EfeMosse Sistemas

Tap a star to rate

EfeMosse Sistemas is a web development, hosting, domain and digital marketing company in Caballito, Buenos Aires, active since 1999, and its newsletter system is a bulk email tool it runs on its own servers for small and midsize businesses, agencies and teams that want close control over their sending. The newsletter page says the application has been refined since 2004 and now handles campaigns of millions of sends a month, with lists and sublists, queues, templates, and open and click tracking. The company serves clients across Argentina and Latin America, and all support is in Spanish.

The pitch is deliberately modest. The page promises no shortcuts around spam filters and no miracle claims about deliverability. Consent-based lists, a good sender reputation and technical discipline (SPF/DKIM, bounce handling, list cleaning) are presented as the framework for any sending that lasts. What EfeMosse sells on top of the software is a local technical contact, the same team that in many cases already runs the client's website or hosting, and the option to have the tool adjusted to the client's own processes.

The newsletter page positions the system against two alternatives. Against a desktop mail program or a basic SMTP account, it gathers list import and cleaning, nested categories, custom fields, reusable templates and real reports in one environment. Against large global services, its comparison table promises a clear monthly fee with scaling rules agreed with the team instead of prices that rise with contacts, sends or premium automations, and human support in Spanish instead of general help centers and ticket queues in other languages.

What a sender gets

Campaigns. A campaign can go to several lists at once and be personalized with fields such as first name, surname or nickname, and other variables inserted into the message body. Sending is immediate or queued for a chosen day and time. For each campaign you pick the sender, the reply-to address and the subject line, and sends already in progress can be paused or canceled. Messages can carry an "online version" link, a "recommend to a friend" link, an unsubscribe link and social sharing buttons, all configurable.

Templates and the editor. Reusable templates are built in a rich-text editor. The system converts CSS to inline styles so that messages display properly in email clients, and it supports attachments on a campaign.

Lists and contacts. The list side is the most detailed part of the page. You can create unlimited categories and lists with nested subcategories, import contacts from a file, paste them in, or extract addresses from a block of text, and delete in bulk. Contacts carry custom fields (name, phone and others), and a global search finds any contact across lists. Blocked users can be set by email address or by whole domain, and lists are kept with clear consent. The system summarizes subscribers, sends and metrics per list and cleans out invalid addresses.

Sign-up forms. The system generates HTML code for sign-up forms that can be placed on any website. EfeMosse also offers help linking newsletter sign-ups, contact forms, registrations and shopping-cart signals on a client's site to the system, "respetando normativa y buenas prácticas" (in line with regulations and good practice).

Reporting. Reports cover sends, opens, and clicks per URL, with a sending history that shows statistics by date and exports to a spreadsheet (XLS). The page frames open and click tracking as a way to learn and improve campaigns.

Deliverability. The system runs on EfeMosse's own infrastructure. For large queues the company combines SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm-up where needed, and bounce tracking. Its comparison table, which contrasts the service with large global tools in general rather than naming any, says clients get help setting up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounce cleaning and good sender practice, where with big services you configure credentials and DNS from guides and handle most of the follow-up yourself. Each client gets an instance dedicated to its operation, with anti-spam and legal rules (opt-in, unsubscribes, blocks) applied.

Custom changes and integrations. Clients can request changes. The page says the development team evaluates integrations with forms, e-commerce and CRM systems and adds reasonable improvements over time "sin perder trazabilidad de versiones" (without losing version traceability). Reports, integrations and internal workflows are the kinds of adjustments the company names. The home page's development section lists PHP, MySQL, APIs, and payment gateways such as Mercado Pago and webhooks as the team's working stack for custom projects.

Plan and pricing

The newsletter page publishes one reference plan: US$ 18.99 per month, described as the current commercial figure to be confirmed with sales. It includes:

  • a recommended operating limit of up to 1,000 emails per hour, to protect sending reputation;
  • no contractual caps of the usual kind on monthly sends or on the number of recipients in the database, always with consent-based lists and no spam;
  • an optional Amazon SES relay for higher volume, for which the page cites Amazon's public reference price of about US$ 0,10 per 1,000 messages, depending on AWS region and taxes.

The home page adds that the newsletter service is sold as plans by monthly volume or as custom options. It is a separate product from EfeMosse's M1 to M4 web hosting plans, quoted and billed apart, although both can be arranged with the same team in one contract. A commercial demo is available by arrangement through WhatsApp or the contact form, and the page points to a video tour of the platform and video tutorials for training a team.

Who it suits

The system fits Argentine and Latin American small businesses and agencies that want to send newsletters and bulk campaigns with a Spanish-speaking technical contact they can call on, especially those already hosting a site with EfeMosse. The flat monthly fee without contractual send or contact caps suits organizations with large consent-based lists that would otherwise pay more as the list grows, and the per-hour pacing suits senders who value reputation over speed. Teams that want their email tool changed to fit internal workflows, reports or integrations will find a company willing to discuss it. The page itself says that a team wanting a fully assisted cloud experience for millions of contacts without touching DNS may be better served by another kind of product, and marketers looking for visual automation journeys, landing page builders or SMS will not find them described here.
