Apsis is a marketing technology company that the site describes as "a Nordic marketing technology company, part of the efficy Group, founded in Sweden in 2001". It sells email marketing and automation software to, in its own words, over 3,600 businesses, and it has two products. Apsis One is the modern all-in-one platform that the company recommends to new customers, and Apsis Pro is the original email marketing tool, which the FAQ says is still fully supported and "still used and loved by many customers", though many Pro users are moving to Apsis One for automation, events and AI features.
According to the home page, Apsis One customers range from SMBs to enterprise organizations "across the Nordics and Europe", with financial services, membership organizations, insurance and non-profits named as the main sectors. The site is available in English, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian, and the login menu also lists Apsis One APAC and Pro Asia editions.
Building and sending email
Email is the core of Apsis One. The Norwegian email page promises an intuitive but powerful tool for launching large campaigns or targeting specific profiles, and it names three main benefits: an interface "lett som ABC" (easy as ABC), flexibility through customizable self-service templates plus the AI Assistant, and smart segments that you can create yourself or pick from predefined ones. Templates are built for reuse: create an email once and use it many times, add your own style and branding, and share content with colleagues while keeping the brand consistent.
The home page describes a drag-and-drop canvas with precise segmentation, dynamic content and flexible assets for building personalized campaigns. Customer data from cross-channel interactions is combined into profiles, and that unified view drives segmentation and consent management. Dashboards and trends let you follow results over time. Filmweb Kinoklubb's head says Apsis One "makes it easy to create visually strong and structured newsletters", and the CEO of Svenska Sjö says the team can come up with a campaign idea before lunch and launch it after lunch.
Automation and other channels
Apsis One brings email, marketing automation, SMS, event management, forms, landing pages, surveys, website tracking, dashboards and the AI Assistant into one interface. The FAQ says all channels share unified customer profiles, so communication stays consistent across every touchpoint. Event management covers planning and promoting events next to email campaigns, and forms, pages and surveys handle sign-ups and feedback. Website tools track visitor behavior on your own site. Use cases the site highlights include newsletters, personalization, lead nurturing, audience engagement, and loyalty and relationship management.
The AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is specialized in email marketing. According to the FAQ it can "generate, rephrase, shorten, and optimise email content, subject lines, and preheaders", and the home page adds that it helps run split tests. It supports eight languages. On data handling, the FAQ is specific: all data remains in Europe, and "Prompt data is never stored, shared, or used to train AI models". The AI Assistant is included in the free trial.
Deliverability
Apsis makes concrete statements about sending infrastructure. The home page says the platform achieves high email deliverability rates "with dedicated IP management, private technical sender domains, and a specialist delivery team monitoring reputation around the clock". It publishes no deliverability percentage, but it does offer an Email Marketing Benchmarks 2026 report for download.
Integrations and API
Apsis One does not include its own CRM. The FAQ explains that it is primarily a tool for email and marketing automation, and that the efficy Group has several CRMs ready to integrate. The FAQ lists native integrations with the group's Tribe, webCRM and efficy CRM and with Lime CRM and Microsoft Dynamics, and its integrations answer adds Salesforce to the CRM list. The FAQ also mentions integrations with CMS platforms and e-commerce solutions without naming them. Through Zapier, Apsis One connects with over 5,000 apps, and an open API is available for custom integrations, documented in a developer hub.
Data protection and compliance
The company states that Apsis is "fully GDPR-compliant with customer data stored in Europe", and the home page puts it more precisely: all data is stored and processed within the EU, which it presents as a reason for European businesses with strict data sovereignty requirements to choose it. The FAQ says the platform includes built-in consent management, data processing agreements and tools for data subject requests, and that Apsis holds ISO certifications for information security.
Pricing and trial
Apsis One has tiered plans based on features, contacts and send volume. The site does not print the prices on the home page; it points to a pricing page for a tailored estimate or to the sales team for a personal quote. The trial is the easy way in: "14 day free trial • Onboard in 2 minutes • No credit card required", with full platform access including the AI Assistant.
Support and resources
Support includes customer service, a contact form for support, separate operation status pages for Apsis One and Apsis Pro, and knowledge bases for both products. Professional services are available for customers who want help. For learning, Apsis runs a five-part webinar series called Mastering Apsis, webinars on demand, handbooks such as a lead nurturing handbook, a marketing activities planner, the Apsis Pulse newsletter and an Email Geeks community.
Customers
The home page shows cases from Kämp Collection Hotels, Svenska Sjö, Bilmånsson, Götene Hus, Filmweb, WWF and Kost1. WWF-Norway's fundraising lead describes using data and automated communication to build long-term relationships with supporters, and Kämp's digital marketing and CRM manager talks about reaching guests before their stay and afterwards so that they return. Kost1 says Apsis helps it communicate quickly during campaigns and sales.
Who it suits
Apsis One fits marketing teams at small, mid-sized and large organizations, particularly those serving Nordic customers, that want email, SMS, events and automation in one place with EU data storage. Membership organizations, insurers, financial services firms and charities are the sectors the site names, and the WWF and Filmweb cases show both fundraising and member newsletters. Companies already using a CRM from the efficy Group, or Lime, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, get a ready integration, and the 5,000+ Zapier apps cover much of the rest. Writers who struggle with copy get an AI Assistant whose data stays in Europe.
A buyer comparing costs will need a quote or the pricing page estimate, since the home page gives no figures. Existing Apsis Pro users should know that Pro stays fully supported, while automation, event management and the AI features are part of Apsis One.
