Kylas is a sales CRM made by Kylas Technologies Pvt. Ltd., whose address is in Mahalunge, Pune, Maharashtra, that lets sales teams send emails, bulk emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages from inside the CRM and keep every conversation on the contact record. The homepage calls it "India’s Fastest-Growing Agentic Sales CRM" and says it is "Trusted by 5000+ Growing Businesses." Its email, SMS and WhatsApp feature page is headed "Engage With Prospective Clients Across Channels," with the aim of better relationships and faster conversions.
This is a CRM first. Email here is sales email: messages sent from a salesperson's own connected mailbox, templates for repeat outreach and bulk sends to a group of contacts, alongside the pipeline, calls, quotes and meetings. A reader looking for a newsletter designer or a transactional sending service is not the audience; a sales team that wants its outreach tracked in one place is.
What a sender gets
Email runs through the user's existing mailbox. The feature page says "Sync your gmail or outllook to send emails from within the CRM," so messages go out from Gmail or Outlook while the CRM tracks "all your communication at one place." Templates are a visual editor: "Design visually engaging, multimedia-rich email templates for your clients. With the flexibility to embed custom HTML codes, you can craft unique and personalized email experiences tailored to your customer's needs."
Bulk sending also goes through the connected mailbox. The section headed "Bulk Emails via Gmail & Outlook" says a team can "Reach out to a larger audience in lesser time with bulk email marketing. Send a message to multiple recipients at the same time from within the CRM." Because the send leaves through the user's own Gmail or Outlook account, this is outreach to a sales list rather than a campaign platform with its own sending infrastructure.
Text messages are built in. The page says a user can "Send personalized text messages to contacts with a single click" and "Use Kylas SMS to send relevant updates to your clients and nurture lasting customer relationships."
WhatsApp is a headline feature, listed in the menu as Inbuilt WhatsApp Business. The page says a business can "Sync WhatsApp business account with Kylas to keep the conversation going," send messages to prospects through the Kylas WhatsApp business app, and see all its WhatsApp communication within the CRM. One customer review on the homepage mentions using an API system on WhatsApp chat and a chatbot on the website.
Meetings round out the channel set. A rep can set up online and offline meetings from the app, track their status and plan next steps, and connect Google calendars to see all meetings in one place and send invites and reminders.
Automation and AI sit around those channels. The homepage describes Agentic AI that "autonomously qualifies leads, orchestrates multi-channel follow-ups, and handles routine execution without human intervention." Its AI stack lists AI-backed automations that put workflows "on autopilot" from lead assignment to follow-ups, AI lead scoring that evaluates behavior and interaction patterns, content with AI, call sentiment analysis, AI-generated call summaries, intent detection for lead qualification, note-to-task conversion and an AI chatbot called Sherpa with multilingual support.
The rest of the CRM feeds the lists a sender works from. Leads can be imported in a click, duplicate records are flagged, and smart lists and filters narrow the data. Teams can build multiple custom sales pipelines and add custom fields, and lead management promises to route every lead intelligently. Reports and dashboards cover leads, deals, emails, tasks and goals, with revenue projections and team productivity reports. The menu also lists calling with real-time logging, quotation management, account management, field sales tracking, user management, and Android and iOS mobile apps. Access and permissions can be granted per feature and per data set at the individual or role level.
Integrations run through a marketplace of "350+ intelligent marketplace apps," with the promise of "One-click integrations with your existing stack." The pages do not name the apps, though one customer review says it connected Kylas to Facebook Lead Ads campaigns.
Pricing, trial and company facts
The pricing model on the homepage is "Unlimited Users" and "Pay as You Grow." A customer review from Malnad Stays says Kylas "doesn’t charge on a per-user basis, and we can create an unlimited number of users in our account." Plan prices sit on a separate pricing page. The free trial needs no card, and the homepage says a team can get started "in just 30 minutes." Demos are booked through the site, and the phone number shown is +91 89 2949 8443.
The company counts differ by section: "5000+ growing businesses have signed up for Kylas," "Join 5,000+ companies," and further down "Join 13,000+ Indian businesses already growing with Kylas." The ratings banner reads "4.7/5 rating on G2 and 4.8/5 Capterra."
On security, the homepage says Kylas is built on a solid technology stack so that data stays safe and available at all times. It offers "FREE business expertise" and support. The footer adds a help desk, a community, video tutorials, a help center, webinars, case studies, customer stories and a partner program. Customer reviews praise the onboarding: "the onboarding process is very smooth and the team is very responsive," says the owner of WaterApp.
Industries and customers
Kylas sells industry versions for manufacturing, digital marketing, IT and ITeS, fintech, edtech, higher education, coaching institutes, healthcare, insurance agencies and travel. The sign-up form asks for sales team size in bands from 5 to 9 up to 1000+, which matches the growing sales teams it addresses.
The homepage reviews include Winworld Realty Services, whose co-founder says "The unlimited users and features give me the confidence to grow the sales team from 8 at present to 80 by the end of the year," and Meliora Technologies, whose CMO found the interface "very user friendly."
Who it suits
Kylas suits a growing sales team, especially one in India, that wants email, bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp, calls and meetings tracked on the same record as the pipeline, and wants to add reps without paying for each seat. A real estate, edtech, insurance or travel business that handles a lot of inbound enquiries and follows up across WhatsApp and email is the kind of customer its pages describe.
It is the wrong tool for a business that wants to send designed newsletters to a large subscriber list, run ecommerce campaigns or send transactional mail from an application. Bulk email goes out through connected Gmail and Outlook accounts, and the pages describe no campaign sending service, subscription forms or landing pages of its own.
