Easymailing

Tap a star to rate

Easymailing is a Spanish-language email marketing and SMS platform for creating campaigns, automations and signup forms, which the company pitches as "fácil en español" (easy, in Spanish). Its home page promises that users can "empieza gratis, cumple RGPD y recibe soporte personalizado en español" (start free, comply with the GDPR and get personalized support in Spanish). The platform is aimed at ecommerce shops, small businesses, content creators, SaaS companies, marketing agencies, freelancers, academies, restaurants and other local businesses, and its newest feature is Maia, an AI assistant that builds campaigns, automations and templates from a conversation. The company behind it is Easymailing Cloud Services S.L.

Four jobs in one place

The home page sums up the platform in four steps. Attract an audience, with forms and landing pages that capture contacts. Design, with professional templates built in the drag-and-drop editor "o pídeselas a Maia" (or ask Maia for them). Connect by email and SMS, sending personalized campaigns so each customer is reached on the channel they prefer. Automate, by setting up multichannel flows "que trabajan por ti" (that work for you).

The newsletter editor

The editor has its own product page. It is a drag-and-drop tool where users build a layout from rows and then drag in content blocks: images, videos, buttons, icons, social links and more. Text editing covers fonts, colors, hyperlinks and emoji. Designs are responsive, and a preview shows how a newsletter will look on a phone, a tablet and a computer before it goes out. Users can upload images, videos and other media, and the editor also offers a gallery of royalty-free images.

Several features target teams that send regularly. Master templates (Plantillas Maestras) fix the logo, brand colors, structure and footer once and reuse them across every newsletter. Saved and synced rows (Filas Guardadas y Sincronizadas) are reusable blocks: change the logo, phone number or a footer detail once and Easymailing updates it in every template that uses the block. Version tracking keeps a history of changes, so any earlier version of a newsletter can be restored in seconds. External design requests let a business send design briefs to an agency or freelance designer without giving them access to its data or the platform.

Personalization tags make each newsletter specific to the reader. The FAQ says the tags work with any field in the subscriber list, such as names, interests, locations or custom data.

For a starting point there is a gallery of "+1400 plantillas prediseñadas" (more than 1,400 pre-designed templates), with designs for different sectors and needs.

Maia, the AI copilot

Maia is described as "tu equipo de marketing con IA, a un mensaje de distancia" (your AI marketing team, one message away). Users talk to it in Spanish and Maia does the work inside Easymailing. The home page lists four abilities: it creates email or SMS campaigns on request, leaving the user to review and send; it builds a complete automation from a description of the goal; it generates professional templates in the brand's colors and style; and it answers questions about the last campaign's results with clear data and suggestions for improvement. The FAQ adds that Maia can import contacts too.

Automation, segmentation and reporting

Automations can be built by hand or by Maia, and the platform offers ready-to-use automations for common cases. On the ecommerce side, the WooCommerce integration syncs a store with Easymailing so automations can react to customer behavior, sending personalized emails after a purchase, an abandoned cart or a new signup. The solutions section describes similar uses elsewhere: reservation confirmations and reminders for restaurants, lead nurturing for SaaS companies, and win-back campaigns for inactive students at academies.

The site mentions intelligent segmentation for targeting campaigns, real-time metrics, and analytics and reports, and says agencies can run each client's campaigns and present detailed performance reports per client.

Forms and landing pages

Subscription forms and a landing page builder are part of the platform. The editor FAQ discusses several form types (embedded forms, pop-ups, timed forms, exit forms and slide-ins), noting that each works better in different situations. The platform menu also lists GDPR tools and tracking.

SMS

SMS campaigns follow a simple process, according to the FAQ: write the message and personalize it with each customer's data, test it on your phone, then send it or schedule it. The opt-out option "se añade sola para que cumplas la ley" (is added automatically so you comply with the law). SMS is activated according to the plan.

Integrations and API

The integrations section names WordPress, WooCommerce and Zapier. The WordPress integration manages forms, subscribers and campaigns from a WordPress site. Zapier connects Easymailing to "miles de aplicaciones" (thousands of apps), including CRMs, payment platforms and social networks, without programming. For custom work there is an API and custom webhooks for syncing data in real time, and a developer API section in the site's resources.

Security, GDPR and deliverability

The platform is hosted on Google Cloud, which the company presents as a foundation for security, reliability and scalability. It says Easymailing complies with the GDPR (RGPD) and lets customers manage subscribers and their consent and control data privacy to meet European rules.

On deliverability, Easymailing says it uses domain authentication with SPF and DKIM and domain alignment to improve sending reputation, so that campaigns are recognized positively by the main mailbox providers.

Trial, pricing and support

New users can register free, and the site offers "una prueba gratuita de 30 días de las funciones premium" (a free 30-day trial of the premium features) with no credit card required. The site has a pricing section and a demo request form.

Support is personalized and in Spanish, and the FAQ refers to 24/7 support. There is a help center, video tutorials, a blog, a digital marketing dictionary and a knowledge base with guides such as creating a first email template. The company says it is rated positively on Trustpilot, G2 and Capterra for ease of use, efficient support and advanced features.

Who it suits

Easymailing fits Spanish-speaking businesses that want email and SMS in one tool with everything, from interface to support, in Spanish: WooCommerce shops automating post-purchase and abandoned cart emails, small businesses and restaurants sending offers and reminders, creators growing a newsletter, and agencies that report to several clients. Teams short on time get the most from Maia, which can draft a campaign, an automation or a template from a sentence. The master templates, synced rows and external design requests suit brands that work with outside designers. Teams that need an English-language interface are not its audience.
