What Builderall is
Builderall is an all-in-one online business platform, and its email marketing runs through a built-in tool called MailingBoss that sends broadcasts, campaigns and automated sequences. The email tool is one of more than 25 that come in the same account, alongside a website and funnel builder, a checkout, a booking app, webinars, online courses and chatbots. The home page counts "2M+ Users," "25+ Tools" and "50+ Integrations," and its headline promise is "AI can build you a website. Builderall turns it into a business."
The site speaks to three groups: business owners who want to "Build your presence, welcome customers, and keep things moving"; marketers and designers who build campaigns and sites for clients; and creators and educators who want to "Turn your expertise into courses, webinars, and lasting connections." Its solutions pages add agencies, small businesses, course creators, coaches, ecommerce, startups, local businesses, health and wellness brands and membership organizations. The site runs in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
The FAQ says "Builderall was the first of its kind, which has kept us ahead of all our competition," and calls it "the most effective and cost-benefit all-in-one digital marketing software." Those are the company's own words.
The email tool
The key point for an email buyer is how MailingBoss connects to everything else. The home page says: "MailingBoss is built in, so every form, funnel, and checkout on your site feeds the same list. No third-party sending fees, no connectors to maintain." A visitor who fills in a form on a Builderall landing page, buys through its checkout or books a slot lands in the same contact list you email from, without an integration in between.
Campaigns are designed in a drag-and-drop editor. Automations can start from any behavior, such as a signup, an abandoned cart or a finished lesson, and a single report shows opens, clicks and revenue. A Builderall blog post on email automation describes MailingBoss as including "email automation, responsive email builder, and advanced analytics," and says the tool "allows unlimited emails to be sent to an unlimited number of subscribers." That post dates from 2023, so the current plan page is the place to see how sending is counted today.
The FAQ summarizes MailingBoss's job simply: it "Creates email campaigns and automation." A separate Automations product is listed to "Connect actions and automate your marketing" across the other tools.
AI tools
Builderall puts AI at the front of its product list. The AI Email Builder will "Generate broadcasts and complete email sequences with AI-powered content tailored to your campaign." Magic Text AI works inside the drag-and-drop builder so you can "generate content, add images, and launch faster than ever." Magic Lab generates and transforms images. The AI Website Builder builds a site from a prompt, AI Website Hosting publishes it, and an AI Market Agent, marked beta, helps "Plan, research and grow your business with AI." You can also upload a site built elsewhere and edit it inside Builderall.
What surrounds the email
The other tools matter to an email buyer because each one feeds or uses the list.
- Websites, landing pages and funnels. The builder creates mobile-responsive websites, landing pages, sales funnels and secure member areas "all without coding," starting from scratch or from "hundreds of templates designed for different industries." WordPress sites and domain registration are also offered.
- Super Checkout sells products, services and subscriptions.
- Booking App. Clients pick a slot from your real availability. It syncs to your calendar, blocks double bookings, adjusts to each visitor's time zone, takes payment at booking and sends confirmations and reminders.
- Webinar Builder runs live, recorded and evergreen webinars, handling the registration page, reminders, live chat, polls and timed offers, and can send people who attended and people who missed it down different follow-up sequences.
- E-learning hosts courses in modules and lessons behind a member area, with student logins, progress tracking, drip content, quizzes and certificates.
- Chatbot and WhatsApp Central. You build a conversation in a visual flow and "publish it to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger at once." The bot qualifies leads, books appointments and "adds contacts straight to your email lists," then hands off to a person when needed.
- Professional Email creates branded email addresses on your own domain, which is separate from the marketing email tool.
Integrations
Beyond its own tools, Builderall says it connects with "50+" outside apps, and invites you to "Bring your favorite apps into your Builderall workflow and keep your business connected in one place." For a business already running several marketing tools, the site suggests moving over gradually: "Bring one workflow over, then connect more as you grow." The home page shows the result it is aiming for as a row of connected pieces: website builder, email marketing, funnels and checkout, booking and appointments, and courses and webinars, under the line "Fewer tools to manage."
Plans, support and security
The home page invites you to "Start free. Grow from there," and the main button reads "Get started free." It says "Choose the plan and tools that fit your business" and links to a pricing page to "Compare current plans." The home page itself carries no prices.
The FAQ says "Our support is available 24/7," alongside tutorials and training videos. The resource menu adds a help center, contact support, a system status page, a community, Builderall Academy, a Website Mastery course and an Email Marketing Mastery course. There is also a "Report Spam" link. On security, the FAQ says the software "uses encryption and other security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or theft" and that security protocols are updated regularly. Builderall runs partner and affiliate programs as well.
Customer quotes on the home page stress consolidation. An agency owner says "Builderall keeps my sites, leads, and follow-ups in one place," and a startup founder says "I didn't want five subscriptions just to launch."
Who it suits
Builderall fits a solo founder, coach, course creator or small agency that wants its website, funnels, checkout, bookings, webinars and email list in one account, with every sign-up and sale landing in the list without extra wiring. The AI builders help someone starting from nothing get a site and a first email sequence out quickly, and the three interface languages suit teams working in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
It is a less natural fit for a team that only needs an email service. MailingBoss is one tool among many, and the platform's value comes from using several of them together. A developer looking for a sending API, or a company whose website already lives elsewhere and does not want to move it, will get less from the package.
