Argentina Virtual El Palomo

El Palomo is the email marketing service of Argentina Virtual, an internet services company that says it has been "brindando servicios de internet en Argentina desde 1998" (providing internet services in Argentina since 1998). The company, Argentina Virtual Networks S.R.L., gives its address as Ciudad de La Paz 1042, CABA, and it sells web hosting, VPS servers, WordPress and Moodle hosting, domains, SSL certificates, a site builder and internet radio alongside its email tool. El Palomo is for sending newsletters and campaigns to your own customers and subscribers, and the product page sums it up in four words: "Enviá. Conectá. Medí. Crecé." (Send. Connect. Measure. Grow.)
The company describes the service as developed especially for users who do not want to spend time learning a tool: highly intuitive, yet powerful enough to launch multiple email campaigns in a few clicks and follow delivery and reading statistics in real time. It runs in the browser, so nothing needs to be installed on your computer; in the page's words, if you know how to use a browser, you can use the service.
Lists and contacts
El Palomo does not cap the number of lists or campaigns. The page promises "Listas y campañas ilimitadas" (unlimited lists and campaigns): you can load as many mailing lists as you want and send the campaigns you need in parallel. What each plan limits is the number of emails sent per month.
Contacts can go in several ways: typed one by one, copied and pasted, imported from text files, or uploaded as complex CSV files with custom fields that you define yourself for each list. Custom fields feed personalization, so a greeting such as "Estimado ´nombre´" (Dear name) fills in each recipient's own name automatically.
List hygiene is automatic. The auto-cleaning feature deletes email addresses that are repeated, misspelled or nonexistent. Segmentation lets you send to only part of a list, to the recipients that match the characteristics you specify, so you do not need separate lists for every audience.
Designing and sending campaigns
There are three ways to build an email. If you do not have a designer, you can use one of the company's pre-designed email templates "en tres clicks" (in three clicks), changing only an image, such as your logo, and the text. If you have your own design, you can import it in a few clicks and it stays available for every campaign you start. And the advanced editor lets you build designs from scratch, importing images and attachments that are then ready to send, without having to upload them somewhere else first.
Campaign reuse saves time: you can take a campaign you already sent, edit it in one click and send it again, to the same list or a new one. Before sending, you can generate a preview or send yourself a test email to check that the design arrives correctly. Sending can be scheduled for a future date and time, and a send in progress can be stopped, edited, resumed, restarted or deleted.
Unsubscribing is handled for you. An optional unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, with editable text, removes people automatically, and the system also integrates automatically with the remote unsubscribe service of providers such as Hotmail.
Statistics
Reporting is real time and comes with charts. According to the product page, the system tells you how many emails were sent successfully, gives read confirmations showing which recipients read your message, details who unsubscribed, and lists the addresses that could not be delivered, with the error for each. Statistics are included in every plan.
Plans and pricing
The price table lists five plans, all billed per month by the number of emails sent, with prices in Argentine pesos marked "Final Por mes" (final, per month):
- El palomo 2: 10,000 emails per month, $22,690
- El palomo 3: 15,000 emails per month, $25,210
- El palomo 4: 25,000 emails per month, $30,820
- El palomo 5: 50,000 emails per month, $49,025
- El palomo 6: 100,000 emails per month, $67,240
The page states that the listed prices include VAT (IVA), and every plan comes with custom fields, statistics and pre-designed templates. Plans are bought directly through the site's shopping cart.
White label for resellers
El Palomo offers white-label use. The feature list describes the option to change the logo and give direct access to the tool so that it is not associated with Argentina Virtual. That fits web designers and agencies that want to offer email marketing to their own clients under their own brand, which matches the company's multi-account hosting plan, sold with white label for resale.
Anti-spam policy
The company is explicit about acceptable use. A note on the product page says the service is not designed as a spam tool, that sending to recipients who do not want to receive the mail is prohibited, and that this includes purchased lists or lists collected without the recipients' authorization. The tool, it says, is meant for keeping fluid communication with your existing customers, subscribers and contacts. The company's blog adds explainers on spam traps and on transactional email.
Support and company
Argentina Virtual describes itself as an internet services provider in Argentina with more than 20 years in the market and thousands of clients. The home page shows a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on 342 reviews, with customers praising fast answers and patient help. Customers can reach the company by phone on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00, by email at info@argentinavirtual.ar or soporte@argentinavirtual.ar, and through a technical support form. The client area handles contacts, tickets and invoices, and a self-help desk offers FAQs with video support tutorials. The company also runs webinars, meetups and workshops.
Who it suits
El Palomo fits Argentine businesses, shops and organizations that send regular newsletters or promotions to a list they built themselves and want a simple web tool with predictable monthly pricing in pesos. The unlimited lists and campaigns, automatic list cleaning and segmentation cover most day-to-day needs, and the white-label option makes it a natural add-on for web agencies that already host their clients with Argentina Virtual.
The feature list centers on campaigns and statistics. Teams looking for multi-step automation or a developer API will not find those on the product page, so El Palomo is best suited to straightforward campaign sending.
