Emailcampaigns.eu is an email marketing platform run by Commerce Media s.r.o. of Prague 9, Czech Republic, sold in English at emailcampaigns.eu and in Czech at emailkampane.cz, with a third language option on the site menu. It covers newsletters, automated campaigns such as abandoned-cart reminders, autoresponders and transaction summaries, with an AI-assisted drag-and-drop editor, segmentation, detailed reports and CRM integrations. The home page calls it "A professional platform for email marketing" and cites "10+ years of experience" as a trusted partner in digital marketing.
The home page lists four reasons to choose it: support "Available at any time via phone, online assistance, or our knowledge base", data kept "within our uniquely secure infrastructure", more than ten years of experience, and technology with smart delivery, geolocation and AI built in.
What a sender gets
Types of email. The email marketing page groups the platform's uses into four kinds of message: newsletters that keep readers up to date, abandoned-basket notifications that remind customers of unfinished purchases, autoresponders for purchase confirmations, birthday wishes and event reminders, and transaction summaries about orders, payments, account changes and delivery.
The template editor. The drag-and-drop editor inserts text blocks, images, CTA buttons, headings and product blocks with one click, and the Czech editor page says the templates display professionally on desktop and mobile. There are more than 120 ready-to-use templates, grouped as seasonal, automatic and e-shop. You can import your own design, either by pasting HTML code or by importing a ZIP archive, with a real-time preview while you edit, or have the team create a custom template for you. A built-in photo gallery sits alongside a personal image bank for your own uploads. The Czech editor page says you can insert a recipient's name, company name or last purchased product from your database, and the home page promises personalization that goes beyond the greeting to the entire content of an email. The editor page sums up the workflow as choosing a template, adjusting it and sending within a few minutes, without coding or unnecessary setup.
AI assistant. The AI features are spelled out on the Czech editor page. From a short description, the assistant drafts a headline, an opening paragraph or a whole email, and you pick the version you like and insert it into the template with a click. It generates an original image for the campaign in a few seconds, and it writes subject lines and preview text in a style you choose: formal, sales or fun. The English page adds that the AI helps with intelligent sending, so emails reach customers at the right time.
Segmentation and personalization. Contacts are organized into categories by demographics, customer behavior and other criteria, so each group gets emails tailored to it. The home page describes "Smart segmentation" that divides the audience by behavior.
E-commerce automation. The home page says you can connect an e-shop in a few clicks and use order and shopping-behavior data. The Czech e-commerce page details abandoned-cart emails that can add a discount or suggest alternatives, product recommendations based on purchase history for cross-selling and upselling, order status notifications for confirmation, dispatch and expected delivery, loyalty program messages about points and exclusive offers, reactivation campaigns for customers who have not bought in a while, and automatic review requests after a purchase. The same page argues that automatic order notifications cut the number of questions reaching customer support, and that positive reviews collected this way raise a shop's credibility. E-shops can book a meeting with the team or open a test account from that page.
Reports. Real-time reports track open rates, click rates, undelivered messages and unsubscribes in one place, with reasons for non-delivery and unsubscribes, and the plan features include statistics and heatmaps.
Integrations and API. The home page says the platform is "Fully integrated with CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and eWay-CRM". The e-commerce page lists Shoptet, XML feeds and Google Shopping among its connections, and describes linking to CRM, billing systems and customer portals. Web forms and integrations grow the contact list. The support menu links to API documentation and a domain control tool.
Plans and prices
Every new account starts with a free trial: "Sign up and enjoy a 30-day trial completely free. During this period, you can send up to 5,000 emails for free and try out all the features of the system just like in the paid version." No credit card is required. The trial covers generative AI features, pre-made templates, segmentation and reporting, statistics and heatmaps, automation and personalization, and technical support.
The paid Subscription plan is described as "Send up to 2,000 emails per month". Its pricing widget has a contact selector running from 500 to 100,000 contacts (500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 7000, 10000, 20000, 30000, 50000, 70000 and 100000) and shows "290 CZK without VAT", with a "Free" label marked as valid with an annual order. Prices can be shown in CZK or EUR. Customers who switch are promised help with onboarding and importing their data.
Compliance and support
On GDPR, the home page says: "We handle consent agreements, unsubscribes, and archiving, so your email marketing stays 100% compliant." The footer links to terms and conditions, personal data protection and a page for reporting spam, and the support menu includes a knowledge base, a blog, an FAQ and legal advice. Support is by phone and online assistance.
The home page cites three customer results: an 8% higher open rate with customized templates, more than 10,000 new contacts gained, and 60% time saved when creating campaigns. Industry pages cover automotive, law firms and collection agencies, nonprofits, e-commerce, gastronomy, logistics, and energy and utilities.
Who it suits
Emailcampaigns.eu fits Czech businesses, and English-speaking teams that want a supplier based in Prague, that send newsletters and e-shop automation and want help from a local team by phone. E-shops on Shoptet or with a product XML feed get abandoned-cart, recommendation and order-status emails, and companies on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or eWay-CRM can sync contacts. The AI assistant helps small teams without a copywriter or designer draft text, images and subject lines. The 30-day trial with 5,000 emails lets a team test every feature before paying. Senders planning high monthly volumes should note that the Subscription plan as shown sends up to 2,000 emails a month.
