Automizy
Tap a star to rate
Automizy is an email marketing automation platform for small businesses, marketing consultants and agencies, built around one goal: getting more people to open your emails. The home page headline is "Improve your Open Rate by 34%", and the company describes the product as "an Email Marketing Software designed to increase your email open rates". It covers campaigns, automated sequences, landing pages and signup forms, contact management and analytics, and it sells through a free trial and monthly plans priced by active subscribers.
According to its About page, Automizy has its main office in New York and its development headquarters in Hungary. The story began in 2014: the founding team had previously built Protopmail, an email marketing tool for large-volume senders in Central Europe, and after growing 100% year on year between 2010 and 2014 they decided the Hungarian and Central European market was too small and built a new platform for the global market. The company says it bootstrapped for several years and is now backed by the investor Hiventures. Its mission, in its own words, is "to build the world's easiest and most powerful Email Marketing Automation Platform", and it wants to solve marketers' problems "with as low effort and number of features as we can".
Building emails
Automizy offers three editors: an advanced email editor, a drag and drop editor and a simple editor, plus HTML email import for your own designs. The home page says that with the drag and drop editor "anyone can create high-performing emails. No coding skills required", and a customer compares it to playing with Lego. Email templates, responsive emails and scheduling are standard.
Subject line testing
The subject line tools are the core of the pitch. Before you send, the Subject Line Tester scores your subject lines: "Our AI predicts the performance of your subject lines with scores based on data from over 1 million campaigns." A customer quote singles out the real-time testing and improvement suggestions in the campaign builder.
For automations, Automizy runs A/B tests continuously. You can "write up to 4 different subject lines for your automated emails", and a multi-armed bandit algorithm "optimizes and sends the variations with the highest open rates". Regular A/B testing is available for campaigns too, and Automatic Resend sends a campaign again to contacts who did not open it the first time. The About page says the company is "especially excited by our AI elements".
Automation and contacts
The automation side uses a visual automation builder, which the home page promises will "lead and inspire you to create high-performing email automations". It works with interest tagging, conditions and personalization, so contacts can take different paths depending on what they have shown interest in. The founder of the agency Vanguardly says that after using many similar tools, "Automizy beats them all in terms of automation".
For growing a list, the platform has responsive landing pages and responsive signup forms, and you can also bring contacts in by CSV import. Segmentation, contact management and contact profiles organize the list. A CEO quoted on the home page says he tested adding a contact through a form and everything worked clearly.
Analytics
Reporting covers key email conversion metrics, overall campaign analytics, automation analytics, landing page analytics and form analytics, so each part of a funnel has its own view.
Integrations and API
Automizy connects to a range of tools, grouped on the home page by purpose. For contact generation: Elementor, WishList Member, Beacon, Fluent Forms, Groupboss, Optimonk, Unbounce and Green Forms. For sales: Hyperise, Silfer Bots, Salestools, Agiled, InboxAds and RetargetKit. For automation: Zapier, Integromat, Integrately, n8n.io and Pabbly Connect. For email verification: Clearout and VerifyBee. For eCommerce: Cart2WP. Developers get a public REST API and an incoming webhook.
Accounts, deliverability and support
The feature list includes unlimited users and unlimited sub-accounts, which suits agencies running several clients. Recipients get a customizable unsubscribe page and an email preference page, and DKIM authentication is included. Premium customer support is part of the feature list, and the pricing page says the support team helps "with the onboarding, how to use features, tips & tricks, and provide you with ongoing support". Customer reviews on that page mention fast, clear answers from the support staff. A help center and a blog cover self-service.
Pricing
The pricing page states "Starting from $9." Plans are billed monthly "based on the number of active subscribers you have in your Automizy account in the given month", and active means subscribers you can send to: "you will never pay for unsubscribed, banned or hard bounced contacts". Sending is unlimited on standard plans. The FAQ explains: "Unlimited emails. Our system won't let anyone accidentally (or on purpose) spam subscribers, to ensure high deliverability for you." For custom plans, the sending limit is 10 times the plan's contact limit.
You can try it first: "the first 14 days are on us", and no credit card is needed for the trial. Paid plans come with a 60-day no-hassle money-back guarantee, which the FAQ says does not apply to custom plans, and you can cancel at any time without being billed for later months. The pricing page says 9,916 other companies are using Automizy to raise their open rates. For larger organizations, the About page mentions a separate enterprise email marketing product, Entermizy.
Anti-spam policy
Automizy has "a zero-tolerance spam policy" and suspends customers found sending spam. Its policy spells out who you may email: contacts who subscribed on your website, people who filled in an offline form and gave permission, customers whose last purchase was less than 2 years ago, and people who gave you a business card and agreed to be contacted. Bought, rented or third-party lists are not allowed, nor are contacts you have not been in touch with for 2 years or addresses copied from the web.
Who it suits
Automizy suits small businesses, consultants and agencies whose main worry is open rates: the subject line scorer, bandit-tested automation subject lines and automatic resend all aim at that one number. Agencies benefit from unlimited users and sub-accounts, and anyone paying for a large, partly inactive list benefits from billing only on active subscribers. Teams that build pages in Elementor or Unbounce, or run automation hubs like Zapier and n8n.io, will find ready connections.
The trade-off is focus. Automizy is built for email and nothing else, which keeps it simple but means a business wanting several messaging channels in one product will pair it with other tools.
