E-goi

Tap a star to rate

E-goi is an omnichannel marketing platform that says it serves more than 700,000 users and has 20 years in the market. It brings email, SMS, WhatsApp, web and app push notifications, voice broadcasts and IVR into one automation engine, and its pitch is that marketing today runs across channels rather than through email alone. E-goi presents itself both as a self-serve platform for marketing teams and as an API-driven system for developers, with strategic consulting offered on top so customers get help turning campaigns into revenue. It displays a 4.9 rating on Capterra.

What you get from E-goi

Email editor and campaigns. A drag-and-drop email creator with free templates lets users build campaigns without coding. The company describes its templates as flexible, with advanced segmentation based on visitor and lead behavior. A/B testing, deliverability tools and reports sit under the platform's analysis and optimization features.

Marketing automation. Automation runs through what E-goi calls Autobots, which send messages on scenarios and orchestrate customer journeys across all channels. The company's comparison page says workflows can combine email, SMS and push in a single journey, and that WhatsApp is a native automation channel rather than an external add-on.

SMS marketing. SMS campaigns, listed as Smart SMS, are managed from the same platform and can sit inside multichannel journeys next to email, WhatsApp and push.

WhatsApp marketing. WhatsApp is built in as a platform channel, so a journey can move between WhatsApp, email, SMS and push. The resources section includes an e-book on selling with WhatsApp.

Web push and app push. Web push notifications reach a customer's browser instantly, "even if they're on another site", and the web push page says they "have a delivery rate of more than 90%". E-goi calls its free web push plan "The Biggest (and Best) Free Plan to Send Web Push Notifications", letting senders capture up to 35,000 contacts and send unlimited web push notifications, in the company's words. Because signing up for push needs no personal data, the page claims sign-ups "can be up to 30x higher than a normal registration form with email". Web push supports abandoned cart messages and real-time reactions to behavior: the page's example is a shopper browsing the Printers category who gets a notification about the model on sale or related products such as cartridges. That behavior tracking is part of Track & Engage, E-goi's 360-degree ecommerce tracking.

Voice and IVR. Voice broadcasts and automated IVR (interactive voice response) cover phone-based campaigns.

Transactional email and SMS (Slingshot). A dedicated transactional channel, named Slingshot, sends triggered emails and SMS such as confirmations and notifications.

Forms, surveys and landing pages. Contacts are captured through forms and surveys, and standalone landing pages support campaigns and lead generation. The menu also lists registered messages and social media automation.

Contact data, CDP and phygital. E-goi includes a customer data platform and what it calls phygital unification, which combines a physical store and digital channels into a single customer experience. Its Omniconnect technology tracks purchases in physical stores alongside online behavior, so a retailer can build one view of a customer who buys in both places. A loyalty module adds cashback and loyalty programs.

Integrations. The comparison page speaks of "centenas de integrações e plugins disponíveis" (hundreds of integrations and plugins), naming WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, VTEX and Facebook, and describes its ecommerce integrations as advanced, covering ecommerce platforms, marketplaces and physical and online stores. Plugins and an API are listed for integration work, and E-goi also builds custom solutions and integrations.

AI features. The home page describes generative and predictive AI to "create high-performing content and optimize decisions". Its case study list includes Salsa, with a 73% increase in average order value credited to AI.

Strategic consulting. E-goi describes "human and strategic guidance" to build and execute data strategy, from deliverability and lead generation to automation and scoring, "guided by real consultants who understand your industry". Implementation runs in 3 steps, with the platform "ready to use in 1 month". Among the published case studies, Quebramar is credited with €6.5M in sales in 2 months after bringing together customer data scattered between physical and online stores, and others cite Mormaii (+28% conversion), Leroy Merlin (+50% return) and Intermarché (+7% in-store sales).

Plans and pricing

E-goi has a free plan, called Plano 5001, with up to 5,001 contacts and 15,000 sends per month. Paid plans can be tried free for 14 days with no credit card required, and the web push page states a 30-day money-back guarantee on any paid plan.

As a price example, the company's Portuguese comparison page gives the Pro plan for 51,000 contacts at 315,66€ a month, with values checked in June 2026. Prices are fixed in euros, which E-goi says removes currency risk, and contact tiers are granular so that customers "paga apenas pelo que usa" (pay only for what they use) instead of jumping to a much larger bracket as a list grows. Local payment methods such as Multibanco are accepted, with invoicing issued in the EU.

Data, deliverability and support

On data protection, the comparison page states "RGPD nativo com dados na Europa" (native GDPR with data in Europe) and says data is hosted on European infrastructure. For deliverability, E-goi says it runs its own infrastructure with servers in Europe, and offers an optional dedicated IP. Resources include a Domain Health Report.

Support is described as human and local, with technical support and customer service in Portuguese: "Nunca está sozinho!" (you are never alone). Customers moving from another platform get free assisted migration of their contacts, which the company says its team handles securely, and existing automations and flows can be rebuilt in E-goi and, in most cases, improved with its multichannel features.

Who it suits

E-goi fits marketing teams that want email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and voice under one automation engine rather than stitched together from separate tools. Ecommerce businesses get abandoned cart flows, behavior-based push and 360-degree tracking, and retailers with physical shops gain the phygital and CDP features that link in-store purchases to online campaigns. Portuguese-speaking and European companies benefit from euro pricing, local payment methods, EU invoicing, European data hosting and support in Portuguese. The free plan for up to 5,001 contacts lets smaller senders start without paying, while larger teams can lean on the consulting and custom integration work.

A sender who only ever wants a simple newsletter may find the platform broader than needed, since much of its value lies in the channels and data features around email.
