Correo Masivo Colombia

Tap a star to rate

Correo Masivo Colombia is a Spanish-language platform for sending mass email and SMS, run by Correo Masivo Colombia SAS, whose contact page gives an address in Cajicá, Cundinamarca, and a Bogotá switchboard number. It sells a web platform together with the sending server behind it ("Plataforma + Servidor de Envío Todo en Uno"), aimed at companies, organizations and public institutions in Colombia that send newsletters, promotions, invoices, receipts and invitations to their own lists. Plans are priced in Colombian pesos, either by the number of emails you buy or by the number of contacts you store, and a free demo account lets you try the editor before paying.

What a sender gets

The core is a browser-based campaign tool. The site says you can log in and start sending within minutes with no software to install, only a computer and an internet connection, although sending does require configuring your domain and sender account first. The team offers an automated setup process and says it helps configure the domain so campaigns do not land in spam.

Campaigns are built in a drag-and-drop editor, with a gallery of responsive HTML templates and a tool for importing external HTML templates if you already have designs. Personalization runs on custom fields, so a message can carry the recipient's name, company or other variables. The feature list also names autoresponders, scheduled sends and birthday mailings, which is about as far as the site goes on automation; the homepage describes "Automatización a medida para empresas en Colombia" (tailored automation for companies in Colombia) without listing triggers or workflow steps.

The feature that stands out is personalized attachments. The platform can send a different file to each subscriber or list, which the site pitches for bank statements, invoices, receipts and invitations. The homepage lists this as an additional module, and the plans page marks "Adjuntos diferentes personalizados" as an add-on. On attachment size the pages give two figures: the plans page lists attachments "Hasta 1MB/1024 KB", while the platform page recommends a maximum of 5 MB. The platform also includes hosting for photos, files and PDFs used in campaigns.

Contacts and lists are managed inside the platform with a contact import tool, and the company sells list cleaning and contact analysis as a service ("Depuración y análisis de contactos"). Signup forms for your website help grow the list, described as "formularios de suscripción" and "Formularios de integración con su Web".

Reporting runs live while a campaign is sending. Every plan includes per-campaign statistics on geographic location, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces and spam complaints, plus delivery reports.

SMS is the second channel. The site sells "Software Correo Masivo + Software Sms Masivo", and the plans page says personalized messages can go out as mass email or mass SMS. The information request form offers three services: mass email, mass SMS and custom software, and the homepage also mentions plugin and application programming.

For developers and larger senders, the premium tier adds an SMTP connection so your own application can send through the company's mail server. There is no public API documentation on the site; the SMTP connection is the integration route it names.

Infrastructure and deliverability

Correo Masivo Colombia sells both a shared and a dedicated platform. The homepage says it connects to bulk email providers in Europe and the United States ("proveedores de Email Masivo en Europa y Estados Unidos") and to international servers specialized in bulk sending. The premium services describe a dedicated platform installation separated from other clients, dedicated IP addresses to improve reputation, a white-label version of the dedicated platform under your own brand and logo, and multi-user access with different permission levels. A sub-account module for independent operators is sold as an extra, as are additional sender addresses.

Every plan includes DKIM, DMARC and SPF authentication, according to the plans list. The plans page also names deliverability improvement algorithms, reputation monitoring, dedicated IPs for notifications, and help configuring your domain. Its stated guarantee is operational rather than financial: the team will configure and reconfigure the setup to get your mail into the inbox, and you can ask support for a reconfiguration if problems appear.

The anti-spam policy is strict and specific. You may only send to people who gave permission: subscribers from your website form, customers who gave you their address, and members of your organization. Purchased, rented or scraped lists and any third-party list are banned, and accounts that break the policy are closed. The policy recommends a bounce rate of 5% or less and a complaint rate of 0.1% or less, and says a sender who crosses these thresholds receives a notice and a service suspension. The company also runs an identity check before activating any account, which it describes as a measure against phishing and misuse. The homepage reminds senders that their databases must comply with Colombia's Habeas Data law, Ley 1581 of 2012, on personal data protection.

Plans and prices

The platform page shows two families of plans, all priced in Colombian pesos plus IVA (value-added tax).

Plans by sends, where you buy a number of emails and can send unlimited campaigns until you use them up:

  • Starter: 10,000 emails and up to 10,000 contacts for 70,000 COP + IVA, premium services not included.
  • Nivel 1: 20,000 emails and up to 20,000 contacts for 130,000 COP + IVA, premium services not included.
  • Nivel 2: 50,000 emails and up to 50,000 contacts for 300,000 COP + IVA, premium services included.
  • Nivel 3: 100,000 emails with unlimited lists and contacts for 500,000 COP + IVA, premium services included.

Plans by contacts, with unlimited sends to a fixed list size:

  • Nivel 1: 2,500 contacts for 70,000 COP + IVA, premium services not included.
  • Nivel 2: 5,000 contacts for 120,000 COP + IVA, premium services included.
  • Nivel 3: 15,000 contacts for 300,000 COP + IVA, premium services included.

Every paid plan includes the drag-and-drop editor, help creating campaigns and contact cleaning for the plan's volume. The separate plans page presents the 20,000 and 50,000 email packages as monthly offers at the same prices. Larger volumes are quoted on request, and the site says special offers are visible inside the account once you open one.

The free option is a demo, not a permanent free plan. "Prueba Demo" costs 0 COP, lets you send up to 600 emails, import up to 100 contacts and use the drag-and-drop editor, and lasts one month. No payment method is needed to sign up. The information request page also mentions welcome credits for new accounts.

Payment goes through PayuLatam. Companies can also send a signed purchase order, or confirm by email with their RUT (tax ID), and receive an invoice afterward. On refunds, the FAQ says that if you are unhappy with the service the company can review your case for a refund.

Support and data handling

Support is by email at soporte@correomasivocolombia.com, with replies promised in under 48 hours, and by phone. The plans FAQ gives phone hours of Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while the homepage lists Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM in UTC/GMT minus 5. Every plan includes online training on the platform, and premium plans add comprehensive personalized support. On confidentiality, the plans page says all data you import stays confidential and is not used for advertising or any other purpose, and the company states that it does not sell lists or databases.

Who it suits

Correo Masivo Colombia fits Colombian companies and institutions that want a Spanish-language tool, prices in pesos, phone support in their own time zone and hands-on help with domain setup. The personalized attachment module is the strongest reason to pick it: an organization that emails each customer their own invoice, statement or receipt gets that built in. Senders with occasional campaigns can buy email packages and send until the credit runs out, while those with a steady list and frequent sends can choose a contact plan with unlimited sends. Agencies can use the white-label dedicated platform and the sub-account module to run clients separately.

It suits teams that want advanced marketing automation less well, since the site names autoresponders, birthdays and scheduling rather than a visual workflow builder. Developers who want a documented REST API will find only the SMTP connection on the premium tier. Senders outside Colombia, or anyone who needs an English interface, are not the audience the site is written for.
