Compravista is an email marketing platform for businesses in Latin America, run since 2006 and described on its About page as "A trusted Latin American email marketing platform since 2006." It sends bulk campaigns and newsletters and runs automated email flows, and the homepage pitches it as "La plataforma profesional para crear campañas masivas, automatizar flujos y obtener resultados medibles en toda Latinoamérica" (the professional platform for creating mass campaigns, automating flows and getting measurable results across Latin America). Compravista is a brand of Industrialmedia S.A., a technology group headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia, and lists offices in Bogotá and Miami. The site is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Who is behind it

The About page says Compravista "was founded in 2006 to solve a real problem: Latin American businesses needed a reliable, Spanish-first email marketing tool with excellent deliverability and local support." It says the platform now powers campaigns for thousands of companies "across Colombia, México, Perú, Chile, Argentina and beyond", from startups to large enterprises and agencies, and it gives 18k+ active companies; the Spanish homepage puts the number at +18,400 empresas activas. The homepage also carries the line "Líder en Email Marketing en Latinoamérica • 2025", the company's own claim to lead the regional market.

Industrialmedia S.A. is described as having "over 20 years building digital infrastructure, media and technology solutions across Latin America." Its sister brands are Dongee for web hosting and cloud infrastructure, CentralSMS for bulk SMS and mobile messaging, and Colombianet for connectivity and digital services. The About page says being part of the group gives Compravista "stability, shared infrastructure expertise, and the ability to deliver enterprise-grade reliability."

What a sender gets

The editor is a drag-and-drop visual editor that the homepage says needs no code ("sin necesidad de código"), backed by a library of more than 180 ready-made templates organized by industry and campaign type. Every design is responsive across devices. When building a campaign, a sender picks a template or starts in the editor and personalizes the message with each contact's name and data.

Segmentation works on behavior, demographics and interests, with up to 25 criteria ("Hasta 25 criterios"). Automations let a sender configure email flows triggered by subscribers' actions, and the homepage labels this "Respuestas automáticas" (autoresponders). Campaigns can go out immediately or be scheduled.

Analytics report opens, clicks, bounces and conversions in real time, and reports can be exported. The homepage's sample dashboard claims a 98.4% average deliverability rate, and the About page says the company obsesses over inbox placement, with its "infrastructure and reputation management" built to get campaigns into the inbox. Authentication covers SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Sending domains generate their own DKIM settings, and a global DKIM signature can be forced. The plans FAQ confirms that customers can configure their own domains, senders and signatures, and that the team helps set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

API and integrations

Developers get a RESTful API with full documentation, and the plans page includes the RESTful API and integrations in every plan. The homepage names the categories: CRM, e-commerce, Zapier "y más". One of the customer stories, from a regional bank in Peru, says the API was key to integrating Compravista with its internal systems.

Getting started

The homepage sets out four steps. A new user registers in 30 seconds and verifies a sending domain to activate full deliverability, imports contacts from a CSV or Excel file and sorts them into segments, designs a campaign from a template or in the editor, and then sends or schedules it and watches opens, clicks and conversions. No credit card is required to sign up. List migration and onboarding are included at no extra cost.

Plans and pricing

The plans page offers three models, all with the same tools.

Monthly subscription. Unlimited contacts within the chosen tier and 10 campaigns included each month, sent to all contacts. Tiers run up to 500, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 (marked popular) and 25,000 contacts, all billed monthly. Customers can move up or down a plan at any time, with changes applied in the next billing cycle, and can cancel at any time without penalty.

Volume credits. Packages of sending credits for large campaigns without a monthly subscription: 5,000, 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000, 500,000 and 750,000 credits, each with immediate activation. The homepage marks this model "más popular".

Pay as you go. One-off credit purchases for occasional campaigns or tests, with unlimited campaigns: 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000 and 500,000 credits. Volume and pay-as-you-go credits carry an expiry date counted from the date of purchase, which the FAQ sets out.

The site publishes no prices; each tier carries a "Contratar ahora" or "Comprar" button rather than a figure. For more than 750,000 sends a month, or for advanced features such as a dedicated IP, an SLA or personalized onboarding, the sales team prepares a custom Enterprise proposal.

Support

Support is offered in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and the plans page promises priority support by chat, email and WhatsApp, which the homepage calls "Soporte premium incluido en todos los planes" (premium support included in all plans). The About page describes "Real people who speak your language and understand your market. Response times measured in minutes, not days." A contact form promises that a specialist will reply in under 2 hours, and the footer links a service status page.

Customer results

The homepage quotes three customers. Tienda Naranja in Colombia went from a 12% to a 34% open rate in two months and reports "+182% en ingresos por email". Banco Regional in Peru cut costs by 40% through segmentation and automation and reports "+41% de retención de clientes". EducaPro in Mexico had its first campaign live in under an hour and reports "3.8× ROI en 90 días".

Who it suits

Compravista suits a business selling in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile or Argentina that wants its email tool and its support in Spanish, with WhatsApp as a support channel and a team that knows regional mailbox providers. A company with a steady newsletter fits the monthly plans, where the contact tier sets the bill and 10 campaigns a month are included. A retailer with a few large seasonal pushes can buy volume credits instead, and a business that sends only now and then can buy pay-as-you-go credits. Larger senders and banks can negotiate a dedicated IP and SLA. Agencies are among the customer types the About page names.

A buyer who wants to compare prices on the page before talking to anyone will not find them, since every plan leads to a checkout or a sales conversation.
