Ediware is a French email and SMS marketing platform built for B2B senders: companies prospecting new clients, network marketing organizations running many teams, and communication agencies managing campaigns for clients. It covers campaigns, automated sequences, landing pages and forms, contact management with segmentation, SMS, and an API. The home page calls it "the 100 % French B2B emailing software" and says the company has been an independent publisher since 2002, working with more than 4,000 client companies, with data hosted in France.

The home page headline sums up the model: "No commitment, no contact tiers, no shared IP". Credits never expire, there is no monthly or annual commitment, dedicated IP addresses are included from the PRO plan, and support from a French team is part of every account rather than an upsell. Ediware publishes its site in French at ediware.net and in English at ediware.eu; both describe the same platform.

What a sender gets

The editor and templates. Campaigns are built in a block editor: text, image, button, columns or code blocks are dragged into the message and rendered responsive without writing HTML. The email marketing section promises "120 French templates", and Ediware's comparison guide says the drag-and-drop editor handles up to 26 personalization variables per contact. An AI assistant works inside the campaign editor; the home page says it "suggests the subject line and rewrites the message", and the platform menu lists artificial intelligence as its own module.

Contacts and segmentation. The platform includes contact database management with segmentation. Ediware's own guide on French email software describes its B2B prospecting tools as handling captchas automatically, retrying bounces intelligently and scoring contacts by behavior, and the home page describes prospecting with "automatic captcha handling, intelligent bounce retries, native GDPR compliance". Its English blog post on B2B email adds features it says were built for prospecting campaigns: quota management by address, detection of duplicate addresses to avoid double sends, handling of out-of-office replies, and live extraction of recipients who opened a message.

Automation. The home page describes "a complete marketing ecosystem" covering the journey "from prospecting to retention, in a single tool", with automated sequences, behavior-based follow-ups and advanced integrations, and claims "Up to 5 hours saved per campaign". Marketing automation is listed as a platform module, and Ediware's guides cover onboarding sequences for new B2B customers.

Landing pages and forms. Online forms and landing pages form another module. The home page says the pages turn "your visitors into leads" and are "built without writing a line of code".

SMS. Ediware runs an SMS platform alongside email. The SMS section promises personalized, tracked messages sent instantly, and SMS credits never expire, as with email.

API and integrations. Existing tools connect "through our API or through more than 1,000 Zapier applications". The English blog post says the API allows tailor-made synchronization with any software, and custom development is offered when a connector is missing.

Reporting. Statistics and reporting form a module of the platform. Ediware's guides explain how it thinks about deliverability rate (emails accepted by receiving servers, not those read in the inbox) and account-based measurement for B2B campaigns.

Sending infrastructure. Deliverability is the center of the pitch. The comparison guide says the platform runs on a Power-MTA engine with a dedicated tracking domain and continuous deliverability monitoring. From the PRO plan each customer gets two dedicated IP addresses ("Your two IP addresses, from the PRO plan"), and emails go out from the customer's own domain. The site says its teams monitor sending around the clock and maintain the reputation of each customer's IPs with mailbox providers, and it contrasts this with shared IPs, where "one careless client damages everyone's reputation".

Agencies and teams. For network marketing, the platform offers multi-account setups with tailored rights, shared templates and centralized management. Agencies get a white-label interface with sub-accounts and an outsourced deliverability manager.

Services. Beyond the software, Ediware sells full-service campaign management, responsive email production, email design and custom development.

Plans and prices

A free account gives 1,000 emails per month with no bank card, and the site says it stays open for anyone who prefers to try the platform alone. Ediware's comparison guide gives the paid entry point: dedicated IPs are included "dès le plan PRO à 98 euros par mois" (from the PRO plan at 98 euros a month). The same guide says the PREMIUM plan (198 euros) and the AGENCE plan open white-label sub-accounts and a dedicated deliverability manager, and that every plan is monthly with no commitment.

The billing model is credits rather than contact tiers. Credits remain valid with no expiry date, which the site presents as a fit for B2B prospecting that runs in bursts around launches, trade shows and busy sales periods. French phone support is included in the base offer. Before signing, prospects can book a twenty-minute video call on the French site and come away with a deliverability diagnostic of their own contact base, whether they sign or not.

Data, compliance and support

The site says all data is hosted in France, and its comparison table places Ediware's data in Paris. The home page says Ediware is a member of Signal Spam and Alliance Digitale and a signatory of the DMA charter and the Privacy Protection Pact. On GDPR, the English blog post says hosting in France makes compliance easier but is not enough on its own, and that the software also needs consent management, handling of deletion requests and traceability, which it says French publishers build in natively.

Support comes from a French team "at no extra cost": expert technical support, personalized strategic advice and tailored training, with a named contact who knows the account rather than a chatbot. The blog describes an introductory meeting, team training and help by phone, WhatsApp, email or video when a customer starts out.

Who it suits

Ediware fits French and French-speaking B2B companies that prospect by email and care most about reaching the inbox: sales teams sending to prospect lists on the legitimate-interest basis, mid-sized firms that want dedicated IPs without paying extra for them, and organizations in sectors where data hosted in France matters. The credit model suits senders whose volume swings from month to month. Agencies get white-label sub-accounts, and multi-team networks get shared templates with per-team rights. Solo creators who only need a simple newsletter will find the free account generous enough to test, though the platform's features and support are aimed at business prospecting rather than hobby lists. Teams that need channels beyond email and SMS, or support in languages other than French, should look at how far the offer goes before moving.
