360NRS

Tap a star to rate

360NRS is a multichannel messaging platform (the site calls it a CPaaS) for promotional and transactional communication by email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp and automated voice calls. Businesses use it to send email marketing campaigns and transactional mail from an online platform or through APIs, alongside text messages and calls to the same customers. Pricing is pay per use with no subscription. The privacy notice under the site's forms names Net Real Solutions S.L.U. as the company responsible, and the homepage says the business has been "accompanying each client in their marketing strategies" for more than 20 years.

The homepage sums up its pitch as "the simplest and most powerful multichannel marketing platform on the market" and calls itself "The # 1 Platform in Multichannel Marketing"; those are the company's own claims. The site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and Romanian.

The email product

The email menu has three entries: email marketing, certified email and transactional email. The homepage's Mail price box lists what the email service includes: transactional and promotional email, a drag and drop editor, API access, generative AI, plugins and modules, reports and statistics, database optimization, unsubscribe management and email verification, all with no subscription.

The country price pages add detail about the campaign side. Every email tier lists autoresponders and automation, advanced statistics, basic and trigger campaigns, an advanced templates editor and professional templates. In practice that means you can build a one-off campaign in the editor or from a professional template, set up trigger campaigns and autoresponders that send automatically, and read the results in the statistics section. The email marketing description on the homepage is short: design and send email campaigns "that capture attention and generate results."

For developers, the Messaging API menu includes an Email API next to the SMS, WhatsApp and Voice APIs, with technical documentation. The price pages describe sending transactional mailing "in an easy and safe way through APIs", and the homepage says automated flows can be created via HTTP or SMPP.

The other channels

SMS is the channel the site covers in most depth. The menu lists SMS marketing, transactional SMS, Google verified SMS and certified SMS. The SMS price box includes online platform access, API access, landing pages, SMS surveys, technical support, direct connections with major operators, international coverage and advanced reports. The country pages add 2-way SMS and SMS landing pages.

RCS is described as a way to enrich messages with multimedia content, a verification badge and your company's logo and name, with "Basic and Simple RCS", an alternative SMS send and an inbox. WhatsApp runs through the WhatsApp Business API with a direct connection to a BSP, an inbox, mass campaign sending, an AI template creator, auto-response, tags for organizing conversations and an automatic cancellation manager; the menu also lists a chatbot.

Voice covers promotional and transactional calls, IVR and text to speech. The Voice box lists fragmented sends, campaign scheduling, API access, keypad interactions, voices in multiple languages, a retry policy and uploading your own audio.

Beyond the channels, the solutions menu includes two-factor authentication, AI marketing, SMS surveys, multimedia campaigns, landing pages, event ticket booth entries and a partner program, plus pages for marketing agencies and the financial, ecommerce, technology and service sectors. A resources section offers an academy with video tutorials, success stories, message templates, a marketing calendar, a URL shortener and a UTM generator.

AI and integrations

The homepage introduces NIA, "Your Personalized Artificial Intelligence", which the company says improves and personalizes message texts and takes on content creation. Generative AI appears in the email price box, and an AI template creator in the WhatsApp box.

The plugins and modules menu names SMS HubSpot, SMS Salesforce, a Klaviyo SMS integration, SMS Zapier and SMS Magento. The homepage says the plugins and modules integrate with the main CRMs and ERPs. As the names suggest, these connectors are presented mainly for SMS.

Pricing

360NRS charges per message. The homepage shows starting prices: email from €0.0019 per email, SMS from €0.068 per SMS, voice from €0.85 per call, and RCS and WhatsApp on request.

The country price pages give tiered prices by destination. On both the Brazil and Saudi Arabia pages, email costs €0.00190 per email for 1 to 200,000 emails, and more than 200,000 emails is quoted on request. SMS varies by country: €0.01280 per SMS to Brazil and €0.18900 per SMS to Saudi Arabia for 1 to 25,000 SMS, with larger volumes quoted. Interactive voice calls cost €0.02700 per call to Brazil and €0.08090 per call to Saudi Arabia for 1 to 200,000 calls. WhatsApp pricing for each country is by quote, and the quote form offers Starter and Premium WhatsApp plans. That custom quote form asks for approximate monthly volume per channel, with email bands of 1 to 1,000,000 emails a month and more than 1,000,000, and SMS and call bands up to and above 50,000 a month. Companies that would rather see the platform first can request a demo, and the homepage says the sales team will contact them to arrange one.

There is a free test. The sign-up form offers a "FREE BALANCE without obligation", but only for companies: the form says only corporate e-mails can enjoy the free test credits. The price pages add that you can "Hire our service with no commitment".

Security

Under "The safety is in our DNA", the homepage says the platform holds ISO 27001 certification and describes this as guaranteeing "maximum security and data encryption". It also calls 360NRS the "First CPaaS with ISO 27001 certification and direct connections", mentions encrypted channels for SMS, email, voice and WhatsApp, and says access is protected with two-factor authentication.

Who it suits

360NRS suits a company that sends email alongside SMS, WhatsApp or voice and wants one account, one set of APIs and one pay-per-message bill for all of them, with no monthly subscription. It fits businesses with irregular volumes, agencies running campaigns for several clients, and developers who need transactional email and SMS through an API. The homepage quotes clients such as Real Betis Balompié and Mac Center among its references. Companies messaging customers in several countries can check per-country SMS and call rates on the price pages.

It suits a sender who only needs email less well. The email features the site describes (editor, templates, autoresponders, trigger campaigns and statistics) are listed briefly, while most of the integrations and detail concern SMS. The free test is also closed to anyone signing up with a personal email address.
