Email Blaster

Tap a star to rate

Email Blaster is email marketing software from a UK company for businesses, charities, public sector bodies and agencies that send newsletters and campaigns to their own lists. It covers a drag-and-drop builder and an AI email builder, a template library, sign-up forms, list cleansing, segmentation, A/B testing, automated sales funnels and campaign tracking. The footer says Email Blaster is a trading name of JC Peters Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its office at Burcote Wood Business Park in Northants, and the home page calls it "The preferred email marketing platform for thousands of UK businesses".

The strongest thread through the site is where the data lives. The home page headline promise is "Your data never leaves the UK". Uploaded data travels over an encrypted connection to the company's data center in Buckinghamshire, which it says is built to tier 4 specification. The company says it uses no third parties, owns and controls its software and storage, keeps no part of its network outside the UK, and is "fully GDPR compliant in our role as the data processor".

What a sender gets

Building emails. The drag-and-drop builder is aimed at people with no design background, backed by a library of professionally designed templates and a free library of stock images. An AI email builder, listed in the menu as "Powered by GPT Ai", works alongside it. Customers can also have a professional template designed by the team; one testimonial on the home page describes exactly that. Utilities include an email browser compatibility checker, inbox testing and domain verification.

Lists and data. You can upload unlimited contacts. Smart data cleansing scans imports and removes dead and invalid domains and bad data, and list management, subscriber lists and subscriber smart tagging keep the audience organized. Data segmentation splits a list for targeted sends, and the marketing-company feature set adds subscriber weighting and custom mail merge.

Sign-up forms. Web sign-up forms are GDPR-compliant double opt-in forms, according to the pay-as-you-go page, for growing a list from your website.

Automation and sending. The automation menu covers automations, send scheduling, campaign tracking, data segmentation and sender identities. The home page lists automated sales funnels and auto responders, and the large-business feature set mentions dynamic automation. Sending supports automated A/B and split testing, sender profiles, and social media integration.

Reporting. Campaign tracking stats come with every plan, and the menu also names ROI tracking. Larger customers get extended campaign tracking and website tracking.

For agencies and larger organizations. A reseller package and reseller accounts serve marketing companies. Large businesses get parent and sub accounts, an open source API, unlimited data uploads and account management. For the NHS and public sector, the site lists cloud-based access with nothing to install, domain verification, data encryption, two-factor authentication with nominated IP login, UK servers and a dedicated account manager.

Plans and prices

The home page promises "No hidden costs, no set up or admin fees" and offers two ways to pay. Every plan starts from a free account; the sign-up box reads "Try Email Blaster for free. Instant setup. No credit card required."

Monthly plans suit regular senders and come on a 30 day contract:

  • 1,000 email sends per month at 12.99
  • 2,000 email sends per month at 16.99, marked most popular
  • 5,000 email sends per month at 32.99

Each includes UK servers and support, unlimited contact uploads, free templates, the drag-and-drop designer, the AI email builder, campaign tracking stats, automated sales funnels, newsletter sign-up forms, data segmentation, data cleansing, subscriber smart tagging, auto A/B testing and social media integration.

Pay as you go is for seasonal or occasional senders. The process is: open a free account, upload your list, design the mailer, buy send credits, send. The pay-as-you-go page says "Email send credits don't expire" and that you can switch to a monthly plan at any point. Credits run "from 500 emails up to 400,000":

  • 500 sends £8.99, 1,000 sends £14.99, 2,000 sends £19.99, 5,000 sends £39.99
  • 10,000 sends £69.99, 20,000 sends £99.99, 40,000 sends £114.99
  • 60,000 sends £134.99, 80,000 sends £149.99, 100,000 sends £174.99
  • 120,000 sends £194.99, 150,000 sends £239.99, 200,000 sends £284.99, 400,000 sends £459.99

"All prices shown are plus VAT."

Support and resources

The pay-as-you-go page describes UK-based support "by live chat or email", and the small-business feature list includes telephone and email support. A University of Bedford testimonial on the home page says the live help answered a question within two minutes and emailed the transcript afterwards. Resources include video guides, case studies, a blog, free email templates, a free marketing plan, and guides to bounces, list building, blacklists, junk-folder problems, GDPR and designing for mobile devices. The site has sector pages for the public sector, nonprofits, company and staff newsletters, small businesses, healthcare, agencies, hotels, and restaurants and pubs.

The company's own blog carries the same message for newcomers. Its 2026 beginner's guide tells readers never to buy email lists, because purchased lists hurt deliverability and sender reputation, and to grow a list through website sign-up forms, lead magnets, pop-ups and social promotion instead. It walks through the campaign types a new sender should know (welcome emails, newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart, educational and re-engagement emails) and recommends a welcome sequence as the first automation to build.

What customers say

The home page quotes five customers. A financial services firm calls the service professional, transparent and fully GDPR compliant. GigaCycle's reviewer found it simple to use for detailed campaigns and praises a responsive support team that gives detailed instructions for fixing problems. Heswell Hall mentions patient answers to early questions and a professionally designed template that is producing results. Leasepoint describes a reliable and personable service, and the University of Bedford reviewer likes the live help transcripts, which can be collected into how-to lists and shared with colleagues.

Who it suits

Email Blaster fits UK organizations for which data location is a deciding point: councils, NHS bodies, charities and regulated businesses that want their lists stored and sent from UK infrastructure the vendor owns, with 2FA and IP-restricted login. Small businesses get a free account and a clear price list, and occasional senders can buy credits that do not expire instead of paying every month. Agencies can resell under reseller accounts, and larger businesses can use sub accounts and the API. Senders based outside the UK who need their data kept elsewhere will find the whole offer built around UK hosting.
