What CampaignHQ is
CampaignHQ is an email and WhatsApp marketing automation platform that sends email through Amazon SES, including customers' own SES accounts, and puts campaign tools, automation, contact management and analytics on top. Its blog calls it "a versatile platform that combines email and WhatsApp marketing under one roof." The footer names the company as KumoHQ Software Services LLP.
Much of the company's writing is aimed at Indian businesses, with posts on WhatsApp CRM integration in India, dealer workflows for Indian manufacturers, EdTech webinar follow-ups and retention checklists "for Indian teams." It also writes for hotels, retailers, service businesses and enterprise marketing teams.
Email campaigns
The email side starts with a drag-and-drop email designer. The company's own review of SES tools lists CampaignHQ's core functions as "Campaign and contact management tools," "Automated email response systems," "Multi-domain support," "WhatsApp business API integration" and "Advanced analytics capabilities." Campaigns track open rates, click rates and performance per campaign.
Segmentation and personalization are central. The enterprise guide describes "advanced segmentation options" and says businesses "can split their email lists by demographics, interests, and where customers are in their journey." Messages "can be personalized with dynamic content that improves engagement rates."
Sending through Amazon SES
What sets CampaignHQ apart is how it sends: it connects to Amazon SES. The blog says the "platform makes AWS SES integration easy through a simple setup process that takes just minutes," and that "Users can connect multiple domains and send unlimited emails through their AWS SES accounts." The integration list in the enterprise guide adds that you can "Connect multiple AWS SES accounts" and "Route emails through their infrastructure." The same review says the system "supports SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols" for authentication.
The company frames this as the fix for SES's missing marketing layer: SES is "budget-friendly" but "doesn't come with built-in campaign management and reporting tools," and CampaignHQ adds them while the mail still goes out through your own account. The blog also notes the platform "supports regular email services and AWS SES connection options," so connecting your own SES account is a choice rather than a requirement.
WhatsApp and automation
WhatsApp is the other half of the product. The platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API, "directly with WhatsApp Cloud API" in the words of the enterprise guide. "The platform lets you run unlimited automation workflows for both email and WhatsApp campaigns," and "Templates work smoothly across both channels to keep brand messaging consistent."
The blog's recent posts show the kind of setups the company supports. One describes connecting a hotel's custom property management system "to CampaignHQ for a WhatsApp inbox, chat flows and email campaigns," scoped around guest data and booking events. Another covers keeping your existing CRM and connecting WhatsApp, with "data mapping, consent, go-live tests and hands-on implementation support." Others walk through dealer quotation follow-ups, repeat orders and after-sales messages pairing WhatsApp with email, frequency caps across both channels, and a migration checklist for moving email and WhatsApp journeys without breaking live campaigns.
The enterprise guide says "The platform handles millions of customer interactions each day." On timing, it says CampaignHQ uses predictive analytics to choose when to send each email and deliver content, and describes personalization "that changes with customer behavior" and "Quick data updates across channels."
API and integrations
For developers, the blog says "Developers will find a powerful API to populate contacts and trigger emails." API integrations are included in every pricing tier. The integration list names SES accounts, the WhatsApp Cloud API and "existing CRM systems," and the custom PMS and CRM posts show the company taking on bespoke integration work.
Analytics
The platform records campaign performance across email and WhatsApp, and the enterprise guide mentions "a detailed analytics dashboard" for measuring and adjusting campaigns. It reports customer results as well: "A notable case study revealed a 25% increase in revenue attribution and a 43% email open rate. Another example showed a 10% improvement in form conversions." These are the company's own case study figures.
Plans and prices
CampaignHQ prices on the number of contacts rather than on feature tiers. The enterprise guide says "CampaignHQ bases its pricing on contact quantity instead of feature tiers, making it an economical choice for businesses of all sizes," that "The pricing model is flexible and starts at $7 per month," and that "You can try the platform with a free trial or free version." The SES review, published a month earlier, gives a lower figure: "Monthly plans start at USD 5." The live pricing page linked from the blog's menu holds the current number.
The SES review says each pricing tier includes "Complete email marketing features," "WhatsApp marketing capabilities," "API integrations," "Email automation tools" and a "Contact management system." Because tiers are set by contacts and not by features, a small account gets the same toolset as a large one. The blog also links a savings calculator. The advantages the SES review lists for CampaignHQ are an "Easy-to-use interface with quick setup," an "Affordable pricing model," "Complete analytics and reporting," "Unlimited email sending through AWS SES" and "Multi-channel marketing support."
Support
The blog menu links to contact, FAQ and savings calculator pages. The CRM integration post promises "hands-on implementation support before committing to an integration," which fits the custom PMS and dealer workflow articles: the company expects to help customers wire CampaignHQ into their existing systems.
Who it suits
CampaignHQ fits a business that already uses Amazon SES, or wants SES sending costs, but needs a marketing interface with segmentation, templates, automation and reporting on top. It fits Indian businesses and others that reach customers on WhatsApp as much as email, since both channels share workflows and templates. Hotels, manufacturers, retailers and EdTech teams with an existing CRM or booking system will find the company's integration help relevant.
A team that wants a platform that handles all sending itself, with no SES account to manage, can still use the regular sending option, but much of CampaignHQ's value comes from the SES link. The two starting prices on the blog mean a buyer should confirm the current entry price on the pricing page.
