What Deployteq is
Deployteq is a marketing automation platform with a built-in customer data platform (CDP), aimed at B2C marketing teams that want to turn customer data into campaigns across several channels. It sends marketing email and transactional email, and runs the same journeys over SMS, WhatsApp Business, mobile push and even printed direct mail. The homepage headline calls it "The CDP & marketing automation platform" for e-commerce, travel, finance, retail, entertainment and insurance, and promises that teams can "segment smarter, automate faster, and deliver content that drives results."
The footer credits Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Limited as the rights holder, and lists Deployteq alongside sister products Storyteq, ReviewStudio and Configteq under a "More _teq" heading. A news item on the blog describes Deployteq as "Netherlands-based", and the footer mentions regional offices in Europe and America. The site runs in English with a Dutch (NL) version.
What a sender gets
The journey builder. The core of the product is what the site calls an omnichannel journey builder: a drag and drop canvas where one flow can send email, SMS, WhatsApp messages and push notifications. Journeys are assembled from timers, triggers, logic branches and reusable blocks, and the homepage pitches this as a way to "scale campaigns in minutes, not weeks." A blog post on the site claims the product cuts average campaign time by 60%. For the teams that run welcome series, abandoned cart flows, re-engagement and win-back programs, this is where they are built.
Email and transactional email. Email marketing and transactional email are listed as separate products. The transactional side is pitched at "relevant, timely updates", and the travel section of the menu mentions transactional emails for travel clients. The Schiphol Airport case study title describes a "real-time messaging engine powered by Deployteq", which points at flight updates and service messages as well as promotions.
Conditional content. One email can carry several versions of its content, chosen per recipient. The homepage sums it up as "One email. Multiple messages. No duplication." and says setting that logic once can "reduce production time by up to 80%." For a retailer or travel brand sending to many segments, this replaces a pile of near-identical campaigns with one template and rules.
Segmentation and profiles. Segments are built from behavioral, profile, CRM or transactional data and update in real time as behavior changes. A segment can trigger actions or power campaign logic directly, so a customer who crosses a threshold can enter a journey without anyone rebuilding a list. Data from different channels is merged into what the site calls a "single, real-time profile for each customer", and journeys, content and segments all read from those profiles.
The CDP. Deployteq's CDP was launched at the company's Deployteq Connect 2025 event, according to a news item on the site. It unifies customer data into profiles and, per the homepage, powers modeling "like RFM, next-best-offer, and full lifecycle insights" inside the marketing campaigns themselves. Case studies on the site show it in use: the animal welfare charity DierenLot launched behavioral targeting with the CDP in one week, and the venue DeLaMar uses it, in the case title's words, for "turning data into sold-out seats."
Other channels. Besides email, SMS and WhatsApp Business, the product menu lists mobile app messaging ("Engage and win-back app-users"), web personalization, landing pages and forms ("Gather and enrich your data through on-brand pages"), and print, described as a way to "Cut through the noise with direct mail."
Integrations and API. The integrations section is headed "Built to fit your stack, not replace it." Deployteq names Salesforce, Magento and Adobe Campaign as examples and says it connects to "hundreds more" through native integrations, webhooks or custom APIs. Data syncs in real time and can trigger journeys. The footer links to technical documentation and an FAQ.
Reporting. A unified reporting dashboard tracks every message, trigger and journey from one view, from campaign-level statistics down to engagement per user, across all channels, in real time.
Deliverability and compliance. A 2026 best practice article on the site lists the platform's capabilities, including "Deliverability optimisation features including sender reputation monitoring and list hygiene automation", and says the platform has "built-in compliance tools" to help teams stay within privacy rules. The same article covers SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup and double opt-in as general advice for senders.
Results and services the site reports
The homepage leads with three case results. Virgin Media "scaled personalised campaigns to millions of customers" and reports a 70% campaign cost saving. A concert hall described as one of the world's most prestigious tailored its email campaigns to each recipient's musical preferences and saw a 38% increase in ticket sales during the campaign period. Transavia turned a birthday email with interactive elements and Spotify song links into "a booking moment" with a 23% click-through rate.
Further case studies cover Schiphol Airport and La Scimmia Yoga, an Italian online yoga platform, where a collaboration with Happy Horizon delivers what the case title calls "hyper-personalised AI recommendations" through Deployteq. A whitepaper on the site draws on "billions of messages sent via Deployteq between 2022 and 2025."
Deployteq sells services around the software as well as the software itself. The menu lists customer success, personalized onboarding ("Your platform, your way."), hire an expert to "Extend your team on location", managed services, consultancy on marketing automation practice, and a creative team. A partner program lets agencies become Deployteq partners, and buyers can search for a partner to implement the platform. A news post says Deployteq has become an ABTA Partner, a link into the travel association that fits its focus on travel brands.
The site has a Pricing section, but the pages show no prices; every call to action leads to booking a demo.
Industries it targets
The solutions menu splits the market into travel, attractions and leisure, retail and e-commerce, financial institutions and publishers. Travel content is about "personalised journeys that turn browsers into bookers" and travel recommendations. Retail content promises "campaigns that adapt to real-time behaviour." Finance and insurance get "secure, compliant messaging that builds long-term trust." A catch-all section mentions education, charity, automotive and media.
Publishers have their own guide on the site. It walks through interest-based newsletters, subscription marketing, messaging around paywalls, automated billing and renewal emails, and event registration and reminders, all things a media company would build in Deployteq's journeys.
Who it suits and who it does not
Deployteq fits a B2C marketing team with customer data spread across several systems and a need to act on it across channels: a travel company sending booking confirmations, pre-trip emails and WhatsApp updates, a retailer running next-best-offer campaigns from purchase data, a theater or concert venue selling tickets, a charity running a seasonal campaign, or a publisher managing subscriptions and renewals. Teams already on Salesforce, Magento or Adobe Campaign get named integrations, and teams short on staff can buy onboarding, managed services or on-site experts from Deployteq itself.
It is a poor fit for a solo creator or a small shop that wants to sign up and send a newsletter the same afternoon. There is no self-serve signup on the pages, access starts with a demo, and the product assumes enough data and channels to justify a CDP and a journey builder. A developer who only needs an email-sending API has no reason to take on a full marketing automation suite.
