What Sheetify CRM is
Sheetify CRM is a CRM toolkit built inside Google Sheets that sends personalized bulk email campaigns through the user's own Gmail account, sold for a single payment instead of a subscription. The homepage calls it an "All-In-One 'Functional' Google Sheets CRM & Business Toolkit" and says: "Run your whole business with Google Sheets. Pay once. Lifetime updates, no subscription ever." It is aimed at small and micro businesses.
The product listing names it "Sheetify CRM | 12-in-1 Google Sheets CRM Toolkit", and the site offers two sister products, Sheetify Bookkeeping and Sheetify Projects. The homepage says it is "Rated 4.8/5 with 2000+ Customers", with a badge for 100+ verified reviews. Reviewers name the creator, Stewart, and one says they found the product through his YouTube videos.
How the email side works
Bulk email from Gmail
The email feature is simple in design. The site explains: "This Google Sheets CRM connects with your Gmail account. This means you can send bulk 'personalized' email campaigns from inside your Google Sheets to your contacts." The FAQ adds that Sheetify "automatically connects to your Gmail account", and that a user can "Create your own custom campaigns or use the pre-made templates!" Because mail leaves from the user's own Gmail or Google Workspace address, there is no separate sending infrastructure to set up.
Personalized links
A post on the company blog explains that campaigns can carry personalized links. It says a free mail merge template found online works for bulk Gmail sending but "can be quite tedious for beginners especially if you want to add custom/personalised links", and that in Sheetify a user can "send bulk emails in just a few clicks!" A video in the post shows three methods for adding personalized links.
Sending limits
The FAQ is direct about the limits Gmail imposes: "Free Gmail’s daily hard limit for sending emails is 50 - 150 emails per day." Paid Google Workspace "can allow sending up to 500 emails per day", but for deliverability the company recommends staying "within the 100-250 emails per email address, per day limit," and scaling "via multiple email accounts connected to your Sheetify CRM." Those figures define what Sheetify is: a tool for personal, small-batch campaigns and follow-ups, not for mailing a large list in one go.
Contacts and lead capture
Contacts can be imported automatically from Gmail. New leads come in through Google Forms, which the FAQ lists as "Capture New Leads with Google Forms"; one reviewer notes that the forms work both as web forms for collecting contacts and as CRM input forms for field sales staff. The site says the CRM supports collaboration with "up to 100 users and 40,000 contacts (based on Google's Requirements)", and that all features work with both free and paid Google Workspace accounts.
The CRM around it
The CRM toolkit's feature list reads: client tracker, auto import of Gmail contacts, customer lifetime tracker, issue and ticket management, inventory management, email marketing with Gmail, sales pipeline tools, sales task app integration, a performance dashboard, an interactions tracker, and scheduling of events and meetings. The FAQ adds a contact and lead manager, an invoice tracker, a customer lifetime value tracker and client task integration. The homepage sums it up as "customer, sales, email marketing, and task-oriented".
Google integrations are listed as Gmail for email marketing, Gmail for auto-importing contacts, Google Forms for capturing leads, Google Tasks for sales and client tasks, and Google Calendar for tasks. The Tasks integration means sales, client and recurring tasks can be managed both in the spreadsheet and in the Google Tasks app on mobile or desktop.
Setup is three steps, per the homepage: copy the Google Sheets template, click "Set Authorization" and authorize it, then open the Settings sheet and personalize the account. Updates are included for life, and the site says it is easy to migrate data from an existing Sheetify CRM to an updated version.
Connecting the toolkits
Sheetify Flow is "a free Google Workspace add-on" that connects the CRM, Projects and Bookkeeping templates "for automating the flow of data." The Bookkeeping toolkit covers income, expenses, invoices, quotes, tasks, tax, reporting and 7 dashboard views. The Projects toolkit covers unlimited projects and tasks, progress tracking, planned versus actual cost and effort, timeline and Kanban views, team collaboration, personalized team emails and a new projects form.
Price
The FAQ says each toolkit is "currently priced between $67 and $57USD only", listing Sheetify CRM at $67 and Bookkeeping and Projects at $57 each. A banner reads "Grab Our CRM For Only $67USD (Soon $97!)", and the store also lists the CRM toolkit in Swiss francs at a sale price of CHF 57.00 against a regular CHF 83.00, with Bookkeeping at CHF 49.00 against CHF 75.00. Buying two or three toolkits saves 20-30%, and a banner advertises 30% off a triple lifetime combo. The site promises "No Subscriptions, No Fees, No Monthly Plan and No Limitations" and "Lifetime updates". It links a refund policy and returns page, and checkout runs on Shopify.
Support and language
The product page lists "Chat & email support", "Own all your data" and "Lifetime updates". The site has a knowledge base, a tutorial library for the CRM, bookkeeping and project toolkits, and a customization service; one reviewer mentions the "custom additions service" and another the option of having a team member help with setup. Reviewers say Stewart "returns emails promptly". On language, the FAQ says the CRM can use all the languages Google Sheets offers, but "at the moment Sheetify CRM has only been fully translated in Spanish." There is also an affiliate program.
Who Sheetify CRM suits
The FAQ lists consultancies, tradesmen, small agencies, sole proprietors, home-based businesses, marketers, service-based businesses, real estate agents and contractors. That matches the product: a solo operator or small team already living in Gmail and Google Sheets, who wants a client list, a pipeline and personalized follow-up email for one payment rather than a monthly fee. One reviewer, a charity, adopted the bookkeeping toolkit to drive its financial improvement program, and another, from a state government office, relied on the setup help.
It does not suit anyone who needs to send newsletters to thousands of subscribers. With Gmail's daily caps and the company's own advice to stay at 100-250 emails per address per day, the email side is built for personal outreach, not list broadcasting.
