EnvíaloSimple

EnvíaloSimple is the email marketing platform of DonWeb, the hosting and domain company, and is sold on DonWeb's site under the plan name Envíalo. It is built for designing and sending newsletters, promotions and news "a toda tu base de clientes" (to your whole customer base), with a visual editor, automation, forms, segmentation and reports, and its tagline sums up the aim: "convierte tus correos en ingresos" (turn your emails into revenue). The page describes it as a product of DonWeb with more than 20 years of history and more than 150.000 customers, and DonWeb calls itself a leader in hosting and domain services in Latin America with millions of users, in its own words. Alongside the marketing tool, DonWeb sells a separate transactional email service, EnvíaloSimple Transaccional, for application notifications sent through an API or SMTP.

What a sender gets

The feature section lists six areas. Deliverability comes first, with the promise to land in contacts' inboxes and the company's stated secret: "Infraestructura + asesoramiento" (infrastructure plus advice). Segmentation uses contact data to build audiences with similar interests, which the page frames as a way to make the budget go further. The visual editor lets users create designs from scratch or edit the ready-made templates. Automation sets up campaigns that arrive "en el momento perfecto" (at the perfect moment). Forms generate new leads to grow the database. Reports use campaign metrics and statistics to improve results.

The plan comparison table fills in the details. Under audience and campaigns it lists contacts, contact lists, contact import, segmentation, forms and custom fields. Under template creation it lists the visual editor, templates, dynamic content and template sharing. Reporting covers basic reports, advanced reports and shared reports. Under automation and integrations it lists email automation and API integration, and account management includes support, tutorials and multiple accounts. DonWeb's resources menu has an integrations section for EnvíaloSimple Marketing next to its tutorials.

Templates and the editor

The template library is one of the headline figures: every plan lists "Más de 2.000 plantillas" (more than 2,000 templates). The page describes them as new, ready to use, "creadas por diseñadores profesionales" (created by professional designers) and customizable in the visual editor, where the work is drag and drop: "¡Solo tienes que arrastrar y soltar!" The pitch is that someone who cannot design or code can put together an effective campaign in a few steps. Dynamic content and template sharing, both in the feature table, help teams that build several campaigns a month from the same designs.

Contacts and list policy

Contacts are unlimited. The FAQ answers the question of subscriber limits with "¡Jamás! Ninguno de nuestros planes tiene límite de suscriptores" (Never! None of our plans has a subscriber limit), and each plan card repeats "Contactos ILIMITADOS". What a plan buys is sends, not list size, so a growing list does not force an upgrade on its own.

The FAQ also takes a clear line on bought lists: EnvíaloSimple does not sell contact databases and advises against buying them, since such sends can be classed as spam and seriously harm reputation and deliverability.

Plans and prices

Pricing comes in two forms, monthly plans and a custom plan.

The monthly plans are named by their send volume. On the Argentine site, prices are in Argentine pesos:

• Envíalo 1.000, "para quienes envían campañas con frecuencia" (for those who send campaigns often): 1.000 sends a month for $ 15.100 a month.
• Envíalo 2.000: 2.000 sends a month for $ 15.200 a month.
• Envíalo 2.500, marked "MÁS ELEGIDO" (most chosen): 2.500 sends a month for $ 15.300 a month.

Each includes unlimited contacts, more than 2,000 templates, open reports and 24/7 support. DonWeb's main site shows the same three plans in US dollars from u$s 8 a month, with the 2.500 plan at u$s 10, and the Peru site prices them in soles.

The custom plan works as a one-time purchase, marked PAGO ÚNICO, of a chosen number of sends. The page says those sends have no expiry and accumulate, and lists unlimited contacts, the template library, automation, open reports and 24/7 support. Its example price on the Argentine page is $ 18.700 in Argentine pesos, VAT included, and a "¿Necesitas más de 1 millón?" link covers volumes above a million sends. The Argentine prices are shown with VAT (IVA) included.

The FAQ spells out how sends behave on each plan. On a monthly plan they do not accumulate: the purchased amount renews automatically on the first day of each month as long as the plan is paid up, and the sends expire on a date that depends on when the plan was bought. On a custom plan, purchased send packs accumulate and can be used at any time, with no expiry. Sends are credited monthly only on the monthly plans.

Local currency and language

Two of the reasons the page gives for choosing EnvíaloSimple are regional. "Precios en tu moneda": customers pay in their local currency with a wide range of payment methods. "100% en español": the tool, the support and the tutorials are all in Spanish. DonWeb runs country versions of its site for Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, the United States, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, plus global versions in Spanish and English, with prices in pesos, reais, euros, soles or dollars depending on the country.

Support

Support is 24/7: "Nuestro soporte técnico, tutoriales y videos están disponibles todos los días, todo el día" (our technical support, tutorials and videos are available every day, all day). The FAQ adds that the support team helps whatever plan a customer has, through DonWeb's help desk. DonWeb also offers a service status page, free workshops and webinars, and tutorials for each product.

Who uses it

The page addresses four groups. Small businesses and entrepreneurs get infrastructure to grow at the lowest cost. Independent professionals can generate and convert leads from home, with guides on forms and automation. Marketing agencies can send automated, personalized messages to reach their clients' customers. Companies are pointed to transactional email and invited to get in touch. Testimonials come from a partner at NextMedia, the director of the news site info341.com, the director of CanalAR and the commercial director of ON24, several of them publishers who use it for newsletters.

Who it suits

EnvíaloSimple suits Spanish-speaking small businesses, freelancers, agencies and news publishers in DonWeb's markets who want a simple tool in their own language and currency, with unlimited contacts and a large template library. The monthly plans fit regular senders with a steady volume, while the custom plan's non-expiring send packs suit organizations that send in bursts. Buyers who need a documented list of integrations should look at DonWeb's integrations resources before signing up, and high-volume senders should check the custom plan route.
