What UniOne is
UniOne is an email delivery service that software talks to through an API or SMTP. It sends the transactional and triggered marketing mail a business generates from its own systems, and it sells the same infrastructure to agencies and communication platforms that want to resell email under their own brand. The company says it mostly operates through the API, with a visual HTML email builder and template storage alongside for the people who design the messages.
The pages describe UniOne as "a self-hosted email service provider" run by a team of more than 70 experts: administrators who look after the server infrastructure, anti-spam and deliverability specialists who review campaigns and talk to mailbox providers and spam-prevention organizations, software engineers who build new functionality, and a support team available 24/7. The company claims over 15 years of experience in the email industry and says its infrastructure delivers billions of emails for thousands of customers.
Sending through the API or SMTP
The FAQ gives two ways in. SMTP is the faster setup when a CRM or ecommerce platform already supports it, sometimes with an SMTP plugin. The Web (HTTP) API takes some programming effort but gives more flexibility and sending speed, which the FAQ calls the better option for growth. The API methods are described as compatible with any programming language, and no-code iPaaS tools are named as a third route for connecting UniOne to existing software. The Email Marketing API page says UniOne can process millions of requests per user hourly.
Sending is driven by the customer's own system rather than by uploaded lists. The page says there is no need to upload email lists to send a message: a sender sets up the triggers once and UniOne delivers each email to its recipient. Any trigger scenario is possible, since the customer's software decides when to call the API. Scheduling works for any time within the next 24 hours, by passing a UTC date and time in "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss" format in the send request.
The product menu lists the Email API, SMTP, the White Label Email Service and Email Testing, and the solutions menu adds transactional email, email analytics, email automation, the HTML builder, integrations, an Email Validation API and transactional email templates.
Templates, automation and campaign types
UniOne offers ready-to-use templates for automated messages, which can be customized in a drag-and-drop builder or replaced by a design built from scratch. The HTML email editor is described as AI-powered, with a built-in AI assistant, and templates can be stored in the account. The page walks through the automated messages it has in mind: abandoned checkout emails, re-engagement emails with incentives, birthday and anniversary emails, welcome chains, time-limited promos and seasonal campaigns. It also describes upsell and cross-sell mailings based on past purchases, retention mail such as subscription renewal reminders and loyalty rewards, and onboarding tips that move a new customer toward becoming a regular one.
On integrations, the page says UniOne has had a native integration with the customer data platform Bloomreach since 2017, and that it can connect to any web service or app to send personalized offers on a schedule.
Analytics and list hygiene
The analytics cover open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates and spam complaint rates, in real time, with detailed reports and what the page calls "a prolonged data storage period." Webhooks report deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces instantly after each recipient action. The white-label page adds visual event tracking and dashboards with data filtering and CSV downloads. Suppression methods in the API manage unsubscriptions, bounces and complaints, and let a sender reset a status when necessary.
Deliverability and sending domains
UniOne looks after shared IP pools and recommends dedicated IPs for high-volume senders. The support team helps order dedicated IPs and offers a free consultation on how many a sender needs for its expected volume. The company says that customers who follow best email marketing practices can reach delivery rates "as high as 99.88%."
Using the client's own domain is a requirement, not an option. Before sending, a customer adds the SPF and DNS records UniOne provides, which can be branded without UniOne's name. A DMARC policy is mandatory for each sending domain, and an existing one does not need to be changed.
White label and Projects
The white-label offer is built on Projects. Each project is an independent sender with its own API key, authentication settings, statistics and suppression lists, all under one main account, and projects can be split by customer, branch or industry. The page says this lets a reseller track each client's performance and billing data and invoice deliveries correctly. Resellers can brand tracking links with custom domains free of charge, without buying a dedicated IP, so their clients never see UniOne's infrastructure. Dedicated IPs give each reseller and client an independent sending reputation.
The AI-powered HTML editor can be embedded as a plugin in the reseller's own environment, and partners get access to all future updates without building their own delivery software. UniOne offers training and consultations on how to sell email solutions and says its partner terms are flexible, stating that it believes "everything is negotiable." The FAQ confirms that the white-label service can be integrated into a marketing automation platform through SMTP or the Web API.
Trial, pricing and support
Every newcomer gets a 4-month free trial with 6,000 monthly emails. After that, a customer chooses one of the available tariffs or asks a sales manager for a customized plan. The product pages quote no prices themselves; they link to a separate pricing page. The Email Marketing API page says a growing sender does not need to do anything specific to send more, beyond picking the most cost-effective plan for its volume. Support runs around the clock, and both pages offer to book a consultation.
On privacy, the page says UniOne meets "the main privacy regulations" for processing sending requests and points out that customers do not need to upload contact lists to a third-party server. The footer links a GDPR compliance page, an anti-spam policy and a privacy policy. The solutions menu also carries a page titled HIPAA Email API, next to pages for nonprofits, banks and financial services, casino and gambling, marketplaces, education, real estate, insurance, agencies, franchises, travel agencies, restaurants, fitness and mobile apps.
Who it suits
UniOne fits development teams at SaaS companies, shops and apps that want to send transactional and triggered marketing mail from their own code, with webhooks, suppression handling and a template editor their marketers can use. The Projects feature and free branded tracking domains make it a strong candidate for agencies and platforms that want to resell email under their own name. It suits a marketer working alone less well, since the product mostly operates through the API and sends on triggers from the customer's system rather than from uploaded lists.
