DashaMail is a Russian email marketing service operated by OOO «Письмо» (Pismo LLC). Its blog says it has been running since 2016 and has grown from a classic ESP into a full system with CDP (customer data platform) features. It sends bulk and marketing campaigns, triggered email, transactional email and RSS campaigns, plus web push notifications, all from one interface. The homepage states that DashaMail stores and protects customer data on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the service is aimed at Russian businesses and agencies that need a domestic platform. The blog names PUN CLUB, Sutochno.ru, SkillBox, the BDT theater, the Azimut hotel chain and Russian Railways (RZhD) among its larger clients.

What a sender gets

The homepage walks through the basic workflow: upload an existing base of subscribers who have agreed to receive your mail, or install signup forms on your site; build a template from a ready-made design or from scratch; write the subject line and preheader and send; then analyze results for each campaign and for each subscriber base.

The email builder is a block editor that lets you create emails without layout skills. The blog says it includes an AI generator for email text, subject lines and images, available free within the plan, and that GlavRed, a Russian service for checking readability, is built into the editor. Templates adapt automatically to mobile devices, and you can preview an email on different devices and mail clients. A tool called Providitsa checks the layout against mail providers' requirements before you send, and StopSpam helps catch content problems.

Sending can be scheduled with a built-in planner. For testing, DashaMail offers A/B tests and what it calls gestalt testing, along with a resend function ("доотправки") for improving each campaign. One customer review on the homepage also mentions automatic delivery at the time most convenient for each recipient.

Segmentation and personalization work from website data and, separately, from actions inside emails. Automation runs on trigger scenarios: the blog's examples are a message right after registration, one at purchase confirmation, and an abandoned cart email when a visitor adds products but does not complete the order. NPS surveys, cohort analysis, a unified communication policy and a subscriber base tool called PiplMetr round out the audience tools.

Reporting offers "30+ параметров для анализа" (30+ parameters for analysis). The blog lists opens, clicks, unsubscribes, spam complaints, conversions to orders and the reasons for delivery errors, and says the data can be synced with Yandex.Metrica 360 and Google Analytics.

List hygiene and deliverability

DashaMail puts a lot of weight on deliverability, which the homepage describes as close work with mail providers. On import, the service checks the contact base and removes duplicates, invalid addresses and inactive accounts. A free built-in service, Dasha.Fiksik, runs automatically on import, corrects typos, clears out addresses that are known to be invalid, and checks the sending history of addresses that have already been mailed through DashaMail. New domains are warmed up gradually, with volume increased in stages so mail providers learn to trust the domain. A sending IP of your own is sold as a service ("Выделенный IP"), and there is a validator among the platform's tools.

Integrations and API

The homepage says DashaMail supports integration with CRM and CMS systems, external statistics systems and other email marketing services, and links to all its modules, the API documentation and a separate transactional API. The blog counts more than 100 free modules for connecting CRM systems and third-party services, and the blog also covers a WordPress integration. Developers get documentation of their own, and the feature list includes an MCP server. Contact bases can be imported directly from other ESPs.

Plans and prices

According to DashaMail's blog, the free plan gives access to the core features with a limit of up to 2,000 emails. Paid monthly plans start at 1,048 rubles per month with an annual subscription, or 1,310 rubles per month without the annual discount, for 1,000 contacts, and they include unlimited emails. For senders who mail rarely, there are also email packages with no time limit and no contact limit. The blog mentions a flexible discount system for paying for several months at once. The full rate card sits on the site's pricing page ("Тарифы"), and a demo can be requested.

The services menu adds paid help: a quick start package, a personal manager, template creation and the IP service. The quick start offer promises to get your mailings running within days (the page says "за 3 дня"), with help developing a template, preparing an email strategy or running an audit, and handling the technical setup. The blog also mentions DashaMail experts who can run your mailings for you.

Compliance and support

Besides storing data in the Russian Federation, the homepage badges say DashaMail is included in the register of domestic software and in the register of personal data operators, and is attested by FSTEC, the Russian federal information security regulator. The footer links a license agreement and anti-spam policy, a personal data processing policy and a page on compliance with Federal Law 152-FZ, and states that OOO «Письмо» is an accredited IT company. Support is by email at support@dashamail.ru and by phone, and the site has a knowledge base, a marketer's glossary, industry benchmarks and an FAQ.

Customer reviews on the homepage center on support. The RIV GOSh online store says preparing, testing and launching one mailing dropped from about 2 hours to 15 minutes on average, thanks to its account manager and the editor. RoseMarkt.ru praises help with DNS setup and spam folder problems, and the MediaNation agency says the team helps with non-trivial tasks.

Who it suits

DashaMail fits Russian companies that must keep personal data in the country under 152-FZ and want a platform on the domestic software register, from small shops starting on the free plan to large brands and agencies. Ecommerce teams get triggered messages such as abandoned carts, analytics synced with Yandex.Metrica, and bulk, triggered and transactional mail in one interface. Teams that want hands-on help can buy the quick start package or a personal manager.

It suits senders who need SMS or messenger channels less well: DashaMail's own blog lists as a drawback that the service works only with email and web push, with no SMS, social network, messenger or chatbot sending. The interface and support are in Russian.
