Paying only for emails sent, with no cap on list size, suits companies whose sending volume varies from month to month. The caveats are that the feature set is focused on sending, grouping and tracking rather than complex automation, and that the interface and support are aimed at the Taiwanese market.
