What SMTPmart is
SMTPmart sells email sending infrastructure and the tools that sit on top of it: dedicated and shared SMTP relay for transactional and bulk sending, bulk email services for newsletters and announcements, campaign services, full-service email marketing for growing teams, and a white-label email marketing reseller service for agencies. The home page sums up the offer as "SMTP hosting, bulk sending, campaigns, marketing automation, reseller tools, and web push", all run "from one dashboard instead of stitching together five different vendors."
The company describes itself as an email marketing service company that helps businesses reach more people, generate more leads and nurture relationships with their audience. The home page's entry for its email marketing services says it serves "clients in Germany and across Europe", and the home page speaks of businesses sending bulk and transactional email "across Europe and beyond". The footer groups the product into SMTP relay, email API, email marketing, automation, deliverability and analytics, with solutions for transactional email, campaign email, SaaS platforms and ecommerce.
Sending infrastructure
The SMTP server service is the base layer. The home page says SMTPmart's dedicated SMTP services let a customer "send unlimited marketing and transactional emails to your mailing list without the need for your email server." Setup is described as instant: the account goes live the moment payment is confirmed, with "no waiting, no manual approval", and the page puts the time to a first send at under 5 minutes. Every server ships pre-configured with SPF and DKIM, so mail is authenticated from the first send, and customers can move to a dedicated IP whenever they want full control over their own sending reputation; the IP options are shared or dedicated.
Bounce and spam complaint handling runs automatically to keep lists clean, and the company says it runs active reputation and delivery monitoring behind every account. The home page claims a "99.9% Deliverability Rate". Developers connect through a REST API, SMTP relay and webhooks, which the site marks as its core integrations, and the footer's developer section lists an API reference, SMTP setup guide, webhooks documentation, a security page and a status page.
Campaigns, automation and reporting
For marketing mail, the campaign tools let a sender "Personalize every send, automate the schedule, and watch opens, clicks, and replies update in real time". A Campaigns and CRM view tracks every campaign against the sales pipeline and picks out high-value customers as they emerge, turning send data into "a live view of revenue", in the home page's words, rather than a monthly report. Performance tracking in the dashboard covers opens, clicks, bounces and delivery in real time, and the About section adds tracking of return on investment and click-through rates.
Automation handles recurring work. The company's blog describes SMTPmart as a bulk email marketing automation platform for welcome sequences, follow-ups and recurring email campaigns, and the home page promises to "Automate campaigns end to end". The reseller service page lists segmentation for targeted messages, pre-designed customizable email templates, automation tools for campaigns and workflows, A/B testing, and advanced analytics and tracking reports. Its reporting shows, for each campaign, who opened or clicked, how many times they interacted, their location and the device they used, and those insights can be shared with a team without extra accounts. Web push notifications sit alongside email in the same platform.
The home page names three outside integrations besides the API: WordPress, Shopify and Zapier.
The white-label reseller service
The reseller service is the most detailed part of the site. It lets marketing agencies, hosting providers, IT consultants and entrepreneurs offer email marketing under their own brand while SMTPmart runs the servers, deliverability, platform upgrades and support. The page promises "unlimited access to essential features like customer accounts, email lists, subscribers, campaigns, metrics, and delivery servers", full control and branding, administrative tools to monitor performance, and a clear split between the administrative backend and the customer area. Resellers get a dedicated delivery engine, multiple IPs and a white-labeled email marketing tool, and set their own prices for their clients.
Launch takes seven steps: choose a bulk email reseller plan, pick a white-label option, submit a logo and branding details, have the account created and activated within 24 hours, let the technical team customize the platform to the brand, point a domain or subdomain to the IP address provided, and go live. The page says a reseller can be selling "in less than a day".
Plans and pricing
The pricing table on the reseller service page lists five SMTP plans:
- Trial SMTP Plan: a 7-day trial for $50, with 5,000 emails a day.
- Standard SMTP: $145 a month for 30 days, with 15,000 emails a day.
- Premium SMTP: $185 a month for 30 days, with 30,000 emails a day.
- Professional SMTP, marked Best Seller: $250 a month for 30 days, with 50,000 emails a day.
- Cluster SMTP Plan: $399 a month for 30 days, with 100,000 emails a day.
Limits are set per day rather than per month. The site's pricing menu offers SMTP and bulk email price lists in USD, INR and euros, and the home page invites customers to talk to the team about migration, volume pricing and dedicated IP setup. There is no permanent free plan; the entry point is the paid trial.
Compliance and support
On compliance, the home page takes a careful line under the heading "Certification status, stated plainly": it says the company only claims the certifications it actually holds, and lists GDPR as "In progress", explaining that its data practices already follow GDPR principles while full compliance documentation is still being prepared.
Support runs around the clock. The home page promises "Real humans, always on", an average support response under 5 minutes, and a multilingual team reachable "by phone, WhatsApp, or Skype" every day of the year; elsewhere it lists phone, email and Skype. The reseller page adds email and live chat, and the site offers a Chat with Expert button on every page.
Who it suits
SMTPmart suits two kinds of buyer. The first is a business that wants its own sending servers for high-volume marketing and transactional mail, pre-authenticated with SPF and DKIM, with daily sending allowances from 15,000 to 100,000 emails on 30-day plans and a dedicated IP when needed. The second is an agency, host or consultant that wants to resell email marketing under its own brand without building a platform, and the seven-step, 24-hour reseller setup is aimed squarely at them. Because plans are sold by daily volume on 30-day terms, the service fits steady senders better than someone who mails a small list once in a while.
