Phonexa is software for pay-per-call and pay-per-lead businesses: affiliate networks, lead buyers, publishers and performance marketing agencies that generate, route and sell leads and inbound phone calls. Its email side is a module called E-Delivery, which handles email and SMS marketing inside the same platform that tracks and distributes the leads. The home page describes Phonexa as "data-driven, real-time inbound call and lead tracking and distribution software that powers pay per call and pay per lead businesses", and the company's blog introduces E-Delivery as its email marketing module for performance marketers. The footer names Phonexa Holdings LLC, and the blog gives an address at 505 N Brand Blvd in Glendale, California. Phonexa is not a newsletter tool; email is how its customers follow up on leads and callers that did not convert.

E-Delivery: email and SMS for lead follow-up

The home page describes the job E-Delivery does: "Follow up on leads and phone calls that didn't convert into sales and need further nurturing or can be reengaged." You build templates for automated, personalized email and SMS messages that reach the right leads at the right time, based on the lead and inbound call tracking data collected along the customer journey.

The blog adds the part that matters most to a high-volume sender. It says E-Delivery "enables you to scale outreach with almost unlimited messages, ESPs, and domains", which describes a module that spreads sending across several email service providers and sending domains rather than one shared pool. It also says E-Delivery works together with Phonexa's two core products, LMS Sync for leads and Call Logic for calls, so that you can "automatically follow up on leads or callers who didn't sell, using remarketing to keep them engaged and, thereby, valuable for buyers". The blog FAQ says a Phonexa client uses E-Delivery together with LMS Sync and Call Logic with "no additional set-up required".

A customer quoted on the home page, the owner of Warwick Financial Services, calls the reporting exceptional and says "the inclusion of email marketing" let the business work with more lenders and broker partners.

Opt-Intel: suppression lists and compliance

Email in lead generation lives or dies on suppression. Opt-Intel is Phonexa's suppression list management tool, and the blog says it "helps manage email compliance risks, customize opt-out pages, and securely share suppression data with partners". The home page puts it as keeping your email list "clean and up to date at all times" and maintaining higher fraud prevention standards across email campaigns. Phonexa also announces ValidRecord for compliance and fraud mitigation, and the home page says its fraud protection helps keep lead and pay-per-call campaigns "FCC/TCPA-compliant", with monitoring of partners to block duplicate and fraudulent leads and calls.

The rest of the platform

The blog lists the two core modules every client gets, LMS Sync and Call Logic, and six additional features: E-Delivery, Cloud PBX, Lynx, Opt-Intel, HitMetrix and Books360.

  • LMS Sync tracks and distributes leads, routing them instantly by ping tree or ping post logic, with granular lead tracking reports.
  • Call Logic tracks and routes inbound calls. The FAQ lists the distribution flows it supports: Price, Priority, Weight, Parallel Pings (higher price), Parallel Pings (all sold), Ping Post and Even Distribution, plus custom flows with Ping Post Calls 2.0. It works with an automatic call distributor, IVR and AI Call Agents.
  • Lynx does click tracking, to show "which users click where and why" and close the loop between leads, calls, clicks and revenue.
  • Cloud PBX is a private cloud phone system, which the home page says gives "100% uptime for your business", with agent scoring.
  • HitMetrix records and analyzes user behavior on websites and pairs it with call tracking, covering forms, CTAs and click-to-call buttons.
  • Books360 generates invoices and monitors cash flow in sync with lead distribution.

The FAQ says Phonexa tracks "hundreds of data points throughout the caller journey and processes this data in milliseconds". Dashboards are dynamic and customizable, and call tracking numbers can be local, international, toll-free or vanity, with number porting in both directions.

Who runs campaigns on it

The home page names three kinds of customer. Affiliate networks and marketplaces use Phonexa as an infrastructural layer for call tracking, distribution and analytics at scale. Brands, advertisers and buyers get granular call tracking by publisher, source, location and dozens more parameters. Performance marketing agencies use it to prove ROI, improve call traffic quality and give clients in-depth reports. Launching a campaign follows three steps on the home page: set the qualification criteria, routing rules and buyer requirements, connect call tracking numbers to the campaigns, then use real-time reports to double down on the most profitable publishers, traffic sources and ads. One customer result on the page reports 1.3 million leads sold in 2021, against 200,000 the previous year.

Integrations and white-labeling

The home page claims "100+ integrations across popular marketing technology platforms" and says call and lead data can be synced with HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRMs; once a lead is qualified, you pull its data into the CRM through native integrations. Phonexa supports white-labeling for both its pay-per-call and pay-per-lead software, so you can host partner-facing portals on your own domain, add your logo and brand colors, and choose which reports and features partners see.

Security

The home page FAQ says "Phonexa is SOC 2 Type II certified" and that all PII is "encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL encryption". The menu links to a Certifications & Compliance page and a Security & Infrastructure page.

Pricing and onboarding

The site menu includes a Pricing page, but the home page and blog print no prices for E-Delivery or the core modules. Phonexa invites prospects to take a quiz about their industry, traffic type, volume and challenges to get a recommended software stack, to take a product tour or to book a free demo. The blog quotes CEO David Pickard on a consultative approach: the team discovers a prospect's business and spending first, and "If Phonexa isn't right for you, we will be the first people to tell you that." Customer quotes praise support that is reachable online or by phone, and the blog says the team is available 24/7. Phonexa also runs MailCon, an email marketing event.

Who it suits

Phonexa fits lead generators, affiliate networks, lead buyers and agencies in insurance, finance, home services, solar and other high-volume, compliance-heavy industries, which the FAQ names as its proven markets. For them, E-Delivery turns unsold leads and unconverted callers into a remarketing list without exporting data to a separate email tool, and Opt-Intel handles the suppression data those campaigns and partners need.

A business that simply wants to send newsletters or ecommerce campaigns to its own customers has no use for the lead and call infrastructure around the email module, and would be buying a platform built for a different trade.
