VBOUT is an AI-enabled marketing automation platform from VBOUT Inc. that sends email campaigns, automated email, SMS and browser push workflows, and adds landing pages and social media management in the same account. Its pricing is the first thing it talks about: you can import and manage an unlimited number of contacts and pay only for the emails you actually send. VBOUT pitches itself at ecommerce businesses, which it connects through a comprehensive API library or direct plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, and at agencies, which get white labelling and client management. The company says "1000's of customers in multiple countries" use it.
Email marketing
The email toolkit starts with lead management and unlimited contacts, organized with contact tags and communication preferences. Campaigns are built in a drag-and-drop builder, and VBOUT's pages list A/B testing, dynamic content, merge tags and conditional formatting, inbox preview and UTM tracking among the email features.
Sending has a few features that matter to anyone with a large list. Predictive email sending uses AI to pick the times of peak engagement, so each message reaches a subscriber when they are most likely to interact. Chunk sending splits a big campaign into batches. On the deliverability side, VBOUT lists SPF/DKIM verification and flexible SMTP, plus dedicated IPs with warmup.
Forms are more capable than a basic signup box. Conditional fields change based on what a lead has already entered: VBOUT's example is a form that, when the email address suggests a particular company, shows a follow-up field asking about company size or department. Multi-step forms split signup into several steps to make opting in easier. The form builder also includes fully customizable payment forms for physical products, digital downloads or recurring membership fees, and every transaction is recorded in VBOUT's ecommerce tracking for follow-up and reporting.
Automation and channels
The automation builder handles email, SMS and browser push notifications in one workflow. Because push notifications reach browsers rather than inboxes, VBOUT says a workflow can keep engaging both known contacts and anonymous visitors. The platform provides ready-made automation templates and describes the interface as easy to use, with real-time data feeding the workflows. Audiences can be synced to Facebook Custom Audiences and Google Custom Audiences, so an ad campaign can follow the same segments as the email program.
AI content generation is built in, letting users draft various pieces of content with AI. The pricing section also mentions advanced AI and an AI chatbot as part of the base package. For ecommerce, the connectors and data synchronization layer keeps store data in step with VBOUT, and once a store is synced the company says businesses can engage shoppers across several channels with its automation workflows.
Landing pages and social media
VBOUT includes a landing page builder with drag-and-drop editing, ready-made templates, dynamic content and UTM tracking for tracing traffic and conversions back to their source. Social media management is a dedicated feature set: a social calendar, post composing and scheduling, social stream management and profile grouping. That puts campaign pages, social posting and email in one tool, which suits a small team that would otherwise run three subscriptions.
Reporting
Reporting is broad. Users can build multiple dashboards, have reports sent automatically by email, and publish reports that others can open publicly, which is handy for an agency sharing results with a client. The analytics cover lists, email marketing, conversions, automations and landing pages, and Google Analytics is built in. Smart Audiences, which VBOUT also calls hyper segmentation, groups contacts on detailed criteria, and lead scoring tracks which leads are warming up.
Agency features
A large part of VBOUT's offer is aimed at marketing agencies. The feature list includes centralized management of client accounts, a workflow manager, access control, post moderation and white labelling. Agencies can build custom plans and set custom pricing for their clients, group campaigns, and track revenue. The list also includes a competitive commission, and VBOUT supports agencies with client training and onboarding, a partner community and an Agency Growth Academy. For an agency running email and social for many small clients under its own brand, this is the most distinctive part of the platform.
Pricing
VBOUT prices by emails sent, not by contacts, and its plans run month to month.
- Free plan. 500 emails per month, unlimited contacts and unlimited workflow automations.
- Starter. $100 a month for unlimited contacts and 5000 emails a month. VBOUT says this base package includes landing pages, advanced AI, the AI chatbot and advanced reporting, but excludes certain features such as social media management, calendar booking and technical support.
- All features. VBOUT says access to the entire feature set starts at $200 a month for 5000 emails a month.
- Professional. $300 a month for unlimited contacts based on 10K emails a month.
- Enterprise. Custom pricing.
The company describes its plans as adaptable: businesses can customize a plan and pay only for the features they use. The starter exclusions also show that calendar booking and technical support exist as part of the fuller packages, so a team that expects help from VBOUT's staff should look at the full-feature price from the start.
The free plan is a genuine plan rather than a trial: it keeps unlimited contacts and unlimited workflow automations, and the limit is the 500 emails a month. That makes it a workable way to build forms, landing pages and automations before the list is large enough to need a paid tier.
Demos can be booked from any page, and a platform overview video is available. VBOUT sums up what the software is for in five aims: building automated marketing campaigns, attracting better prospects, converting more visitors to qualified leads, turning leads into customers with less effort, and reporting clearly on the impact of marketing.
Who it suits
VBOUT suits a business whose list is large relative to how often it mails. Because contacts are unlimited on every plan, a company with a big but quiet list pays for sends rather than storage. It fits an online store on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento that wants email, SMS and browser push in one workflow, and a small marketing team that wants landing pages and social scheduling without separate tools. Agencies are an obvious audience given the white labelling, custom plan builder and client reporting.
A sender who mails a small list very often gets less from the model, since every send counts against the monthly email allowance whatever the list size.
