What EBuzzzz is

EBuzzzz is the email marketing tool sold by Exabytes (Exabytes Network Sdn. Bhd.) on its Malaysian and Singapore sites. The product page calls it the "Exabytes Email Marketing Solution" and sums up its purpose in one line: "Engage and Make Sales using Email Marketing." It is a hosted tool for building newsletters and promotional emails, sending them in bulk to your own subscriber list, automating scheduled sequences and reading the results, sold in five fixed monthly plans.

Exabytes itself is a much bigger business than this one product. Its menus run from domains, web hosting and business email to VPS and dedicated servers, Google Workspace, security services, ecommerce and a separate transactional email product. The footer describes the company as "SEA's Leading AI-Powered Digital Solutions Company", with "26+ years. 160,000+ businesses." For a small business that already buys hosting or email from Exabytes, EBuzzzz is the marketing add-on from the same provider, which says it delivers everything "under one roof, with one support team."

Why email, in Exabytes' words

The page makes a short case for email before it describes the tool. It calls email one of the lowest-cost channels compared with other digital marketing, putting the cost of engagement with a client at around RM0.002 per month. It says email "lets you engage with your clients in a much efficient way" at a time when everyone has a phone at hand to check email, and it argues that email is easier to manage than complicated ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads. Four promises sit at the top of the page: an easy drag-and-drop email builder, sending every email at the right timing, sending in bulk but personalized, and sending targeted marketing messages.

Building emails

The builder is the core of the product. The page says you can "start with a template from the template library, or build a new design from scratch", then add the blocks and styles you want with the drag-and-drop builder to match your brand. A "Newsletter Templates for Every Occasion" section lists the kinds of templates available: sales and promotion, special offers, announcements, greetings, confirmations, blog posts, feedback, thank-you and welcome messages.

AI writing help is part of the tool. Under "Create better content faster with AI", the page promises "AI-generated subject lines and email content" and says AI can "rephrase text, change the tone or even translate them." For a small team writing promotions in more than one language, that is a practical feature.

Before a campaign goes out, the FAQ points to a "Send a test" feature that sends the email to your own mailbox for a preview. The product screenshots on the page show the areas you work in: the drag-and-drop builder, subscriber management, campaign management, template design, sending reports and campaign automation.

Automation

The automation section reads: "You no longer have to send your emails manually." With the automation features you can "define workflow, preset a series of scheduled emails and have them send out automatically according to the preset time or condition." That covers welcome series, scheduled promotions and similar sequences. Note where it sits in the plan table, though: email automation is listed on the Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans, not on Lite or Basic.

Subscribers and sending capacity

EBuzzzz stresses list size. Under "Huge Subscriber Capacity" the page says you can grow your subscriber list without hassle, because EBuzzzz lets you send to a large number of subscribers at a reasonable cost. The FAQ answers the question of how many subscribers you can add simply: the number is determined by your plan. The subscriber allowances are generous compared with the monthly email quotas, so the practical limit on most plans is how many emails you send, not how many contacts you store.

Plans and prices

The Malaysian page lists five plans, all shown as "As low as" monthly prices in ringgit:

  • EBuzzzz Lite: as low as RM 109 /mo, 3,000 subscribers, 1,000 emails/mo, drag and drop builder, shared IP.
  • EBuzzzz Basic: as low as RM 119 /mo, 50,000 subscribers, 10,000 emails/mo, drag and drop builder, shared IP.
  • EBuzzzz Standard (marked Most Popular): as low as RM 159 /mo, 300,000 subscribers, 40,000 emails/mo, adds email automation, shared IP.
  • EBuzzzz Pro: as low as RM 289 /mo, 500,000 subscribers, 100,000 emails/mo, email automation, transactional email and a dedicated IP.
  • EBuzzzz Enterprise: as low as RM 1699 /mo, 2,000,000 subscribers, 1,000,000 emails/mo, email automation, transactional email, dedicated IP and a personal account manager, with a Contact Us button instead of Order Now.

The Singapore site sells the same five plans with the same limits in Singapore dollars: as low as S$ 30.99 /mo for Lite, S$ 32.99 for Basic, S$ 45.99 for Standard, S$ 79.99 for Pro and S$ 489 for Enterprise. The Singapore terms say all prices are subject to 9% GST, and each site states the currency its prices are quoted in.

The terms are worth reading before you buy. All fees paid for EBuzzzz are non-refundable, with no refund on cancellation in whole or in part. The monthly sending quota resets at the start of each calendar month, and unused quota does not carry forward. If you hit the quota, the FAQ says you can upgrade your package anytime; on an upgrade you receive a pro-rated refund for the unused part of the current billing cycle and pay a pro-rated amount at the higher plan's rate for the rest of the cycle, with the due date unchanged. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available".

Reporting

The reporting section describes "A complete reporting tool to report your marketing campaign’s performance" that shows "open rate, click rate and even who blacklisted you." The FAQ adds that the statistical reports give "a visual breakdown of all message information and statistics", with more in-depth information available for every aspect of your sent messages.

Data privacy

On compliance the page is short and direct: "Forget about the headache of implementing GDPR. Our email marketing software is GDPR compliant." It adds that all sensitive data are well protected.

Support

Support is one of Exabytes' selling points. The page says its support team works "24×7 non-stop, including holidays!" by email, chat and phone, with an asterisk on phone support. A separate Premium Support block lists 24x7 support via email, live chat and remote access help, subject to terms and conditions. The footer links to a knowledge base, network uptime information and billing information.

Who it suits

EBuzzzz fits small and medium businesses in Malaysia and Singapore that want a simple, template-driven newsletter tool with local billing in ringgit or Singapore dollars, round-the-clock support and a provider they may already use for hosting. The AI writing help is useful for teams without a copywriter. The caveats come from the plan table: the two cheapest plans have no automation and share an IP address, transactional email and a dedicated IP start at Pro, and the non-refundable terms and fixed monthly quotas mean it pays to pick the plan carefully before committing.
