Synergy!

Synergy! is a Japanese marketing SaaS from Synergy Marketing, Inc. (シナジーマーケティング株式会社) that grew out of CRM and puts email delivery on top of a customer database. The home page describes it as a marketing SaaS evolved from CRM that stays close to daily marketing work and turns it into steady results. It sends email campaigns, automated step emails and scenario mailings, delivers to LINE, and adds forms, surveys, business card OCR and a lead dashboard around the same data. The company says it has about 9,400 implementations, and its customers range from national enterprises to regional firms, which makes it a platform for Japanese businesses that want email driven by their own customer data rather than a pure bulk sender.

What a sender gets

The home page lists what Synergy! covers: database management, email delivery, form creation, survey creation, business card OCR, delivery to LINE, integration with external systems, and a lead dashboard. The company's line on it is that it has prepared the functions a CRM needs in an easy-to-use form.

The database is the center. A company blog article on bulk email describes Synergy! as a CRM-integrated email SaaS made in Japan, strong in automatic step emails and scenario mailings that start from a customer's behavior, registration date or birthday. Segments and send timing can be set flexibly. Emails can be built by drag and drop without HTML knowledge, and A/B testing is part of the product. The article singles out cases where each customer needs a message at their own moment, such as store visit booking reminders and contract renewal notices, as the situations where Synergy!'s automation and stable delivery do their best work.

A second article, on email systems with API integration, fills in the technical side. It describes Synergy! as a cloud marketing SaaS that uses a REST API for high-volume, high-speed, high-deliverability sending, with particular strength in connecting to ecommerce sites and membership systems. It names purchase notifications, reminder emails and step emails, email that has to be real-time and individual, as the use it suits for small and mid-sized companies. The feature list in that article is CRM integration, step emails, A/B testing, an approval flow and LINE integration, and its summary adds triggers linked to the customer database as standard equipment.

The same article makes two performance claims. It gives Synergy!'s deliverability as over 99%, and says the platform handles bulk sending of more than 6 million emails per hour. These are the company's own figures from its blog. The bulk email article also says the company works on keeping its deliverability high and points to a page describing those measures.

AI, OCR and leads

Recent releases listed on the home page show where the product is heading. AInergy AB Test, released as a beta, uses AI to generate email A/B test variants automatically. Business card OCR is now a full release, turning collected cards into data quickly to raise the rate of sales meetings. A lead dashboard shows which leads to approach so none are missed.

For Salesforce users there is a separate product, Synergy!LEAD, an AppExchange application that handles email delivery, forms and web tracking entirely inside Salesforce. It has gained a business card reading feature that turns collected cards into an approach list, and the news section reports an update of Synergy!LEAD on Salesforce AgentExchange.

Pricing

Synergy! is sold by feature. The home page says you contract only the functions you need, so no wasted cost arises. The API article's comparison table gives the list prices: the email function costs from 14,000 yen a month plus a database usage fee, with initial fees of 30,000 yen for email delivery and 118,000 yen for the database. The bulk email article's table gives the running cost as from 36,000 yen a month. Both articles note that product descriptions are based on information as of June 2025.

A free trial is offered. The site has a trial application button on every page, and the API article suggests starting with the free trial to check how easy the tool is to operate and connect. Quotes and questions go through a contact form, and product material can be downloaded.

Support, services and security

Support is by a toll-free number, 0120-689-667, weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00. The bulk email article says implementation is supported by a dedicated person, and its comparison table describes Synergy! as easy even for beginners, with API and batch data integration and light marketing support included. The home page lists a dedicated page on the platform's screen design and one on security, where it promises strong security so personal information can be handled with confidence, and another on its record of integrations with other services.

Around the software, Synergy Marketing sells consulting. The solutions menu covers marketing strategy, B2B marketing, persona and customer journey mapping, F2 conversion and repeat promotion, ecommerce support, survey design and analysis, GA4 and GTM support, email and ad effectiveness measurement, customer data analysis, content marketing, display ads and website production. There is a digital marketing support service that runs ads, websites, email and social accounts, a marketing talent program called DX BOOSTER, a partner program for agencies, and a learning site, Synergy!ACADEMY. A separate product, DAYS GRAPHY, is a life simulation system for understanding customers' daily lives.

Customers and recognition

The home page states that Synergy! won No.1 for ease of use and No.1 for ease of implementation in the CRM tool category of ITreview's Spring 2024 category report. Logos include Morinaga Milk Industry, JTB, Gliese, Tsukiboshi Foods, NDS Solutions and Takano. Case studies cover L'Oréal Japan's use of CRM data for La Roche-Posay, three years of fan marketing at Nagoya Grampus, and Hiraki, which the site says doubled sales year on year with one-to-one campaigns. Industry pages address B2B companies, professional sports teams, real estate, agriculture and fisheries, financial institutions and regional banks, and education.

Who it suits

Synergy! fits a Japanese company that keeps its customer data in one place and wants email that fires on that data: booking reminders, renewal notices, step sequences after signup, and campaigns split by segment rather than one blast. The drag-and-drop editor, the approval flow and the dedicated onboarding make it usable for a small marketing team, and the REST API serves a shop or membership site that needs purchase and reminder mail sent in real time. Salesforce users get the same capabilities inside Salesforce through Synergy!LEAD.

The site and support are in Japanese, and the pricing combines a monthly email fee with a database fee and initial charges, so it is built for the Japanese market rather than for a sender elsewhere looking for a self-serve monthly plan.
