Acumbamail

Acumbamail is a marketing platform run by Acumbamail SL that puts email campaigns, SMS, landing pages, websites and surveys into one tool. The home page opens with the promise that marketing does not have to be complicated to perform well, and that "desde una sola herramienta puedes gestionar tus campañas de email, SMS, landing pages y mucho más" (from a single tool you can manage your email, SMS and landing page campaigns and much more). The main site is in Spanish, with English and Italian versions offered in the language switcher, and the customers quoted on it include the English Language Institute (Sevilla), Real Sporting de Gijón and the municipal culture foundation of Valladolid.
The platform addresses four kinds of customer by name: small businesses and the self-employed (pymes y autónomos), enterprise, agencies and institutions. Each gets its own section and its own set of customer quotes, which together say a good deal about how the tool is actually used. The home page also carries a sign-up counter, which said 382 companies had registered the previous week.
Email campaigns and templates
Email is the core of the product. The site describes email marketing as one of the channels with the highest return on investment and cites studies that put the return, in some sectors, at 50 euros for every euro invested. That is the company quoting outside research, not a promise about results on Acumbamail.
The practical pitch is speed without design skills. The home page says you need no prior knowledge of layout or design, because the tool lets you build professional templates and send campaigns "en sólo unos minutos" (in just a few minutes), and it promises that you can send different kinds of email campaigns with a professional design in a few minutes. The site keeps separate libraries of email marketing templates and landing page templates. Customers pick up the same themes: one calls it quick and intuitive for creating templates and campaigns and for managing lists, Grupo Anaya says it is simple to use for building templates, sending information and checking statistics without much technical knowledge, and Quirónsalud singles out the catalog of available templates.
The platform covers the whole range from newsletters to bulk mail. Asociación Vida Sana says it sends all of its newsletters through Acumbamail. Quirónsalud uses email as its main internal communication tool and describes the platform as very scalable. The site also has dedicated pages for mass email (correos masivos) alongside the campaign product.
For keeping campaigns effective, the site promises help from its team plus automated tools, so that subscribers stay informed of the news that matters about your business. Two customers speak to deliverability in their own words: the English Language Institute (Sevilla) says it needed a tool where sends do not land in spam and that Acumbamail meets that requirement, and the Valladolid culture foundation says its sends reach the inbox. Those are customer statements rather than published delivery figures.
Transactional email
Acumbamail is not only a campaign tool. The strongest example on the home page comes from Loterías y Apuestas del Estado, which says it needed a messaging gateway it could use both for the transactional emails generated by its online sales platform and for its marketing campaigns. It adds that Acumbamail more than met the requirements of the public tender and that the experience has been perfect so far. For a business that wants its order and account emails and its newsletters to go out through one provider, that is a relevant reference.
SMS, landing pages, websites and surveys
SMS is the second channel. The site presents it as a way to reach customers "a través de un canal con 90% de tasa de apertura" (through a channel with a 90 percent open rate) and frames it as a complement to email, so that a multichannel strategy gets the most out of both. There is a separate section for bulk SMS (SMS masivos).
Landing pages are built inside the platform, and the pitch is conversion: create landing pages that lift the results of your marketing campaigns without leaving the tool. Beyond single pages, Acumbamail also offers full websites, with the promise that you can design and publish complete sites and increase conversion.
Surveys are the fourth building block. You create a survey and include it in email, SMS and landing page campaigns, so feedback collection sits inside the same workflow as the messages that ask for it.
Agencies, branches and white label
Agencies get a clear pitch. The site calls Acumbamail the perfect solution for agencies running campaigns for several clients, because it lets you create separate users and set up white-label brands for them. LondonRed Hosting describes how that works in practice: the white-label option comes with its own login on LondonRed's own website, so it can add email marketing to its portfolio as if it were its own service. Another agency, Diegochacon.es, says the tool has almost everything needed for comfortable marketing work in a business where everything changes from one month to the next.
Two features for multi-account setups appear in customer quotes. FAD (Fundación de ayuda contra la drogadicción) values being able to transfer email templates directly between associated accounts. The Valladolid culture foundation says it can work with branches (sucursales) and that its analysis tools come in the default package, where on other tools, in its words, they have to be bought separately.
Enterprise and institutions
For larger companies, the site says it has solutions for organizations that need more complex and flexible campaigns. The enterprise quotes stress service: Singular Bank values the speed of response and how quickly solutions are applied, and Real Sporting de Gijón says it has stayed with Acumbamail for years mainly for the balance between features and price. Institutions, the site says, rely on it to deliver their communications by email or SMS, and the Loterías y Apuestas del Estado tender is the clearest example of that.
Plans and the free tier
The plan a newcomer can check most easily is the free one. The home page says you can start using the service for free and "disfruta de 2.000 emails al mes para siempre", which means 2,000 emails a month, permanently, with no end date. Registration is free and needs only an account with a password. Paid rates sit on a separate Tarifas page that the home page links to but does not reproduce, so the cost of higher volumes and of SMS has to be read there.
Integrations, API and resources
The site has its own sections for integrations and for an API, which points to connections with other software and to programmatic sending, without the home page naming specific partners. There is also an infrastructure page, a GDPR page and a security policy among the company's published documents.
Help comes in several forms. The site offers support articles and invites users to get in touch to resolve any doubt quickly, and the customer quotes repeatedly praise support: fast, "de maravilla" (wonderful), with immediate problem solving. The company also publishes a blog on email, SMS and other channels, a digital marketing glossary, guides, ebooks and graphic resources, and free tools such as a QR code generator and an email signature generator. The home page shows review scores of 4.7, 4.6 and 4.8 out of 5 stars.
Who it suits
Acumbamail suits Spanish-speaking small businesses and freelancers who want email, SMS and simple landing pages in one place without a design team, and who can start on the free 2,000 emails a month before paying anything. Agencies are an equally good fit: separate users, white-label brands with their own login, and template transfer between linked accounts are exactly what a reseller setup needs. Organizations with branches, associations sending regular newsletters, and public bodies that need both transactional and marketing email from a tendered supplier all have a reference customer on the home page.
The caveats are about scope and language. The main site is in Spanish, so a team working only in other languages will lean on the English or Italian version of the site. And because paid rates live on a separate page, anyone budgeting beyond the free tier should read the Tarifas page before committing.
