SuperOffice

Tap a star to rate

SuperOffice is a CRM suite for European B2B companies, and its email sending lives inside it as SuperOffice Marketing. The company, SuperOffice AS, has its headquarters at Wergelandsveien 27 in Oslo, runs country sites for Benelux, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, and describes itself as having "35 years of helping European B2B companies grow." The pitch is one CRM for every team: sales, marketing and service working from one database, so an email campaign draws on the same contact records, deal stages and service history the rest of the company uses. That makes it a fit for a B2B firm that wants campaigns tied to its pipeline, rather than a standalone newsletter tool.

What SuperOffice Marketing does

The marketing section of the home page makes three promises: send the right message to the right person at the right time, see exactly how campaigns drive pipeline and not just clicks, and share the same data with sales and service so nothing falls through the cracks. The company's own blog fills in what that means in the product.

Segmentation is the core. The email strategy article says SuperOffice Marketing lets you build dynamic email lists based on location, industry, behavior or deal stage, all synced with your CRM. The same article lists what the module is for: segmenting with real-time customer data, automating follow-ups based on behavior, tracking performance at every touchpoint and personalizing every message. A tip in the article adds that with CRM automation you can trigger emails based on customer actions, funnel stage or lifecycle timing.

SuperOffice backs the segmentation argument with a test it ran on its own list. When it sent the same campaign to a general list and to an interest-based segment, the general list had a 42% open rate and 4.5% click-through, while the segmented list had a 94% open rate and 38% click-through.

Consent and GDPR in the sending workflow

For a European sender the consent handling is the headline feature. The Swiss site's German-language article on GDPR and email marketing says that with SuperOffice Marketing you can send email campaigns only to subscribers who have explicitly agreed, so a campaign cannot reach people who should not be on the list. The same page says subscribers who want to leave can opt out "with ease, through our GDPR-friendly subscription management center."

The article also describes SuperOffice reworking its own web forms: an earlier trial signup form bundled marketing consent with acceptance of the terms, which the company says was not GDPR compliant, so it rebuilt the form with a separate consent. It argues that a timestamped digital record of a prospect's signup in the CRM is enough proof of consent under GDPR, and that double opt-in remains best practice without being a legal requirement.

On the platform level, the home page lists the CRM as "GDPR-compliant by default, with European data residency built in", and the German version speaks of secure data storage in Europe. A Trust Center is linked from the footer.

AI across the suite

The home page says every plan includes AI, "from smart summaries and writing assist to autonomous agents that handle work while your team focuses on customers. No add-ons required." The Swiss site adds that it comes at no extra charge. For email, the relevant pieces are the writing assistance and SuperNotes, an AI meeting assistant that joins meetings, captures decisions and next steps, and hands the team structured notes and a follow-up email ready to send. SuperOffice says SuperNotes can save up to 13 hours a week on meeting admin. On the service side, AI drafts replies and summarizes complex cases.

Service, engagement and other modules

Service runs in the same system: every request handled in one place with the full customer history, and workflows that route, escalate and resolve. A UK-site article on customer engagement platforms announces that SuperOffice has launched its own Customer Engagement Platform, and describes the channels such a platform brings together: email, live chat, FAQs, a self-service portal, a knowledge base and web forms. The product menu also lists event management and FieldService, and industry pages for construction, manufacturing, IT, the public sector and finance.

Reporting sits on one dashboard for pipeline, retention and team performance, with AI-powered insights across customer touchpoints.

Integrations

SuperOffice names its integrations on the home page. SuperOffice for Slack posts alerts for projects, sales and tickets. SuperOffice for Trello links tasks and shows sales details. Visma Business Sync and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Sync connect the CRM to those ERP systems, showing invoices and outstanding orders in SuperOffice. The Zapier integration connects SuperOffice CRM with 1,000+ apps using pre-made templates, and SharePoint Documents handles shared documents with version history in the cloud. Beyond those, the company points to hundreds of integrated apps in its App Store.

Customers and results

The site says it is trusted by thousands of European B2B companies. Customer stories include Atea, Joyweek, Selux, Sharp and CASEA. The Vitec story is the most concrete: the company says Vitec cut customer service response time by 75%, from 4 days to 24 hours, after moving scattered customer information and slow email-based service into one system.

Pricing, trial and support

Prices sit on a separate Pricing page in the menu, not on the home page. The Swiss GDPR article invites readers to sign up for a free trial of SuperOffice Marketing, and the main sites offer a two-minute interactive product tour and a 1:1 video call with an advisor covering your growth goals, an introduction to the suite and next steps. Implementation, process setup, data migration and custom solutions are handled by SuperOffice's professional services and a partner network.

Customer resources include a Help Center, video tutorials, Support and FAQ, and user forums. The Oslo headquarters is on +47 23 35 40 00 and info@superoffice.com, and the Swiss company, SuperOffice AG in Basel, on +41 (0)61 338 37 37.

Who it suits

SuperOffice fits a European B2B company, especially one with sales, marketing and service teams that currently work from separate tools, that wants email campaigns built on live CRM data, consent tracked in the same records, and data kept in Europe. The footer calls it "the leading European CRM provider", and the German-speaking and Nordic presence is plain from the country sites.

It is a heavier choice for a sender who only needs newsletters: the email module comes as part of a CRM suite, and the pitch assumes you want the whole platform.
