Bloomreach is a marketing automation and personalization platform for e-commerce and consumer brands. Its email marketing, SMS, RCS and WhatsApp messaging, mobile app push and in-app messages, web personalization and ad audiences all run on one customer view, with the company's Loomi AI deciding what each customer receives, on which channel and when. The marketing automation page says Bloomreach brings together "real-time customer and product data, 13+ channels, and powerful analytics", and that 1,400+ fast-growing brands and enterprises are scaling with it. The homepage calls the whole suite an "Agentic personalization platform" and counts 17 channels across its apps. Named users include Benefit Cosmetics, Popeyes UK, Burger King Scandinavia, On the Beach, HMV, New York Pizza, Vlisco and Hornby.

What a sender gets

Email built around one customer. The homepage pitch is that Loomi "builds every email around the customer": the product they will want, the moment they will open and the offer that pays. Loomi reads customer behavior, loyalty data, the live catalog and store stock to pick the next best product, and it is self-learning, so every open, click and purchase shapes the next send. The homepage example contrasts an email sent at one shopper's usual open time, with a subject line based on her browsing and products matched to her size, color and local stock, against a single 9 a.m. blast with one subject line for everyone.

Journeys across channels. The email is treated as the first step. In the same example, the shopper buys after the email, so Loomi suppresses the retargeting ad, then lines up a follow-up product and sends one SMS nudge on her favored channel, without repeating it. Omnichannel orchestration, experiments and A/B testing, and marketing intelligence are listed as core capabilities, and web personalization lets teams personalize site content and A/B test it.

Loomi Marketing Agent. The agent turns a single plain English prompt into a complete, on-brand email workflow. The marketing automation page says it draws on "proven strategies from over 1,500 of the world's leading brands" and is meant to clear a campaign backlog in minutes without adding headcount. A Shopping Agent, also live, guides shoppers on the site in real-time conversation, and an open MCP layer lets teams build custom agents and plug Loomi into other tools.

Prebuilt campaigns. An in-platform use case library holds prebuilt campaigns and dashboards, so teams start from proven strategies rather than a blank slate. Listed use cases include reengaging inactive customers, AI-powered interventions for hesitant shoppers, and setting communication frequency by customer lifetime value and engagement.

Prediction and analytics. Loomi predicts purchases, churn and returns, finds the most suitable content for each channel and serves product recommendations. Loomi Analytics, the analytics agent, answers questions about customer behavior, segments, campaign results and lifetime value from simple prompts, and the page says "Reporting now takes seconds, not hours."

Data and integrations

Loomi connects real-time customer and product data from the website, CRM, data warehouse and offline sources into a single customer view, and the homepage lists data warehouse, orders and inventory, POS and internal systems as inputs. Signals are processed in real time. The marketing automation page names Shopify, Snowflake and Databricks plus 130+ other tools, and the site menu advertises 175 more integrations, with documentation, product tours and the Bloomreach Academy as resources. Bloomreach announces a new Loomi extension for Shopify and says it is a launch partner for Databricks CustomerLake.

Security and compliance

The marketing automation page states: "We were the first SaaS company to be GDPR certified and continue to meet rigorous standards like ISO and SOC 2 Type II." Bloomreach also publishes a terms of service archive for its Engagement product, with general terms dating back to March 21, 2017, product appendices, dated lists of sub-processors and a sub-processors and webhosting policy.

Pricing and buying

The site menu includes a Pricing page and a request for a 30-minute demo; the homepage offers to show Loomi on the buyer's own use case with no commitment, and a self-guided tour lets visitors build an email themselves. The 30-minute chat is framed as a conversation about the buyer's current setup and options. No price figures appear on the marketing automation page or the homepage. The site cites a Forrester TEI study for gains in CRM revenue, productivity and payback, and says Bloomreach has been a Leader in a Gartner report three times.

Results the company cites

The homepage says Benefit Cosmetics coordinated a product launch across email, web and search with 40% higher revenue per email and +50% CTR. Popeyes UK, with 75% of orders at kiosks, unified online and offline data and drove 3x more repeat visits. On the Beach triggered campaigns on price drops and availability changes for a 362% RPV lift and a 587% higher conversion rate. HMV targeted high-value lookalikes for a 14% revenue lift and 425% more landing page views, and New York Pizza used targeted discounts for an 89% higher conversion rate. Vlisco's ecommerce director says Bloomreach replaced its old system in two months and helped grow its customer database five-fold in a year. The marketing automation page also headlines "4x Lifecycle Revenue With Personalization" for LOVALL and "Get 70% Time Back With AI Agents" for Hornby, whose loyalty head says Loomi Analytics lets the team run quick queries themselves. The CTO of Popeyes UK and Burger King Scandinavia says being able to create audiences and send communications within one platform "saves so much time", and a CRM manager at Benefit Cosmetics credits Bloomreach with making automated email triggers hyper-personalized.

Who it suits and who it does not

Bloomreach suits commerce brands with large catalogs and customer bases (retail, fashion and beauty, food and beverage, travel and hospitality) that want email, SMS, WhatsApp, app and web personalization decided by one AI on live data. Teams on Shopify, Snowflake or Databricks get direct connectors, and companies with strict security reviews get GDPR, ISO and SOC 2 Type II claims to work with. Marketing teams short on analysts get prompt-driven analytics and campaign building.

It is more platform than a small shop, a solo newsletter writer or a nonprofit sending a monthly update needs, and its buying path runs through a demo. Developers looking for a plain transactional email API or SMTP relay will find the product built for marketing journeys instead.
