ADNETIS is an email marketing platform from Quebec for businesses and organizations that send newsletters and marketing campaigns to their own customers. The company says its sending solution is proudly developed in Quebec and has been refined in the Outaouais region for more than 15 years ("Made in Outaouais !"), built by a team of marketing and IT specialists. The site's copyright line runs from 2003 to 2026, and the company says its mass mailing solution has sent millions of emails for a large number of businesses over more than a decade.
The site is primarily in French, with an English version, and the offer comes in two forms. The self-service solution (libre-service) lets you build your own campaigns on the platform and communicate with your customers on a regular basis. The turnkey solution (clé en main) is a managed service in which ADNETIS handles everything from custom graphic design to managing your recipients according to Canada's anti-spam law. Alongside email, the company sells survey tools and custom software development.
Building newsletters
The editor is drag and drop. The home page promises that newsletter design has never been easier thanks to its "Glisser & Déposer" (drag and drop) technology, which lets you build freely according to your own creativity, and the plan comparison lists the drag and drop editor, graphic tools and mobile optimization in all three plans. On mobile, the site says newsletters adapt automatically to smartphones and tablets so sends stay professional on every screen.
Personalization tags let you insert recipient data into a message. Campaigns can be scheduled, A/B tested and published to Facebook, and the platform can build landing pages. One feature matters in particular for Quebec and other Canadian senders: integrated management of bilingual sends (gestion intégrée des envois bilingues), which is ticked for every plan. An Outlook application and a feature the table calls "Fonction 5@7" also appear in all three plans.
Lists, forms and follow-up
List management is where the free account differs most visibly: the comparison marks it "limité" (limited) for the free plan and fully included for Evolutif and Flexible. Undelivered emails are processed automatically. A subscription form for your own website comes with a newsletter history, so visitors can sign up and see past issues.
Automated follow-up emails (envoi automatique de courriels de suivi) and lead management are ticked for only two of the three plans, which makes them features to look for when choosing between the tiers. Together they turn the platform from a newsletter sender into a tool that can nurture contacts after a first message.
Canada's anti-spam law
Compliance with the Loi canadienne anti-pourriel (LCAP), Canada's anti-spam law, is a theme across the site. The home page says the sending platform is designed so that you can comply with the law and "expédier une demande de consentement exprès à vos destinataires tacites avant la date de péremption", which means sending a request for express consent to recipients whose consent is only implied, before that implied consent expires. The plan comparison ticks compliance with the law for all three plans, and the managed service handles recipient management according to the law's criteria. The company also publishes an anti-spam policy, a privacy policy and terms of use.
Reporting
Statistics are one of the more detailed parts of the offer, and every reporting feature on the comparison table is ticked for all three plans. You get complete newsletter statistics, a best-day-to-send indicator, comparative ratios, the lifespan of a newsletter, reading time with classification by area of interest, real-time latest actions, and per-contact statistics with search filters over the history. Website tracking and Google Analytics are both listed, as are weekly reports (relevés hebdomadaires). The company's blog also explains how it detects opens, next to articles on newsletter accessibility and summer newsletters.
Plans and pricing
The plan page compares three plans: Gratuit (free), Evolutif and Flexible, with Flexible marked "plus populaire" (most popular). The page says that whichever plan you choose, you get a platform optimized for mass email sending with post-send marketing analysis, and the site describes the paid side as two plans matched to your type of use.
The free account is the clearest offer. In the company's words, you can try the solution "gratuitement et sans limite de temps, tant et aussi longtemps que vous avez moins de 250 destinataires" (free and with no time limit, as long as you have fewer than 250 recipients). That makes it a genuine free plan for very small lists rather than a time-limited trial, with the same editor, graphic tools, anti-spam compliance features and reporting as the paid plans, and limited list management.
The plan page publishes no prices for Evolutif or Flexible. Payment can be made online through the site.
API, integrations and support
Three items on the comparison sit in only two of the three plans: an API for integration with other services such as a CRM or CMS, integration with Salesforce, and technical support by phone. A team that wants to connect ADNETIS to its customer database or sales system should pick among the plans that include them. Google Analytics, website tracking and the Outlook application are available on every plan.
Support channels are listed on every page: a toll-free number, 1 877 638-6584, an email address, support@adnetis.com, and a remote assistance link. The site also offers guides and a features section for self-service users.
Surveys, managed service and development
Beyond the self-service platform, ADNETIS runs a survey product for satisfaction surveys, multichannel questionnaires, continuous listening, HR reviews and employee opinion trackers. The turnkey service suits organizations that want someone else to design their newsletters and manage their lists under the anti-spam law, and the development team offers custom software for specific business needs. The home page positions the company both as a newsletter specialist for those looking for one and as a sending platform for those who want to do it themselves. It also invites visitors to browse its client work and learn from the tactics used in their email campaigns.
Who it suits
ADNETIS fits Quebec and Canadian organizations that write to their customers in French and English and need to stay on the right side of Canada's anti-spam law. The bilingual sending feature and the anti-spam compliance tools, including the express-consent request, speak to that situation, and the comparison ticks both for every plan. Very small senders, such as a local association or a young business with fewer than 250 recipients, can use the free account indefinitely. Organizations without the time to build newsletters themselves can hand the work to the turnkey service, and those that need their mailing tied to a CRM, CMS or Salesforce have plans with an API and that integration.
The trade-off is transparency on cost for larger lists: without published prices for Evolutif and Flexible, a growing sender has to contact the company to budget beyond the free account. The platform is also clearly built around Canadian needs, so its signature features matter most to senders with Canadian recipients.
