Lead.im is a Hebrew-language, cloud-based lead management system that includes its own email and SMS mailing module, used to send campaigns and updates to leads and customers, reminder texts before sales meetings, and new leads to the advertisers who buy them. The homepage calls it the only lead management and campaign optimization system that gives a complete solution under one roof, and describes "מערכת דיוור במייל ובסמס" (an email and SMS mailing system) alongside connections to digital advertising systems, automatic lead distribution to advertisers, a sales CRM, reporting, workflow control, phone systems and call center management.

It is written for the Israeli market. The homepage opens its lead generation article by saying that creating and buying leads is "השיטה הפופולרית ביותר בישראל כיום" (the most popular method in Israel today) for marketing companies and businesses. Its audiences are advertising agencies and campaign managers running CPL, PPL, SEO and PPC campaigns, marketing and sales managers at businesses, telemarketing and lead qualification call centers, and lead producers who run directory sites and portals.

What a sender gets

The mailing module is described as "מערכת דיוור מתקדמת" (an advanced mailing system) for sending regular mailings or running direct marketing campaigns. The homepage says every template is responsive and adapts itself to computers and smartphones. The module lists SMS mailing, email mailing, segmentation, real-time tracking of sends, opens and clicks, unsubscribe handling, and a feature called SimpLe ad that creates leads automatically from the message sent.

The SMS page adds detail. It says the system allows "דיוור יעיל ומהיר בסמס" (efficient and fast SMS mailing), that users can write templates for SMS mailing and combine them with email mailing, and that sending can be manual or automatic. The listed uses are telling customers about sales and discounts, promoting a product or service, sending company news, sending operational messages and receiving server alerts. The page presents SMS as a channel that suits a wide audience, including young people, adults and seniors, and contrasts it with email, which a customer reads in their own time, while a text lands straight on the phone.

Messages to leads can go out automatically or by hand from inside the system. The sales CRM sends an automatic reminder text before a meeting, and the sales team tools include email and SMS reminders, a task and meeting calendar, goal management, performance measurement per salesperson, flexible permissions and manual or automatic lead distribution among representatives. A 2023 changelog entry says users can choose which task types sync with Google Calendar.

Lead intake feeds the lists. Leads arrive through a built-in form generator, directly from landing pages by POST or GET, from Google, YouTube and Facebook Lead Ads campaigns, through a pixel on a thank-you page, through a server-side API (PHP, ASP) or a client-side JS API, from Excel files, from incoming phone calls converted to leads, and by email. An AI tool generates leads on Facebook pages from post comments and private messages, and a 2024 update covers lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. Quality control runs automatically, detecting and rejecting duplicate leads, invalid leads and leads with invalid phone numbers, and checking leads against a managed blacklist.

Lead distribution and advertiser tools

Much of the platform serves businesses that sell leads. Leads reach each advertiser through a personal graphic interface with a mini CRM, sent to the advertiser's email address or addresses, texted to the advertiser's phone numbers by SMS, pushed straight into the advertiser's CRM, or pushed to any destination by API. The CRM connectors are named in Hebrew, among them אורביט (Orbit), זברה (Zebra) and פאוורלינק (Powerlink). Distribution can run automatically by a set of rules. For lead producers and portal owners, the system collects statistics on banners and advertising tools, manages teams that classify and qualify leads, prices each lead for customers in real time from its attributes, and identifies the right customers for each lead before budgeting and distributing it.

Advertisers can send feedback on lead quality through their personal interface, an Excel upload, the API or directly from their CRM where the CRM cooperates. Feedback can be interim or final, with a time window for giving it, positive feedback approving leads for payment and negative feedback opening an appeal, plus reports on advertiser satisfaction.

Pricing tools set buying prices and selling prices per campaign, source, advertising tool, supplier or advertiser, or by pricing rules based on the lead's own details. Budgets for campaigns and suppliers come with budget usage reports, profit and loss reports, and monthly settlement reports that are emailed automatically to suppliers and advertisers.

Channels, telephony and reporting

The advertising connections listed are Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook, Taboola and Outbrain, with automatic API calls on every change to a lead, automatic sync between the organization's systems and a WhatsApp connection. Telephony covers VoIP connections, call tracking with static and dynamic numbers, click-to-call, call recordings filed to leads, and conversion of incoming calls into new leads. The call center module handles large data pools, call scripts, two-stage processes where data moves from a first team to a second team after approval, and representative performance measurement.

Reports and dashboards segment every lead by status, supplier, advertising tool and dynamic data, with campaign, sales, qualifier, partner and supplier, and advertiser reports, and ROI reports that measure sales against marketing budgets.

Scale, setup and support

The homepage counters read 122,266,674 leads in the system, 108,081,902 leads sold to advertisers, 57,139 users, 12,761,757 mailings sent and 15,895,147 text messages sent.

The site publishes no prices. What it offers instead is "אפיון והקמה חינם ללא התחייבות" (free specification and setup, without commitment). Support runs through a support center, a knowledge base and a ticket system, and customers can reach the company through WhatsApp at *3760. The footer links pages on terms of use, privacy, and information security, backup and system availability, and a changelog shows regular updates through 2024.

Who it suits

Lead.im suits an Israeli advertising agency, campaign manager, call center or lead producer that captures leads from many sources, cleans them, prices them and hands them to advertisers, and wants to email and text those leads from the same system. A business with a Hebrew-speaking sales team that needs a CRM with automatic lead distribution, meeting reminders by text and SMS or email campaigns to its own leads also fits.

It is not built for a sender outside the Hebrew market, since the whole site is in Hebrew, and it is more than a newsletter writer needs. A business looking for a pure email design and newsletter tool would be taking on lead pricing, advertiser settlements and call center management it does not use.
